Blue Flame Service Ltd is a local firm based in Maryport, Cumbria, originally set up by David Harrison in 2003. Over the past 15 years we have developed and grown into one of Cumbria ’s leading utility contractors providing first class plumbing, heating, electrical and renewable services.

Our fleet of 5 fully fitted vehicles support all the services we provide covering the whole of Cumbria, Millom to Carlisle, Whitehaven to Penrith.

We cover all aspects of Plumbing and Heating, Blue Flame Services are now able to offer boiler finance and Bathroom finance options throughout Cumbria.

Blue Flame can now offer easy payment solutions with 0% APR on all boiler, bathroom and electrical installations.

We can now protect your Home with a range of Boiler Care packages starting from £0.37 a day, all packages include an annual boiler service, unlimited call outs and up to £1,000 inc vat for repair works.

Blue Flame replaced our old oil combi boiler with a new one 24-25 May. We were only without water for 1 hour. The service was excellent, it was all to schedule and was completed by lunchtime on the second day. I find the service at the Maryport base very friendly and helpful in addition to everything left clean and neat. The lovely surprise was a beautiful arrangement of flowers. Blue Flame Maryport comes highly recommended by my husband & me for all plumbing and electrical work.

New Boiler installed by two engineers who were friendly and knowledgeable, everything tidied up . David came to see if we were happy with the work, We took out the Boiler care Cover with them, a local phone call is all you require for any help. Dave left nice bouquet of flowers for our custom. Def. recommend Blueflame.

Very happy with the team that did the installation, very efficient, very accommodating with little changes, pleasant and a friendly team all the way round, nothing was too much trouble for them. In fact I picked up on a little thing and the follow up was brilliant. Well done!

Having discussed the work required, all new copper plumbing to all new radiators and fresh supplies to both bathrooms and fitting the bathrooms, David Harrison could not have been more helpful. We must have had a dozen of the team at different times and they were all excellent, nothing too much trouble and Daz wouldn't leave without cleaning up at the end of each day. I have no hesitation to highly recommend Blue Flame Cumbria.

I needed a complete new flue on my combi boiler, a new thermostat and a TRV. The engineer arrived promptly to inspect the work that needed doing and took notes which he checked with me to make sure I was happy with them. The detailed quote arrived a couple of days later and was for a very reasonable price. I was not able to be at the property on the agreed date but they were happy to take a key and let themselves in. They did the work in one day and left my property in good condition. I received the Safety/Service Certificate the next day. Their customer service is great and they were happy to answer any and all questions. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and highly recommend them.

Blue Flame fitted our new central heating boiler, new radiators and new gas fire September 2017. Since that time they have carried out the three annual services of the fire and the boiler. This year I have also signed up for their Boiler Care package. I think the fact that I keep going back to them probably speaks for itself. The quality of their work has always been excellent and their staff have always been pleasant and helpful.

From start to finish I have been impressed with the service provided by Blue Flame Services. At quotation stage the advice given by Jon was invaluable, and this made me decide to use the company. I had a new boiler fitted, and was given a new supply of hot water to the kitchen and utility room. The team of installers, Lee and Darren, dealt with everything on the quotation in a professional and helpful manner. They were happy to answer any questions I posed, and they left the premises clean and tidy. They completed the work on schedule. Finally, the office staff are always very polite and helpful when I call. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very good service, I purchased a Magnaclean magnetic filter about 12 months ago. I didn't fit it myself as I have never used the Tectite plumbing system before, so I asked Blue Flame to do it. A neat job done in no time and for the sum of £15 plus VAT, it's simply not worth doing yourself. Boiler service and all checks carried out efficiently and safety report e-mailed to me on the same day. The total bill of £106 inc. VAT seems very reasonable. Very good communications throughout

Excellent service from start to finish. Contacted Blue Flame regarding fitting a new boiler, arrived on time to give me a quote. Once I had agreed. A date and time for fitting was organised. Again arrived on time explained everything that was going to be done, superb fitting, everything very neat and tidy. Once finished and everywhere cleaned up old boiler removed, the house was spotless wouldn’t know anyone had been in . A full explanation of the control’s was given . Very very satisfied with the service, highly recommended.

BlueFlame recently replaced our ancient gas fire and back boiler with a Worcester combi boiler. From quotation to completion the job was carried out on time and to a very high standard. The two installers were very skillful, efficient, tidy and happy to answer any questions as they proceeded. All redundant items were removed and we are delighted with the completed installation. This was the fifth and biggest job that BlueFlame have done for us and without hesitation I would definitely recommend them knowing they would do a first class job.

After a month of chasing the installer of our oil boiler for a service, we lost patience and rang Blue Flame. We rang at 11.45 am on the Friday, and the job was complete by 11.30 am the following Monday. The office contact is extremely efficient, and the engineer who attended was friendly and helpful. The price for the job (quoted in advance) was competitive. All in all, highly recommended.

We have a full new central heating system including boiler, radiators, all new piping, and a hot water tank. It was a major job which involved laying floors and chalking on walls. The guys from Blue Flame were here at 8 am each day and got it done in good time. They also made sure carpets were put back down, and walls were plastered back up smoothly. I would use them again.
