Went in the shop looking for inspiration. They have a fantastic showroom with lots of ideas and a wonderful friendly team to help you choose. The whole experience from choosing the design to helping with materials and colours was never pressured. The work was done to the agreed timetable and I cannot fault the installation or the excellent workmanship. It was a little more expensive than I anticipated but I am extremely glad I choose them . The materials and craft man ship are top notch.

We had 2 fitted wardrobes installed in our master bedroom last week and they are fantastic. James did the initial consultation, measurements, design which all went very smoothly. On the day, the fitter Frank was efficient, professional and did a great job. Really happy with the result & would definitely recommend Bluebell

New cupboards and shelves with interior cupboard lighting.We were kept abreast of all developments and the fitters arrived on time,were polite and pleasant, very careful and aware of the rest of the house in order to minimise any dust generated as a result of the installation. Slight variations to the original plans were accommodated as the work progressed and mutual discussions held accordingly. The work and level of expertise were of the highest standard and we are delighted with the result.Everyone involved,from the owners/designers via the fitters to the ladies in the office have been extremely efficient and thoughtful. Full marks.

The process of taking measurements to estimate the cost, to receive quotation, attending final visit to take exact measurements went very smoothly. The agreed date to install new doors worked out very well and Bluebell staff attended site and installed the doors. They are always very professional and very helpful staff. This was the second time we used them and I have no doubt in using Bluebell as and when the next opportunity arise.

Bluebell altered and enhanced the existing kitchen and installed home office furniture. We had used Bluebell previously and had been very happy with their work. Work was carried out satisfactorily on time and within budget. There is a real focus on customer service and all staff with whom we liaised were very customer focused. Some very minor issues were addressed promptly post installation. Three very minor gripes: 1) we also asked for a quote to replace a modest bathroom cupboard - in our view the quote was excessive (especially in comparison to the other work) and it would have been better to explain that they would rather not quote (not sure they really wanted that part of the project). We did not progress this piece of work. 2) an upfront deposit is requested which is fine. The full balance is payable prior to installation. In my view there should be a small retention payable on satisfactory completion of the work rather than full payment prior to completion. 3) one of their workmen damaged a light in our driveway and no offer was made to repair it.

We had an amazing consultation with the gentlemen in store. They were patient and flexible in their approach and the designs were second to none. We were able to personalise every aspect of our wardrobes- even down to the length of the drop for my dresses! The turn around from consultation, designs and then installation was super speedy and any queries were replied to promptly. We cannot recommend Bluebell enough and will most definitely be returning.

Discussed, designed custom-built and fitted wardrobes, shelves, bedside tables and drawer units. Some handles were out of stock so completion was delayed. Completed to budget. We have used this company previously and had good service. Generally very helpful, listened to our comments and made appropriate adjustments where required. Everything completed to our satisfaction. We would use them again.

I cannot recommend Bluebell highly enough. I’ll start by saying I’m not the easiest customer and this hasn’t been the most straightforward of jobs but James, Rhona and the whole Bluebell team have been patient, accommodating and just completely wonderful throughout the whole process. Any tweaks that I asked for they went out of their way to see to, when other jobs didn’t go plan that had a knock on effect they were understanding and the end result is utterly beautiful fitted furniture. We have had fitted units in 3 rooms and are over the moon with all of them. They went out of their way to make little adjustments so that the inside of the cupboard was just right for the purpose it was intended. The external appearance is stunning and has been a perfect addition to our home, fitted so seamlessly that you would have thought they were there all along. Visually and practically they are everything we were hoping for and more. And to top it all off, it was incredibly good value for money (and I did my research to make sure). Thank you to everyone at the Bluebell team, you have been amazing and we will definitely be coming back for our next house.

Bluebell were first class from start to finish. Everything was well organised and the final finish of the fitted bedroom was perfect. We have had work done by Bluebell before and have never been disappointed. Communication with us was good all the way along and the fitters worked well and cleared up perfectly when the job was finished.

We initially met with James at Bluebell and he was excellent, explaining well the different options that we could choose, definitely not trying to "sell" us something but working with us on what we required. The actual fit-out was done very well and professional, the team did a great job and ensured they cleaned up afterwards. We are really pleased with the end product of fitted wardrobes and a new, fitted home-office, and would recommend Bluebell to anyone else.

