Blue Flame Service Ltd is a local firm based in Maryport, Cumbria, originally set up by David Harrison in 2003. Over the past 15 years we have developed and grown into one of Cumbria ’s leading utility contractors providing first class plumbing, heating, electrical and renewable services.

Our fleet of 5 fully fitted vehicles support all the services we provide covering the whole of Cumbria, Millom to Carlisle, Whitehaven to Penrith.

We cover all aspects of Plumbing and Heating, Blue Flame Services are now able to offer boiler finance and Bathroom finance options throughout Cumbria.

Blue Flame can now offer easy payment solutions with 0% APR on all boiler, bathroom and electrical installations.

We can now protect your Home with a range of Boiler Care packages starting from £0.37 a day, all packages include an annual boiler service, unlimited call outs and up to £1,000 inc vat for repair works.

Blue Flame renewed the entire heating system in our old house with a large Worcester combi - re-piping the entire system and re-locating the boiler. This was not an easy job, due to the structure and arrangement of the 200 year-old house, but the engineers managed to find ways around piping problems that minimised disturbance to floors and walls. They replaced boards and pipe boxes and cemented holes left behind from the old system. Some mess was inevitable, but the team cleaned up best they could and removed all of the old hardware. They were polite and considerate and happy to discuss the job with us. The job was surveyed expertly, and we had advice and support from the outset. No question was too much trouble, and the engineer was patient and easy to talk to. We chose Blue Flame because of the excellent service we had from them on the old boiler.

Full boiler service - renewed seal that had gone. Arrived in time scale promptly. Explained clearly what the issue was and was able to resolve it as had a seal on the van. Checked price before he fitted it. Fitted a new carbon dioxide alarm for free according to gas week and 'Which'. Checked all radiators as requested for air.

Replaced bathroom towel rail with 600 x 500 double radiator. Pre-install consultation very professional. On day of install, engineer arrived on time, was very polite, and standard of work including cleaning up afterwards was excellent.
