I am delighted with the service received from Blueflame.From the initial visit when the survey was carried out to the completion of the replacement of our existing boiler. The engineers were both excellent and they cleared away all the debris and left everywhere really clean. I was delighted to receive a beautiful flower arrangement,which I really wasn’t expecting.A really nice touch.Thank you. We needed a new Combi boiler fitted. Jon came on Wednesday morning and it was fitted by Friday 15:30 hours and Lee and John never stopped all day without a break, the service they provided was exceptional. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Blue Flame fitted a brand new central heating system and combi boiler and also removed the old water tank and electric storage heaters. From start to finish they were efficient and friendly. The young lads who completed the work kept everything clean and tidy and completed the job in the time scale quoted. When the work was completed I received a lovely bouquet of flowers which made my day.

We had been struggling with what appeared to be extensive rising damp for months on 2 internal walls having employed builders and several surveys. While servicing our boiler your engineer looked at the issue and ascertained the problem in less than half an hour. He arranged to return and delve further into the problem. Did so promptly, made sound judgements as to how to limit damage given that floors needed digging up. He called for more a specialised engineer who was with us in a couple of hours. He was enthusiastic , very competent, fixed the problem efficiently and left us with a clean site. In every circumstance they were polite, positive and helpful. Team Blue Flame worked very well together. We have used them before always having had the same experience.

They also took initiative to make improvements, such as re-routing of existing pipe work and we’re careful to secure floorboards and leave everything clean and tidy. The process from survey to sign off of the installation was personally overseen by the Director, David, who additionally willingly listened to my questions, provided reassurance and accommodated my requests. Blue Flame installed a new condensing combination boiler on the 30/Nov/2022. Yes, the work was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. The two installers, Lee and Kai were outstanding. They were clean, helpful and worked very hard. They tidied up to a very high standard. Overall I am delighted with the work that was done.

Work completed with minimum of fuss thoroughly professional. They knew exactly what was required the completed work was exactly what you would expect from first rate workmen and company. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Old cylinder and gravity tank removed. existing boiler removed and new combi fitted. New gas pipe fitted and re routed. All pipes lagged and all materials removed. We are delighted with the service we received from Blue Flame. It took less than a week from the initial site visit to completion of the install. The Engineer (David) was very professional and thorough. All work was carried out as per the quote. On completion of the install, David noticed that the pressure had dropped in the new boiler, he went above and beyond in tracing the problem (which was a faulty radiator connection and nothing to do with the work carried out). To carry out the repair, David had to go under the house crawl space, which is not the nicest of environments, and to make matters worse the weather outside was torrential rain. The repair was carried out successfully and David stayed to check there were no other issues. All in all, a fantastic service from a very professional and friendly company. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Recently had a gas fire serviced and a replacement boiler at my Mam’s which involved re- locating it for improved access and making good obsolete pipes/ controls etc. In both cases the guys were great, prompt, professional and friendly. Blue Flame has been servicing my electric boiler for some years and I was aready impressed by their quality of work and friendly efficient service. When my central heating pipes burst and the water drained out of my heating system necessitating installation of a new system I was dreading the upheaval that pulling up the the flooring etc, would cause. The two engineers who did the job were very friendly, communicative, fast, efficient and multi skilled. The work on my house was quite complex due to the nature of the build, but the engineers quickly worked out a plan to get around the problems and had the job done in two and a half days rather than the three days I was initially advised. The cosmetic remedial work they finished off the job with means that you would had hardly know they had been here and my house is once again warm. The word "impressed" seems insignificant in relation to this company and I would highly recommend Blue Flame to anyone.

I can thoroughly recommend Blue Flame for plumbing work. They've been today to do the annual service for the boiler they installed a few years ago. They are such a good firm to deal with. All the staff are friendly, approachable and easy to deal with. They come when they say they will - even giving a little bit of notice on the day to confirm the exact time.

Have had a problem with my boiler, so contacted blue flame and was immediately put at ease, office staff were friendly, helpful and had me booked in the same day it was reasonably priced too, the engineer arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, would highly recommend this company.

From ringing up at 8.00 on the first day back after Xmas holidays they were here by 9.30 and finished by 10.30.Fixing a leaking boiler and replacing parts. Yet again great service, wouldn't go anywhere else.