I first used Bluebell in 2010, and again in 2015, so when I bought my new house and needed to get some fitted furniture made (2 shelving units and a fitted wardrobe), it was a no-brainer that I would be returning to Bluebell. Stephen was brilliant with the design process, combining aesthetically pleasing options with practical functionality; the beauty of bespoke furniture is that it takes both the user and the contours of the room into consideration. Graeme was also really friendly and helpful to work with, and Frank and Antony did a fantastic job in building the units and leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. I know from previous experience that the quality is excellent - the shelves are sturdy, well-supported and do not bow, no matter how hard I try with the volume of books I stack on them! Even other workmen visiting the house have commented on how well-made the units are. I'm absolutely thrilled with my units and would highly recommend the team!

Despite the fitter calling in ill on the installation day for our daughter's new bedroom the fitting was quickly re-arranged for the following day and was completed as promised. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and the company's design facilities which showed the design in 360 degrees, 3D and colour made working out the detail of what was needed easy for both ourselves and our daughter. There was an initial misunderstanding about what was actually included in the final order but this was quickly resolved and apologised for. The quality of the work and furniture is first class (an unconnected carpet fitter has since commented that he had never seen such a lovely quality bedroom furniture).

Bluebell were fantastic from design to implementation. There communication was consistent and thorough. The work was completed as per specification, efficiently and tidied up afterwards.

We were impressed by the way the design was prepared and finalised. We were surprised and pleased with the speed with which the work was planned and then a short lead time for implementation. We're really delighted with the home office that we have just had fitted by Bluebell. From our first visit to the shop in Sale we were well looked after and guided through the process which ensured that we have ended up with exactly what we wanted. Stephen visited us and came up with ideas for the design that we hadn't even thought of but which worked really well. He then created a 3D version that we could look at and together we made a few changes - which, since everything is bespoke, was easy to do. There is a huge range of colours and designs to choose from for the finish and Bluebell were great because we changed our minds several times before agreeing on exactly what we wanted! Having signed off the final design, the team arrived to install it very quickly. They were polite and efficient and the whole installation was complete within a couple of days. It looks great and has created a lot more space. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience of Bluebell.

Having previously used Bluebell I was already aware of the professionalism and care they take when undertaking projects so had no issues using them again, on this occasion they exceeded my expectations, from walking into the store in sale for a consultation to having the work completed was only 3 weeks, sometimes the cgi’s don’t really transfer into reality but in this case the vanity was outstanding , quality access the board and I couldn’t be happier with what was achieved by the team at bluebell . Highly recommend .👌

Based on good reviews for Bluebell, we approached the company to re-design an existing bedroom fitting. Post initial design we had couple of more meetings and finalised what was to be fitted. During the whole process, the staff we so friendly, honest and professional. The work started on time and finished to our satisfaction. Any queries and requests that we made were dealt with to our utmost satisfaction and my daughter is now very happy with the finished product. I cannot recommend them highly enough! The service and advice provided to us from the minute we stepped into bluebell showroom, to the minute our fitter left our house was 100% satisfactory Our fitter was very clean and professional he (Anthony) was punctual and hard working. We've used Bluebell several times now - both in our current house and in our old one. On each occasion, we've been very happy with the work completed. They've always been extremely nice to deal with, have listened to what we're hoping to achieve in each room and have come up with designs that work well. They are probably not the cheapest provider out there, but their work is very good quality and we feel confident that by using them we will get fitted furniture that we are happy with.

We employed this company to install fitted bedroom furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The initial survey included a comprehensive visual image of how the completed work would look and no pressure was applied to place an order unlike other companies we had tried. The work was completed to a high standard and the fitter took great care to ensure everything was just right. We would definitely recommend this company.

