Great service The estimator arrived at the time stated and explained the best way to achieve the installation of a new radiator and where it should be positioned for maximum effect. He told us what works the engineer would carry out to the building fabric and the estimated time it would take. Explaining what furniture we should move etc prior to the engineers' arrival to save time and facilitate the work. We received a quote the same day which covered the materials to be used and costs of works which was not as expensive as I had anticipated. The engineer arrived on time and put down sheets to protect the carpets before starting work. He worked quickly and efficiently and did the job to the highest standards. On completion of the work, he cleaned all the areas he had been working in. I was impressed by the standard of work and the care taken by the engineer. Based on this experience I would highly recommend Blue Flame.

Blue Flame fitted our new central heating boiler, new radiators and new gas fire September 2017. Since that time they have carried out the three annual services of the fire and the boiler. This year I have also signed up for their Boiler Care package. I think the fact that I keep going back to them probably speaks for itself. The quality of their work has always been excellent and their staff have always been pleasant and helpful.

New boiler relocated and installed, gas feed pipe re-routed and 4 new radiators fitted. All work was completed within 3 days. High quality job, all the installers worked hard and professionally. Excellent company to deal with right through from planning, receiving quote to job completion. Highly recommended!

Whilst the work quote for my boiler installation ( inc moving the boiler and removing a bath) was not cheapest that I had received, the quality of the initial inspection was deciding factor, as an issue had been identified and therefore the filters would be arriving prepared for the work to be undertaken. The gentleman that undertook the initial inspection arrived with the fitters to walk through what was required before work commenced. The two fitters were punctual and cleared and removed all debris. The quality of their work was excellent , I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Flame.

Attended a leak we had following a washing-machine installation. Very prompt to help us out and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. We were pleasantly surprised when we received the bill and feel we got excellent service and value for money for what we paid. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and would certainly use them again should the need arise.

We needed a new Combi boiler fitted. Jon came on Wednesday morning and it was fitted by Friday 15:30 hours and Lee and John never stopped all day without a break, the service they provided was exceptional. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

The engineers were both excellent and they cleared away all the debris and left everywhere really clean. We decided to change from oil to gas central heating and contacted Blue Flame. They came out immediately and told us who to contact to get gas connected to our house and what steps had to be taken. Everything and everyone we came across were so helpful and effecient. I was able to move the installation forward a few weeks which Blue Flame accommodated happily. Blue Flame were the last workmen here. The workmen knew what they were doing, worked well as a team and just got on with the job. They covered their boots when they came into the house and left the garage clean. The men were friendly, effecient and professional and seemed to work non-stop. The workmen explained how to work everything to us with great patience but we were grateful to the follow up visit from the boss the next day. A huge thank you.

Due to a fluctuating pressure of the new boiler and having 9 radiators throughout the house and extension it was required to fit an expansion tank in the garage by Paul one of the Blue Flame Engineers, such a nice polite and cheerful young lad, an absolute joy to speak to and so professional at his job. Anyhow this has certainly fixed the problem and its all working a treat so thank you very much, and appreciate everything Blue Flame have provided, a great service.

I honestly can’t recommend Blue Flame highly enough - over the past eight years they have fitted a gas boiler for us and carried out our annual service on our gas boiler and gas fire. Their workers are pleasant and knowledgeable and clean up after themselves when the work is finished, also wearing plastic overshoes and this year a mask. I am paranoid about gas safety and they are the only firm I would trust to do any gas work for us. When repairs have been needed they have been carried out promptly and a full explanation given for the need for the work to be done and what parts are needed. Well done Blue Flame.

The young plumber who serviced our electric boiler and heating system hadn't worked on many electric systems, but he serviced ours without any problems and explained how it all worked and what exactly had needed doing. He was a very efficent tidy worker, he also observed the coronavirus safety precautions without being asked and even washed the cup I gave him tea in, in the bathroom sink before handing it back to me! What made this guy stand out was his knowledge, friendliness and skill at his job. I am only sorry I did not get his name as I want him back the next time I need work doing.

From start to finish I have been impressed with the service provided by Blue Flame Services. At quotation stage the advice given by Jon was invaluable, and this made me decide to use the company. I had a new boiler fitted, and was given a new supply of hot water to the kitchen and utility room. The team of installers, Lee and Darren, dealt with everything on the quotation in a professional and helpful manner. They were happy to answer any questions I posed, and they left the premises clean and tidy. They completed the work on schedule. Finally, the office staff are always very polite and helpful when I call. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Got Blue Flame in to change my 20 year old back boiler system into a modern solution. The scope involved taking the redundant fire out, finding a location for the new Worcester and running new pipes including installation of new valves and one new radiator. Fantastic job everything works as it should - had recently renovated my home to a and this was taken into account by the team who left workface spotless. 10/10

Had boiler replaced, completed in good time by a good couple of lads. I was kept well informed on the work as it progressed. Area left clean and tidy. Lovely flowers received from them as well.

After giving us a start date of 25th January 2021, they rang and asked if they could come on Wednesday 13th. Jan. Naturally, we agreed and what a wonderful job Darren and his mate did. Nothing was too much trouble and they coped with the bathroom we had already purchased very well. They left the new room very clean and offered to come back and check once we had got used to it. Every thing we asked for (and more!) was done and exactly at the price we had agreed. I will be using them in future for my boiler service.

Really pleased with the boiler nice and quiet, the thermostat is excellent. We are really satisfied with the work and the Communication of the team. We will be taking a service contract out with them.
