From the outset one of Bluebell’s core values is to place the customer firmly at the centre of the process. From our initial consultation, we always listen carefully to their vision or offer guidance to those who come with a blank page.
Again, during the installation of the furniture we take a considerate approach and communicate with all parties to minimise disruption to the clients’ lives.
We understand how important the ’ Bluebell Experience’ is as much as the quality of the furniture. Our clients also value our non-aggressive approach to the sales experience never pursuing the ‘hard sell’.

We had a superb experience with Bluebell when we replaced our kitchen. I feel we got a bespoke, high quality and beautifully finished kitchen at a price more reflective of what we'd expect to pay for bog standard units off the shelf. Professionalism and quality were part of every aspect of our experience with Bluebell as was their attention to detail and their "can do" attitude. We were supported- but never hustled- throughout the entire process and now we're enjoying a great kitchen that is easy to work in, wonderful to look at and finished on deadline and on budget. Fantastic. I wish every home improvement experience could be this happy.

This is the third time we have used Bluebell over the years. And as past experiences the workmanship is top notch. The shop team were really helpful when producing the design with some great ideas, the whole process was very smooth and professional. The fitter who came (David) was very polite, tidy and most importantly did a superb job. Wardrobes are something you live with for many years, so getting it right from the outset is probably the most important factor and choosing a company like Bluebell ticks all the boxes from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebell.

We used Bluebell Bedroom Fitters to look at utilising all the space in our son’s bedroom as his room is a dorma with sloping ceilings. A designer came out and discussed what it was we needed and what they could create then had a great visual experience and vast array of colours and finishes in the furniture. Then a bedroom survey was done and then the fitting all completed in 2 days. Fantastic finish and my son is very happy with all his shelves for his trainer display. Highly recommend.

The Bluebell team fitted our newly build in wardrobes and bed side drawers over three days at then end of June and beginning of July 2023. We love the design and quality of the finished product. What a great local team to work with. Their Customer service was exceptional, from team in the shop, the designer, Stephen who checked out the room to ensure the design would work, to the guy who measured up and the guys who fitted it couldn’t have been better. The installation team turned up when they said, worked hard throughout the days they were here and did a fab job. I can highly recommend them. Thank you team Bluebell. One happy customer.

We were recommended Bluebell by another tradesperson and they did not disappoint! We needed some bespoke wardrobes fitted in an attic bedroom with sloped ceilings and wobbly old walls. From start to finish, we experienced exceptional customer service and the whole process was very easy, we were delighted with how quickly the wardrobes were made and installed. Bluebell have exceptionally high standards, there was a minor post installation issue for us and they went above and beyond to resolve it promptly. Based on good reviews for Bluebell, we approached the company to re-design an existing bedroom fitting. Post initial design we had couple of more meetings and finalised what was to be fitted. During the whole process, the staff we so friendly, honest and professional. The work started on time and finished to our satisfaction. Any queries and requests that we made were dealt with to our utmost satisfaction and my daughter is now very happy with the finished product. I cannot recommend them highly enough! We employed this company to install fitted bedroom furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The initial survey included a comprehensive visual image of how the completed work would look and no pressure was applied to place an order unlike other companies we had tried. The work was completed to a high standard and the fitter took great care to ensure everything was just right. We would definitely recommend this company.

Replacement of wardrobe mirror doors
The process of taking measurements to estimate the cost, to receive quotation, attending final visit to take exact measurements went very smoothly. The agreed date to install new doors worked out very well and Bluebell staff attended site and installed the doors. They are always very professional and very helpful staff. This was the second time we used them and I have no doubt in using Bluebell as and when the next opportunity arise.

Went in the shop looking for inspiration. They have a fantastic showroom with lots of ideas and a wonderful friendly team to help you choose. The whole experience from choosing the design to helping with materials and colours was never pressured. The work was done to the agreed timetable and I cannot fault the installation or the excellent workmanship. It was a little more expensive than I anticipated but I am extremely glad I choose them . The materials and craft man ship are top notch.

We were recommended to Bluebell by a friend who had had a good experience of dealing with them. From our first meeting with Mike where he drew up our requirements on the CAD to the completion of the job this week nothing has been too much trouble. Mike has made everything seem hassle free and all our communications have been timely and precise. Our fitter was professional and courteous and managed to fit us in quickly as we needed to get our office up and running quickly. They fitted both an office and bedroom wardrobes and the products look excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you are looking for fitted furniture.

I am delighted by the additional Bluebell fitted furniture in my main bedroom. Not only did Bluebell match the existing door finish of 7 years ago, but they devised the perfect system for my needs: A hidden dressing table & a really functional shoe storage. Many thanks too for the upholstered stool to match my curtains. The fitters were excellent, meticulous tradesmen who cleaned up afterwards.

John was quiet, hardworking and took pride in his job. He was with us for 1/2 days and we didn't know he was here. Everything was cleared away on day 1, placed in the wardrobe, but everything was on dust sheets. Everything was complete to a very high standard. In this case you get what you paid for, would use again.

Paul arrived on the day I was given with all the equipment and tools required, put down sheets to protect my carpet (wet clay) and proceeded to build the wardrobes. Although the ceiling slopes into the wall Paul managed to fit the units so they finished job looked exactly like the plans which were drawn up. Took two days as planned and looks great. One very pleased customer and very professional job.