I met James and Alison through recommendation, and from start to finish the service received from Bluebell has been absolutely first class. We wanted a media room and my office re-configuring. James was really patient in the design process, making really helpful suggestions to come up with designs that we were really happy with. We used Bluebell Bedroom Fitters to look at utilising all the space in our son’s bedroom as his room is a dorma with sloping ceilings. A designer came out and discussed what it was we needed and what they could create then had a great visual experience and vast array of colours and finishes in the furniture. Then a bedroom survey was done and then the fitting all completed in 2 days. Fantastic finish and my son is very happy with all his shelves for his trainer display. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the finished work from Bluebell - always difficult to fully imagine how the design will look in situ but we are over the moon with the end product ! The whole process from design to fitting has been handled very professionally despite delays to the process caused by other third parties? James the designer took plenty of time to ensure we were happy with the design, the receptionist was always very helpful and the fitters were very tidy, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us on fine details ! The Bluebell team fitted our newly build in wardrobes and bed side drawers over three days at then end of June and beginning of July 2023. We love the design and quality of the finished product. What a great local team to work with. Their Customer service was exceptional, from team in the shop, the designer, Stephen who checked out the room to ensure the design would work, to the guy who measured up and the guys who fitted it couldn’t have been better. We were recommended Bluebell by another tradesperson and they did not disappoint! We needed some bespoke wardrobes fitted in an attic bedroom with sloped ceilings and wobbly old walls. From start to finish, we experienced exceptional customer service and the whole process was very easy, we were delighted with how quickly the wardrobes were made and installed. This is the 4th time I have used Bluebell. This time it was for a bedroom. There is no doubt in my mind that this is one of the best companies in the North West. From the minute you contact the company and speak to Karen you know you are in safe hands. Karen is a wonderful asset to the team, always friendly and helpful. All my jobs have been designed by James. James never fails to deliver 1st class plans. He listens offers suggestions and makes alterations if necessary. James is a gem! Graeme, the surveyor was extremely polite and helpful. The fitters were John and David. Again, they were professional, polite, and punctual, clearing up at the end of each day. Their workmanship was top class. It’s not often that you can say it was a pleasure to have workmen in your home - but it actually was! Every member of the Bluebell team I have met had been a credit to the company. I can’t leave a review without mentioning Rhona who, again is efficient and professional. I must add that Charlie, the dog is adorable. Bluebell may not be the cheapest company but, in my opinion ‘you get what you pay for’. I can recommend Bluebell 100%, they will look after you well.

As a returning customer to Bluebell, I can confidently say that my experience with them has been consistently positive. This is the second time that I have entrusted them with designing and crafting custom fitted furniture for my home, and once again, they have delivered a commendable result. From start to finish bluebell were a joy to work with. Came up with a fantastic design for our wine room. Stuck to time and delivered high quality workmanship.

When I decided to build my new extension, including a new kitchen, my first inclination was to contact Bluebell because they did a great job with my old kitchen about 6 years ago. Through my builder, I also looked at other options. I contacted Bluebell, and after seeing my Archirect's plan, an estimate was made and was invited to their showrooms to view a virtual video of the build. The cost was quite high compared with other providers but Bluebell were very helpful in advising me how to reduce the cost. The main reason why I chose Bluebell was the high quality of their work. A lot of work is bespoke and tailored to the customer's requirements. The other reason; the extremely friendly and helpful staff. My main contact and designer Sarah Beech was very approachable and understanding and never complained about my calls and emails! The plans were adjusted from time to time as my general building work progressed and Sarah made sure that the kitchen plans were also adjusted accordingly. We agreed on a date for installation in January 2023 in consultation with my builder and it went very well. The craftsman Anthony was meticulous and took pride in his job. The surveyor Gaeme was equally helpful and willing. The final product is excellent and the only slight hiccup was a misunderstanding between my builder and bluebell about the timing of fitting the splashback but was resolved with only a slight delay. Quality (a bit pricey), excellent comms and a great product.

We have used Bluebell on five occasions. We keep going back because we are so pleased with the design, service, quality, communication and problem solving of the whole team. From reception, to design, production, fitting and after care they have been consistently reliable. It doesn't mean nothing goes wrong, things rarely fit perfectly in the real world, but if there are problems Bluebell sorts it. We have had a lot of work done on the house and dealt with a lot of contractors, Bluebell I can recommend without hesitation.

Fitted bedroom and cabinets. Bluebell kept us updated with what was happening. If we had any enquiries we sent via email, they would then answer them within one day. The bedroom furniture is well made. The person who fitted the bedroom furniture left the bedroom clean and tidy. We would recommend.

Thank you to Thomas for a great new design for our bedroom. Martin, our fitter, turned up when he said he would and worked diligently from when he arrived to when he left, and that was after 7pm on the Friday! His workmanship was fantastic, he was neat and tidy too. We thought long and hard about whether to have fitted wardrobes and had quotes from all the leading suppliers. None could match the attention to detail and 'can-do' attitude as Bluebell. Our consultant, James, was patient, courteous and always available to help pre, during and most importantly post-installation. Even when adjustments or changes were required the after-sales service (from the entire team) was amazing. We are thoroughly impressed and happy with the results and would recommend Bluebell as a complete solution provider. Our next project is our media centre for our living room! Excellent service throughout from the point of booking the initial appointment to installation. Work done on schedule and on budget and I am very happy with the result. We have enjoyed working with Bluebell to change the look of our lounge by putting shelving and cupboards in the alcoves. The design process was good, the team always let us know when they would arrive and kept to those times and dates where possible and if not possible we were kept informed at all stages of the process. The build was a dream, we emptied the room apart from the large items and John the fitter stayed all day and at the end of it, the lounge was just as we had left it, clean and tidy, but we now have beautiful cupboards and shelves.
