I've used Shareef and his team for a number of years and can only speak highly of them. We've used them for both small and large jobs, including fault-finding, re-wiring, and new installations. They're highly efficient and respond quickly to calls/messages (and I'd also stress that Shareef always tries to give you a call to resolve the problem over the phone if he can first!). When they do turn up they're punctual, smart, polite, professional, and know what they're talking about. Neat and tidy and get the job done. It sucks when you get an electrical problem - but it's definitely a silver lining having one of Shareef's team come to resolve it for you. Highly, highly recommend.

Replacement of indoor lighting with more efficient system. Work done very efficiently and at agreed time. Worker very helpful, communicative and left the place clean. Costs very reasonable.

Blue Lantern is the best, a great team of reliable electricians! They’ve sorted out so many problems - among other things, replacing all the communal lighting in our building, installing new lights in our conservatory, finding out what was wrong with our outside lights and fixing them, fixing our oven wiring, etc. etc. Most recently, they fixed a 35+ year old electric doorbell, a complicated fix that involved calling different companies to find the obsolete wiring diagram and getting technical support from the manufacturer. Prices are reasonable, esp considering this is London. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We have used Blue Lantern for years. From small jobs replacing a light fitting, to a multi-week project rewiring the electricity supply for a block of flats. On every occasion Shareef has been collaborative. We've discussed the job, he's understood our requirements, and provided feedback. Two separate jobs recently - fitting a fire alarm isolator switch and replacing a ceiling downlight. Shareef responded quickly to my enquiries and both jobs were completed within a day or two of my call. Anthony, who attended, was professional, polite and punctual, completed the work to an excellent standard, and took care to thoroughly tidy up. In sum, a terrific service, at reasonable rates. Blue Lantern Electrical Services have done a number of jobs for me this past year in 2023 / 2024. At short notice they have replaced bulbs in hard to reach places in our terrace common areas. The team have put in sensor lighting at each of the back doors of houses leading out into the garden and have also put in sensor safety and security lighting in our communal garden and rubbish area. Shareef visited the site and provided a very detailed quote and a timeline. He then booked the job in on a mutually convenient date and time. His team turned up exactly on time to do the different jobs and the work was completed within the time allowed for each projects. I can describe the Blue Lantern team as punctual, polite, pleasant, personable and professional. The workmanship was done to a very high level, good quality lighting was used, any mess and debris was removed from the site and I was kept informed of progress throughout the project. We are part of a terrace of 5 houses with 23 flats so it is hard to keep everyone happy but the Blue Lantern team did just that - they are a pleasure to work with.

It is the most important thing in life that you know someone you can trust completely to ensure that your property is maintained safely, preventing any potential hazard, and there are way too many dodgy electricians and plumbers in London. My Blue Lantern engineers are usually fixing the mess caused by a shockingly unprofessional electricians. They are always busy helping everyone all over London, but as soon as they find a bookable time slot, the team comes running to the rescue. I required an electrical repair to my circuit board and shower socket as well as an oven installation. How many electricians start by talking you through the issue to see if there is a simple fix that doesn't need a call out? In the event we needed to a new wire chased into the wall between two sockets. Blue Lantern were quick to identify the fault and did a really tidy job. Such nice guys too. It's great when you find tradespeople you can totally trust.
