Blue Flame Service Ltd is a local firm based in Maryport, Cumbria, originally set up by Tim Kemp in 2001 and then in partnership with David Harrison in 2003. Over the past 15 years we have developed and grown into one of Cumbria ’s leading utility contractors providing first class plumbing, heating, electrical and renewable services.

Our fleet of 10 fully fitted vehicles support all the services we provide covering the whole of Cumbria, Millom to Carlisle, Whitehaven to Penrith.

We cover all aspects of Plumbing, Heating and Electrical. Blue Flame Services are now able to offer boiler finance and Bathroom finance options throughout Cumbria.

Blue Flame can now offer easy payment solutions with 0% APR on all boiler, bathroom and electrical installations.

We can now protect your Home with a range of Boiler Care packages starting from £0.37 a day, all packages include an annual boiler service, unlimited call outs and up to £1,000 inc vat for repair works.

Just had my central heating boiler serviced by Blue Flame. The engineer who came was pleasant and did the job quite quickly. He explained that I would get an invoice by email for my records. Paid over the phone and all done within half an hour or so. I will be using this company again for any future work with my central heating.

Boiler replacement.

BlueFlame recently replaced our ancient gas fire and back boiler with a Worcester combi boiler. From quotation to completion the job was carried out on time and to a very high standard. The two installers were very skillful, efficient, tidy and happy to answer any questions as they proceeded. All redundant items were removed and we are delighted with the completed installation. This was the fifth and biggest job that BlueFlame have done for us and without hesitation I would definitely recommend them knowing they would do a first class job.

New Boiler Gas Fire and Power Shower Fitted

Excellent service, being a retired mechanical and pressure systems engineer I can appreciate the Level of Competence of the Blue Flame Team, the team of three worked together with a plan for the day they never stopped for a break, I was amazed what the achieved in three days, from stripping out completely the Old Boiler system water tanks etc. to fitting and commissioning the new systems, removing all the old equipment and packaging refitting the Carpets hoovering everywhere removing carpet protections where used, the engineers were very informative and didn't mind me watching them at there work. Well done to the Blue Flame Team, I will be definitely recommending them. Thank you

Domestic boiler replacement.

Blue Flame have recently replaced my gas boiler. The was was done on schedule and to budget. The heating engineer worked very tidily and removed any redundant items. I have been very impressed with the Greenstar 8000 combi boiler, they balanced the radiators when commissioning the system and the house heating is so much better for it. It is reassuring to have the ongoing support of an organisation like Blue Flame who will service and maintain the system in future and hence keep the twelve year warranty valid.

Great emergency response

This week we had to call them out after an emergency leak - they were there within a couple of hours and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Their prompt and efficient service saved us a lot of hassle and expense - thank you so much!

We would not hesitate to use Blue Flame again and would highly recommend them. It’s very rare to find a company that is this good. Boiler Service & Magnaclean Installation

Very good service, I purchased a Magnaclean magnetic filter about 12 months ago. I didn't fit it myself as I have never used the Tectite plumbing system before, so I asked Blue Flame to do it. A neat job done in no time and for the sum of £15 plus VAT, it's simply not worth doing yourself. Boiler service and all checks carried out efficiently and safety report e-mailed to me on the same day. The total bill of £106 inc. VAT seems very reasonable. Very good communications throughout

Responded very quickly to an old failed boiler over the Christmas period when no one else bothered. We’re able to quote quickly and then schedule a speedy installation. The site was left very tidy. Communication was first rate and paperwork was dealt with immediately.
