Thank you also for taking my call to discuss the minor gripes that you mention in the review. I apologise for the confusion with regards to the light in your driveway, as discussed we would certainly be prepared to contribute to the costs of the repair work. I hope you also accept my explanation regards to the costs involved with the bathroom cabinet, we were absolutely happy to undertake the work for you, but I do understand and respect your decision not to proceed with this as part of your order. Our payment terms have always been a full balance payment before the first date of installation, but as you yourself attest, we do make sure we do a good job, and any amendments or alterations are dealt with in a timely manner.
