Blue Flame Service Ltd is a local firm based in Maryport, Cumbria, originally set up by David Harrison in 2003. Over the past 15 years we have developed and grown into one of Cumbria ’s leading utility contractors providing first class plumbing, heating, electrical and renewable services.

Our fleet of 5 fully fitted vehicles support all the services we provide covering the whole of Cumbria, Millom to Carlisle, Whitehaven to Penrith.

We cover all aspects of Plumbing and Heating, Blue Flame Services are now able to offer boiler finance and Bathroom finance options throughout Cumbria.

Blue Flame can now offer easy payment solutions with 0% APR on all boiler, bathroom and electrical installations.

We can now protect your Home with a range of Boiler Care packages starting from £0.37 a day, all packages include an annual boiler service, unlimited call outs and up to £1,000 inc vat for repair works.

Able to book easily. Engineer arrived as advised, received a message to say they were on their way, so good communication. Engineer polite and carried out the boiler service efficiently. They were polite and a respectful of property, eg removed boots. Pleased with the service including receipt of invoice etc.

The service engineer arrived right on time and removed his shoes at front door to protect our carpets. He was polite and worked efficiently and thoroughly and cleaned up when he was finished. Very pleased, will use them again.

Blue flame carried out the annual service of my boiler and gas fire, they arrived 10 mins before expected but had phoned me to check if this was ok. The engineer got straight to work on the boiler first and then the fire both were done with no fuss or disruption and warranty paperwork was done at the same time, my carpet was protected by dust sheets and everything worked fine after he left. I gave the engineer the payment with cheque as agreed and he said the gas certificate will be sent to me separately later. The engineer explained what he was doing as he carried out the work and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with blue flame.

Patrick attended twice, to assess the job and order the part, and then returned to fit it. All my dealings with Blue Flame from the telephone service (I like that I can pay the bill over the phone) to the plumbers who attend, means that we get excellent, professional service. We've needed this work done for some time - it was just a case of finding a trustworthy company to carry it out. Living out in the country, it can be difficult to get trades teams to attend the property. We've used Blue Flame for a number of things, including annual boiler service and any boiler problems. I like them because it is a large local company, which means that someone attends when they say they will and the response is always quick, because there are enough engineers to cover demand. Would thoroughly recommend them.

The work was assessed by a professional who knew his job and by the next day we had a comprehensive quote, detailing exactly what we needed. Furthermore the final bill had no hidden extras. We were kept informed about the appointment and an excellent team of lads carried out the work.
