Early in 2025 we decided to look at a new kitchen.We looked at several companies both large and small and settled on Bluebell a local company as we had gelled with their designer and her ideas and design. After much discussion between ourselves we decided to put matters on hold whilst pursuing the feasabilty of extending the kitchen. We were recomended a builder who also new an architect. The plans were finally passed and we ended up back at Bluebell with a different designer as the original lady had left to follow a different career path. The new designer was very patient with us and took on board our wants and likes as well as our dislikes. The builder completed his work as scheduled and Bluebell followed suit. The whole experience just flowed and we are very pleased and proud of our new larger kitchen. All of the Bluebell staff were helpful courteous and knowledgable. Meetings were never rushed.Changes were never a problem and every thing fully explained. Many thanks to Bluebell and all their staff for a wonderful job.

From beginning to end we found Bluebell fantastic. We had our media wall expertly designed just as we wanted it. We had help sourcing an electrician and plumber (that were needed to move sockets and a radiator to facilitate our media wall) and both of these tradesmen were good. The team that spent 2 days constructing the wall were hard working, arrived when they said they would and were polite, not at all messy and were helpful. The job was done within the timeframe promised and the wall looks fantastic. We are super pleased.

They designed and built my master bedroom furniture including wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, window seat and a chest of drawers. They also designed and fitted a a feature with led lighting on the wall behind the bed. They delivered the work to the agreed budget and worked closely with my builder to suit the builders programme. This was greatly appreciated as they had to alter their own programme to align with the builder's programme. What made Bluebell standout was their focus on giving a first class customer experience. From the very beginning, Stephen (one the partners) was friendly and professional. He spent a lot of time listening to us to produce a design that we were happy with. He gave us valuable advice throughout the service. Rhona the office manager was very friendly made us feel welcome every time. The fitter Bluebell used was also very professional. During installation, bluebell resolved all minor things that went wrong quickly and satisfactorily. I found Bluebell very helpful. They kept us informed throughout and delivered an excellent service and product. I would not hesitate using them again and recommending them to my friends and family.

Went in the shop looking for inspiration. They have a fantastic showroom with lots of ideas and a wonderful friendly team to help you choose. The whole experience from choosing the design to helping with materials and colours was never pressured. The work was done to the agreed timetable and I cannot fault the installation or the excellent workmanship. It was a little more expensive than I anticipated but I am extremely glad I choose them . The materials and craft man ship are top notch.

We had 2 fitted wardrobes installed in our master bedroom last week and they are fantastic. James did the initial consultation, measurements, design which all went very smoothly. On the day, the fitter Frank was efficient, professional and did a great job. Really happy with the result & would definitely recommend Bluebell

New cupboards and shelves with interior cupboard lighting.We were kept abreast of all developments and the fitters arrived on time,were polite and pleasant, very careful and aware of the rest of the house in order to minimise any dust generated as a result of the installation. Slight variations to the original plans were accommodated as the work progressed and mutual discussions held accordingly. The work and level of expertise were of the highest standard and we are delighted with the result.Everyone involved,from the owners/designers via the fitters to the ladies in the office have been extremely efficient and thoughtful. Full marks.

The process of taking measurements to estimate the cost, to receive quotation, attending final visit to take exact measurements went very smoothly. The agreed date to install new doors worked out very well and Bluebell staff attended site and installed the doors. They are always very professional and very helpful staff. This was the second time we used them and I have no doubt in using Bluebell as and when the next opportunity arise.

Bluebell altered and enhanced the existing kitchen and installed home office furniture. We had used Bluebell previously and had been very happy with their work. Work was carried out satisfactorily on time and within budget. There is a real focus on customer service and all staff with whom we liaised were very customer focused. Some very minor issues were addressed promptly post installation. Three very minor gripes: 1) we also asked for a quote to replace a modest bathroom cupboard - in our view the quote was excessive (especially in comparison to the other work) and it would have been better to explain that they would rather not quote (not sure they really wanted that part of the project). We did not progress this piece of work. 2) an upfront deposit is requested which is fine. The full balance is payable prior to installation. In my view there should be a small retention payable on satisfactory completion of the work rather than full payment prior to completion. 3) one of their workmen damaged a light in our driveway and no offer was made to repair it.

We had an amazing consultation with the gentlemen in store. They were patient and flexible in their approach and the designs were second to none. We were able to personalise every aspect of our wardrobes- even down to the length of the drop for my dresses! The turn around from consultation, designs and then installation was super speedy and any queries were replied to promptly. We cannot recommend Bluebell enough and will most definitely be returning.

Discussed, designed custom-built and fitted wardrobes, shelves, bedside tables and drawer units. Some handles were out of stock so completion was delayed. Completed to budget. We have used this company previously and had good service. Generally very helpful, listened to our comments and made appropriate adjustments where required. Everything completed to our satisfaction. We would use them again.
