Blue Flame Service Ltd is a local firm based in Maryport, Cumbria, originally set up by David Harrison in 2003. Over the past 15 years we have developed and grown into one of Cumbria ’s leading utility contractors providing first class plumbing, heating, electrical and renewable services.

Our fleet of 5 fully fitted vehicles support all the services we provide covering the whole of Cumbria, Millom to Carlisle, Whitehaven to Penrith.

We cover all aspects of Plumbing and Heating, Blue Flame Services are now able to offer boiler finance and Bathroom finance options throughout Cumbria.

Blue Flame can now offer easy payment solutions with 0% APR on all boiler, bathroom and electrical installations.

We can now protect your Home with a range of Boiler Care packages starting from £0.37 a day, all packages include an annual boiler service, unlimited call outs and up to £1,000 inc vat for repair works.

After a month of chasing the installer of our oil boiler for a service, we lost patience and rang Blue Flame. We rang at 11.45 am on the Friday, and the job was complete by 11.30 am the following Monday. The office contact is extremely efficient, and the engineer who attended was friendly and helpful. The price for the job (quoted in advance) was competitive. All in all, highly recommended.

I called Blue Flame as we had a leak in our central heating system. I feared we may have to have floors ripped up to find it. The man who called to estimate was friendly polite and reassuring. He explained a way to resolve the problem, sent me an estimate the same day and the job was booked in a week after I accepted the estimate. The guys who came to do the work were extremely polite, efficient and tidy, they had the job done in no time and although we now have some pipes running down walls they are hardly noticeable. The problem was fixed, a new radiator fitted in our lounge, system tested and they were away. Our central heating is working perfectly now. This may not be the cheapest firm to use but their work ethic is second to none. I would not hesitate to use them again. All the people I came into contact with were friendly and helpful, there was absolutely no mess when the work was done and they fixed the issues as they said they would - no dramas. Excellent work, thank you very much.

Combi Boiler installation to replace old boiler, new controls & radiator valves, removal of water tanks, installation of a new radiator & gas fire service. The company were fantastic from first enquiry to completion of the work, especially the installers. There was no hard sell and I got an explanation of the options available to me and their recommendation. I received a detailed quote and we agreed an installation date which fitted with my schedule. I was kept informed of a slight delay to the start time on the first day and the work was completed within the original quoted timescale of 2.5 days. The staff doing the installation were amazing. They were hard working, friendly, efficient and professional completing the work to a very high standard and leaving the property better than it was originally. I will be taking out a service package and have already recommended this company twice.

Very pleased with whole progress from initial contact with Blue Flame to completion of installation. All members of staff we had contact with were helpful, friendly & provided a first class professional service. They were able to fit our job in quickly, engineers arrived on date as arranged & on time. Work was finished as agreed and property left clean & tidy, engineers were excellent, explained what had been done & gave full instructions on how to set new boiler controls etc - would definitely recommend this company.

From quotation to fitting Blue Flame were outstanding. During the quotation Dave was very professional and helpful. The fitters Andrew and Corbie did a fantastic job of removing back boiler, fitting the new combi boiler and radiators. They made sure everything was clean and tidy. The blue flame team are always prompt ,they keep you updated with every thing from your 1st call to job done .we were very stressed as we had a water leak within our house boundary ,we had called lots of people but got nobody willing to look as it was nearing Xmas .blue flame answered and booked for a rep to come and access the job .we come to a job decision and they booked us in for 22nd Dec .we were notified before they come and the workers arrived on time ,the job was done as discussed and they were very clean and professional in what they did .blue flame have worked for us in the past and I would highly recommend them .well done blue flame .

Blue Flame installed a new condensing combination boiler on the 30/Nov/2022. Yes, the work was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. The two installers, Lee and Kai were outstanding. They were clean, helpful and worked very hard. They tidied up to a very high standard. Overall I am delighted with the work that was done.

Our boiler decided that after 14 years it had had enough. Blue Flame had serviced it previously and we were keen to use them as we had always found their professional and friendly service of a very high standard. In spite of a very busy workload they managed to reschedule jobs to accommodate us. The workmen arrived on time , took great pains to cover carpets and wore shoe covers. They were polite and took pains to explain exactly what they had to do. The work was completed within the day and the new boiler is working well. We recommend them wholeheartedly
