Having used Bluebell for kitchens and bedrooms previously we were more than happy to use them again for our daughters bedroom. As always it was an easy process from design to install. Our fitter (Paul) could not have been more professional. Early starts, exceptionally clean and tidy and always making sure we were happy with the work as it went along. Also offering any slight amendments if required. Excellent service all round.

We had several quotes for fitted wardrobes from well known high street chains to small local independent firms, but had held off making a decision due to high prices or lack of confidence in the salespeople or companies. Bluebell were recommended to us by another contractor who was fitting some curtains, and it was a great recommendation. Bluebell were the cheapest quote we had, and the product quality and service was excellent. The wardrobes were designed, bespoke manufactured at their factory and fitted within 3 weeks. The fitters are full time employees of Bluebell's which means they know what they are doing, and there are no quibbles about whose issue something is. The benefits of this were evident when a slight change was needed mid build, which resulted in extra work for the fitters, but which was completed with no fuss, complaint or additional cost, and with the priority being around customer satisfaction as opposed to profit or time. I would highly recommend Bluebell based on my experience, and will be using them again when the need arises.

Bespoke furniture fitted for my Daughter's bedroom. We have previously used national companies and I have to say the build quality on Bluebell's furniture is far superior. Designed to our needs without being pushy or pressurised. We didn't even know the fitter was working, he was polite, friendly and tidied up after himself. Will be going back later this month to sort out wardrobes for my other daughter. Thank you to everyone in involved.

I have now used Bluebell fitted furniture three times. I was so pleased with the the master bedroom and kitchen re-fit that I did not hesitate to use them again for my spare room improvements.Everything was handled very efficiently, even with the added complications that Covid19 brought. The fitter completed the work on time and did an excellent job. I will certainly use the Company again for my next project. Highly recommend.

Bluebell transformed my neglected box room into a fitted study/bedroom in a way which I would not have thought possible. The design managed to make it look bigger even though there is more furniture than before and Tom’s craftsmanship was excellent, especially in the way that he fitted cupboards round an awkwardly shaped ceiling and picture rail. I was consulted at each stage. They were very helpful in recommending craftsmen for the work that needed to be done before the fitting and all of these proved to be of good quality and reliable. I would recommend Bluebell to anyone.

From start to finish we have been impressed with Bluebell. They are thorough and honest, and the end product is everything we asked for. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Bluebell designed, manufactured and installed a fitted wardrobe for us. We were involved in all stages of the design process and where we required modifications to the design they were implemented quickly, re-costed and represented to us for confirmation they met our requirement. As part of this process we visited the Bluebell showroom in Sale where we were impressed by the hospitality offered and the compliance with COVID19 safety practices demonstrated by the staff. Once the design was complete and (after a little negotiation) a price was agreed we were advised of the timeframe for manufacture and subsequent installation of the wardrobe. A timeline that Bluebell kept and delivered to. The wardrobe was installed over 2 days (28th & 29th January 2021) by Bluebell's fitter Tom, who clearly had pride in his work. Throughout the installation period Tom demonstrated his expertise and professionalism ensuring he kept us informed of progress , suggesting slight inflight tweeks to the design and making sure we were happy with the outcome. At all times he complied with COVID19 safety practices. Tom did a superb job. Overall we are extremely happy to have done business with Bluebell. The personnel we interacted with throughout the procurement, manufacture and subsequent installation were very professional, friendly and focused on ensuring that the were meeting our requirements. We recently purchased new wardrobes from Bluebell and WOW the difference it has made is staggering. They were professional from start to finish and would recommend to anyone wanting work done in their home. The design is exactly what we wanted and the fitters were a pleasure to have around. They listen to your needs and deliver as promised. A very happy customer.

We have enjoyed working with Bluebell to change the look of our lounge by putting shelving and cupboards in the alcoves. The design process was good, the team always let us know when they would arrive and kept to those times and dates where possible and if not possible we were kept informed at all stages of the process. The build was a dream, we emptied the room apart from the large items and John the fitter stayed all day and at the end of it, the lounge was just as we had left it, clean and tidy, but we now have beautiful cupboards and shelves.

This is the 4th time I have used Bluebell. This time it was for a bedroom. There is no doubt in my mind that this is one of the best companies in the North West. From the minute you contact the company and speak to Karen you know you are in safe hands. Karen is a wonderful asset to the team, always friendly and helpful. All my jobs have been designed by James. James never fails to deliver 1st class plans. He listens offers suggestions and makes alterations if necessary. James is a gem! Graeme, the surveyor was extremely polite and helpful. The fitters were John and David. Again, they were professional, polite, and punctual, clearing up at the end of each day. Their workmanship was top class. It’s not often that you can say it was a pleasure to have workmen in your home - but it actually was! Every member of the Bluebell team I have met had been a credit to the company. I can’t leave a review without mentioning Rhona who, again is efficient and professional. I must add that Charlie, the dog is adorable. Bluebell may not be the cheapest company but, in my opinion ‘you get what you pay for’. I can recommend Bluebell 100%, they will look after you well.

