From the outset one of Bluebell’s core values is to place the customer firmly at the centre of the process. From our initial consultation, we always listen carefully to their vision or offer guidance to those who come with a blank page.
Again, during the installation of the furniture we take a considerate approach and communicate with all parties to minimise disruption to the clients’ lives.
We understand how important the ’ Bluebell Experience’ is as much as the quality of the furniture. Our clients also value our non-aggressive approach to the sales experience never pursuing the ‘hard sell’.

Really impressed with this company. From the initial sales visit from Stephen to installation by Tom then completion by John everyone involved was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I now have beautiful fitted wardrobes and drawers fitted in a very small section of our loft conversion which would have been wasted space otherwise! It looks amazing!

The care and attention received from all staff at Bluebell was second to none Many thanks to James who drew the plans up, John the fitter who's professionalism was second to none- the quality of his work was first class Last but by no means least Karen on reception who was always friendly and extremely professional and approachable and is a credit to the company... I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bluebell to anybody..

I am delighted with the Customer Service I have received, they have been more than understanding , helpful and accommodating. They have been very professional throughout. We have used Bluebell for three rooms in our apartment and our thrilled to bits with the finish in each room. Our wine/drinks cabinet is admired by all and makes our lounge complete. The TV room is just stunning and we are really pleased with the finished result. How the designers managed to match up our original kitchen cupboards with a contrast has been an amazing achievement it really finishes off the room. Any snagging problems were dealt with quickly and nothing was too much trouble. I can only speak highly of all the staff from the designers to the joiners, they are all friendly and easy to deal with. Mike runs an extremely and efficient business.

Bluebell transformed my neglected box room into a fitted study/bedroom in a way which I would not have thought possible. The design managed to make it look bigger even though there is more furniture than before and Tom’s craftsmanship was excellent, especially in the way that he fitted cupboards round an awkwardly shaped ceiling and picture rail. I was consulted at each stage. They were very helpful in recommending craftsmen for the work that needed to be done before the fitting and all of these proved to be of good quality and reliable. I would recommend Bluebell to anyone.

We have had fitted wardrobes before but I have to say that this has been our best experience. The sales process was smooth and efficient and the whole experience was pleasant and friendly. The fitter did an excellent job and the quality of the work and the wardrobes is perfect. I would not hesitate to use Bluebell Bedrooms again and would recommend them very highly and trust them to do a top quality job at a fair price.

We have enjoyed working with Bluebell to change the look of our lounge by putting shelving and cupboards in the alcoves. The design process was good, the team always let us know when they would arrive and kept to those times and dates where possible and if not possible we were kept informed at all stages of the process. The build was a dream, we emptied the room apart from the large items and John the fitter stayed all day and at the end of it, the lounge was just as we had left it, clean and tidy, but we now have beautiful cupboards and shelves.

We thought long and hard about whether to have fitted wardrobes and had quotes from all the leading suppliers. None could match the attention to detail and 'can-do' attitude as Bluebell. Our consultant, James, was patient, courteous and always available to help pre, during and most importantly post-installation. Even when adjustments or changes were required the after-sales service (from the entire team) was amazing. We are thoroughly impressed and happy with the results and would recommend Bluebell as a complete solution provider. Our next project is our media centre for our living room! Simply Bluebell, Simple Amazing.

I first used Bluebell 3 years ago for my bedroom, I was so pleased with the finished product that I have used them in January 2022 to design units for my dining room. As far as I am concerned there is only one word to use when referring to the company EXCELLENT. From my initial meeting with James to the finished product, the team have all been polite, professional and exceptional tradesmen. The quality of their work is first class. I met James and Alison through recommendation, and from start to finish the service received from Bluebell has been absolutely first class. We wanted a media room and my office re-configuring. James was really patient in the design process, making really helpful suggestions to come up with designs that we were really happy with. The regular communication from Bluebell prior to fit out was reassuring and timely. Our build took three days and the two fitters could not have been nicer and more helpful. They are a real credit to the company. My wife and I are delighted with the quality of the product, and visitors have already commented on how nice the new rooms look. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebell and have already done so. Thanks for a great job

I first used Bluebell in 2010, and again in 2015, so when I bought my new house and needed to get some fitted furniture made (2 shelving units and a fitted wardrobe), it was a no-brainer that I would be returning to Bluebell. Stephen was brilliant with the design process, combining aesthetically pleasing options with practical functionality; the beauty of bespoke furniture is that it takes both the user and the contours of the room into consideration. Graeme was also really friendly and helpful to work with, and Frank and Antony did a fantastic job in building the units and leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. I know from previous experience that the quality is excellent - the shelves are sturdy, well-supported and do not bow, no matter how hard I try with the volume of books I stack on them! Even other workmen visiting the house have commented on how well-made the units are. I'm absolutely thrilled with my units and would highly recommend the team!
