Just had my central heating boiler serviced by Blue Flame. The engineer who came was pleasant and did the job quite quickly. He explained that I would get an invoice by email for my records. Paid over the phone and all done within half an hour or so. I will be using this company again for any future work with my central heating.

The blue flame team are always prompt ,they keep you updated with every thing from your 1st call to job done .we were very stressed as we had a water leak within our house boundary ,we had called lots of people but got nobody willing to look as it was nearing Xmas .blue flame answered and booked for a rep to come and access the job .we come to a job decision and they booked us in for 22nd Dec .we were notified before they come and the workers arrived on time ,the job was done as discussed and they were very clean and professional in what they did .blue flame have worked for us in the past and I would highly recommend them .well done blue flame .

Blue Flame have done a few jobs for us and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They are always polite, professional and do the work to a high standard. They are very easy to deal with and turn up when they say they are going to. They may not be the cheapest, but they are value for money.

Combi Boiler installation to replace old boiler, new controls & radiator valves, removal of water tanks, installation of a new radiator & gas fire service. The company were fantastic from first enquiry to completion of the work, especially the installers. There was no hard sell and I got an explanation of the options available to me and their recommendation. I received a detailed quote and we agreed an installation date which fitted with my schedule. I was kept informed of a slight delay to the start time on the first day and the work was completed within the original quoted timescale of 2.5 days. The staff doing the installation were amazing. They were hard working, friendly, efficient and professional completing the work to a very high standard and leaving the property better than it was originally. I will be taking out a service package and have already recommended this company twice.

Old boiler went bang whilst on holiday, contacted Blue Flame and they came out straight away to provide quote, once agreed they were there on Monday to install new boiler. Didn't get the names of the two guys installing but they did and excellent quality job and left no mess. Very competitive price and would highly recommend Blue Flame.

Excellent service from start to finish. All members of staff we have dealt with have been friendly and professional. David who came to do the survey didn’t do the hard sell just explained exactly what work would be involved, answering any questions and taking away any worries we may have had about the installation. The quote came through very quickly and the office staff dealt with the booking side of things with no issues. The two engineers that came to do the installation were excellent. They were hard-working, courteous and helpful. They were very clean workers so no additional housework was required after they had left. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a boiler installation.

Blue Flame Services Limited have constantly delivered us with a professional, friendly, quick, stress free & exemplary service. They recently fitted us with a new boiler, David came out to review the work needed, he clearly explained the process & options available, no hard sell just informative & answered all of our questions. Even though this is the busiest time of year Patrick managed to fit us in around their very busy work schedule. David & Reece fitted our new boiler, they were a pleasure to have in our home, both very friendly & respectful of our property & left our home tidy. We are very pleased with our new boiler & we were also pleased that they flushed through all of our radiators. The paperwork was completed by them & our water quality tested & the details emailed to us. David explained how the boiler works & how to operate the system. The whole process was smooth, easy & stress free.

4 men worked tirelessly to prepare and fit a slab base having already removed a wooden surround and emptied my oil tank into a container. They then sawed up the old tank. Carried the heavy new tank and installed it on the slab. When in place they pumped the good oil back into the new tank. All this was done in pouring rain yet they remained cheerful throughout. They removed all waste items and left it clean and tidy. Job finished within the day so we could have the boiler running same day. Finished off the next day. In all they were a great bunch remained cheerful throughout even though one of them said he was wet through to his boxers.

When I phoned Blue Flame and explained the problem, I was given a date and time when the engineer would call. His arrival was as stated and the work carried out was faultless. The cost of the repair was more than reasonable and his check on the boiler settings afterwards was to be admired. Based on this and previous dealings with the company, I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

All very good from booking to servicing at a good price.Have used Blue Flame since they fitted the boiler in 2019.They have also fitted a new radiator valve at a good price.

I cannot recommend Blue Flame more highly. They are absolute professionals. Their communication, prior to and during the job, was excellent, their attitude to work was extremely positive, which was a pleasure to see and they went above and beyond, even pressure-washing my path before leaving. They left the place spotless and took away all the old workings after fitting my new boiler. They were able to squeeze me in ahead of time, which really means a lot at this time of year. I am absolutely delighted with the end result & wish them continued success with their business.

I've used Blueflame for a number of years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always professional, keep you updated on their attendance and get the job done with the minimum of fuss and go about their work in a diligent manner. On this occasion, they replaced the waste pipes from my bathroom which had burst during the recent cold snap but they have also repaired my toilet, installed and maintained the boiler, fitted new radiators and even installed a new light fitting!