We were recommended Bluebell by another tradesperson and they did not disappoint! We needed some bespoke wardrobes fitted in an attic bedroom with sloped ceilings and wobbly old walls. From start to finish, we experienced exceptional customer service and the whole process was very easy, we were delighted with how quickly the wardrobes were made and installed. Bluebell have exceptionally high standards, there was a minor post installation issue for us and they went above and beyond to resolve it promptly. Really pleased with the finished work from Bluebell - always difficult to fully imagine how the design will look in situ but we are over the moon with the end product ! The whole process from design to fitting has been handled very professionally despite delays to the process caused by other third parties? James the designer took plenty of time to ensure we were happy with the design, the receptionist was always very helpful and the fitters were very tidy, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us on fine details ! Extremely happy with the end result !

I met James and Alison through recommendation, and from start to finish the service received from Bluebell has been absolutely first class. We wanted a media room and my office re-configuring. James was really patient in the design process, making really helpful suggestions to come up with designs that we were really happy with. The regular communication from Bluebell prior to fit out was reassuring and timely. Our build took three days and the two fitters could not have been nicer and more helpful. They are a real credit to the company. My wife and I are delighted with the quality of the product, and visitors have already commented on how nice the new rooms look. Excellent service from start to finish in installing a fitted wardrobe and fitted cupboards. Stephen was very helpful in helping us to decide what design to go for, really clear communication throughout and fitting quality was superb. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Bluebell highly enough. I’ll start by saying I’m not the easiest customer and this hasn’t been the most straightforward of jobs but James, Rhona and the whole Bluebell team have been patient, accommodating and just completely wonderful throughout the whole process. Any tweaks that I asked for they went out of their way to see to, when other jobs didn’t go plan that had a knock on effect they were understanding and the end result is utterly beautiful fitted furniture. We have had fitted units in 3 rooms and are over the moon with all of them. They went out of their way to make little adjustments so that the inside of the cupboard was just right for the purpose it was intended. The external appearance is stunning and has been a perfect addition to our home, fitted so seamlessly that you would have thought they were there all along. Visually and practically they are everything we were hoping for and more. And to top it all off, it was incredibly good value for money (and I did my research to make sure). Thank you to everyone at the Bluebell team, you have been amazing and we will definitely be coming back for our next house.

We used Bluebell for out bedroom five years ago, we were very pleased with the professionalism from start to finish, and our requests were carried out cheerfully. Mum had a kitchen done by them a couple of years after this, there were lots of issues during the fit, but again all sorted. The most recent work was a display cabinet in the lounge, and a cabinet to hide meters, all fantastic

The Customer Service and professionalism which we received from Bluebell Fitted furniture was outstanding. We had a bespoke fitted kitchen and from design to completion we could not fault the attention to detail and customer service we received. Darren who designed our kitchen was very patient as we made a number of changes prior to the final sign off, we were very pleased with the final design. The fitter Mike was excellent, on time each day, very tidy and did a fantastic job. The team at Bluebell are a credit to Mike and Alison and I can not recommend them highly enough.

We had a complete renovation of the master bedroom. The design process was clear as we got given all of the options, and Bluebell then project managed other traders such as electrician and decorator. The quality of the work was high and they even redid part of the fitted cupboards as they felt it wasn't up to their standards. Connor was particularly professional and came up with a good plan for an area of the room that we weren't sure what to do with. We are really happy with the finished product.

I am delighted with the Customer Service I have received, they have been more than understanding , helpful and accommodating. They have been very professional throughout. They kept me informed about delivery and fitting. The fitter was brilliant, the doors were installed with the minimum of disruption and look wonderful, completely transformed my bedroom.

We have recently had a Home Study built and installed by Bluebell. The overall opinion of the completed project was 'top class'. We were impressed by the quality of both the fitted furniture and the installation process. There was a minor hitch regarding the supply of the material of construction, which was not Bluebell's fault, but they were very willing to make amends anyway! We were very aware that customer satisfaction is at the top of their list of priorities.

The work involved stripping out an old (Bluebell) cupboard and fitting 2 bespoke bookcases, the larger one including storage for record deck and gear and vinyl collection. The units were near black finishef wood and finished with glass doors. The work was undertaken to schedule and budget. The difference with Bluebell is their experienced considered design stage, purpose made units, excellent fitting and good value for money. There was regular company contact which all added up to good customer care. Highly recommended.

We have used Bluebell in the past and always found them an excellent company to deal with . Their staff are always friendly, helpful and professional and their workmanship and after care service are always to a high standard On this occasion we had to bespoke hall storage units created by Bluebell which we are delighted with. Despite the challenges of Corona Virus they were installed within two weeks of placing the order. Excellent job.
