We have used Bluebell on five occasions. We keep going back because we are so pleased with the design, service, quality, communication and problem solving of the whole team. From reception, to design, production, fitting and after care they have been consistently reliable. It doesn't mean nothing goes wrong, things rarely fit perfectly in the real world, but if there are problems Bluebell sorts it. We have had a lot of work done on the house and dealt with a lot of contractors, Bluebell I can recommend without hesitation.

Really pleased with the finished work from Bluebell - always difficult to fully imagine how the design will look in situ but we are over the moon with the end product ! The whole process from design to fitting has been handled very professionally despite delays to the process caused by other third parties? James the designer took plenty of time to ensure we were happy with the design, the receptionist was always very helpful and the fitters were very tidy, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us on fine details ! Extremely happy with the end result !

We visited the Bluebell Showrooms and ordered our wardrobes. They arrived promptly and were expertly fitted into our bedroom many thanks.

Bluebell were fantastic from design to implementation. There communication was consistent and thorough. The work was completed as per specification, efficiently and tidied up afterwards.

We initially met with James at Bluebell and he was excellent, explaining well the different options that we could choose, definitely not trying to "sell" us something but working with us on what we required. The actual fit-out was done very well and professional, the team did a great job and ensured they cleaned up afterwards. We are really pleased with the end product of fitted wardrobes and a new, fitted home-office, and would recommend Bluebell to anyone else.

New cupboards and shelves with interior cupboard lighting.We were kept abreast of all developments and the fitters arrived on time,were polite and pleasant, very careful and aware of the rest of the house in order to minimise any dust generated as a result of the installation. Slight variations to the original plans were accommodated as the work progressed and mutual discussions held accordingly. The work and level of expertise were of the highest standard and we are delighted with the result.Everyone involved,from the owners/designers via the fitters to the ladies in the office have been extremely efficient and thoughtful. Full marks.

We had an amazing consultation with the gentlemen in store. They were patient and flexible in their approach and the designs were second to none. We were able to personalise every aspect of our wardrobes- even down to the length of the drop for my dresses! The turn around from consultation, designs and then installation was super speedy and any queries were replied to promptly. We cannot recommend Bluebell enough and will most definitely be returning.

We had 2 fitted wardrobes installed in our master bedroom last week and they are fantastic. James did the initial consultation, measurements, design which all went very smoothly. We had a kitchen designed and fitted by Bluebell nearly 3 years ago and thanks to the excellent quality and workmanship it still looks as perfect as it did the day it was completed. So when the time came for a home study to be installed we didn't look any further! We are equally thrilled with our new study and the whole process form design to the final product. Excellent service from initial contact, planning and fitting. Designer gave us lots of alternative ideas too. Paul came to fit the room, by himself. Not sure how he lifted the heavy furniture upstairs, alone, but he did. Paul involved me from the time he commenced the fit. He gave me alternative about light fittings etc. Each day he tidied up and cleaned the space ready for the next working day. would recommend Bluebell to any friends or family without hesitation. The service was excellent and the quality of the furniture is absolutely second to none.

After previously having a bedroom refurbished by Bluebell we were happy to ask them to design our new kitchen. Bluebell provided an excellent service from start to finish and we are glad we chose them to refit our kitchen. Mike made a home visit to discuss our requirements and offered innovative ideas and suggestions on how the kitchen could be transformed. We were then invited to the Bluebell showroom to view our proposed kitchen layout on a large computer screen. Adjustments were suggested and made and our new kitchen came to life in colour. Once the furniture was made at the Bluebell factory a start date was arranged with a timetable of work to be undertaken. The fitters were friendly, professional, hard working and above all very tidy. The finished kitchen is high quality with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. It looks bright and modern, exactly what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind once or twice. I was most impressed with the service from Bluebell and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

That aside, I can't recommend Bluebell enough. In fact I can't even muster up a mediocre thing to say about Bluebell. Everything Bluebell did (and they did pretty much the lot) was never anything less than absolutely outstanding. They helped design the furniture down to the colour scheme (which was actually quite muted, and matched to a wall, which with our busy new furniture was a resounding success). There were many useful additions and suggestions, such as a roll-out printer shelf inside a cupboard, and from an incredibly woolly description of the wardrobe doors managed to instantly pull a sample out from the far rear of the store (where it had been gathering dust since the '70s). All of this was mocked up on the computer big screen in the showroom in advance, and Bluebell were never less than enthusiastic about the project, but never even nudged pushy. And the price was very reasonable, and believe me I talked to a lot of people who frankly could barely be bothered discussing it at all. The fit itself was mercifully brief. Any mess was tidied up. All furniture was prepared in the warehouse, and assembled in the house. The next day it would arrive, be put in place, no mess and no fuss. And a year on, everything; every door, shelf and level surface is completely horizontal and indestructible. Highly recommended!
