I am delighted with the service provided by Bluebell. They are not the cheapest company in the field but the design and quality of the finished product justifies the price. I did not think that a bookcase could be fitted into one of the alcoves in my dining room because of the location of a window and radiator. However Josh's design proved me wrong. The fitting service was efficient with attention to detail and above all tidy.

From start to finish bluebell were a joy to work with. Came up with a fantastic design for our wine room. Stuck to time and delivered high quality workmanship.

We're really delighted with the home office that we have just had fitted by Bluebell. From our first visit to the shop in Sale we were well looked after and guided through the process which ensured that we have ended up with exactly what we wanted. Stephen visited us and came up with ideas for the design that we hadn't even thought of but which worked really well. He then created a 3D version that we could look at and together we made a few changes - which, since everything is bespoke, was easy to do. There is a huge range of colours and designs to choose from for the finish and Bluebell were great because we changed our minds several times before agreeing on exactly what we wanted! Having signed off the final design, the team arrived to install it very quickly. They were polite and efficient and the whole installation was complete within a couple of days. It looks great and has created a lot more space. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience of Bluebell.

The service and advice provided to us from the minute we stepped into bluebell showroom, to the minute our fitter left our house was 100% satisfactory Our fitter was very clean and professional he (Anthony) was punctual and hard working. This is the 4th time I have used Bluebell. This time it was for a bedroom. There is no doubt in my mind that this is one of the best companies in the North West. From the minute you contact the company and speak to Karen you know you are in safe hands. Karen is a wonderful asset to the team, always friendly and helpful. All my jobs have been designed by James. James never fails to deliver 1st class plans. He listens offers suggestions and makes alterations if necessary. James is a gem! Graeme, the surveyor was extremely polite and helpful. The fitters were John and David. Again, they were professional, polite, and punctual, clearing up at the end of each day. Their workmanship was top class. It’s not often that you can say it was a pleasure to have workmen in your home - but it actually was! Every member of the Bluebell team I have met had been a credit to the company. I can’t leave a review without mentioning Rhona who, again is efficient and professional. I must add that Charlie, the dog is adorable. Bluebell may not be the cheapest company but, in my opinion ‘you get what you pay for’. I can recommend Bluebell 100%, they will look after you well.

As a returning customer to Bluebell, I can confidently say that my experience with them has been consistently positive. This is the second time that I have entrusted them with designing and crafting custom fitted furniture for my home, and once again, they have delivered a commendable result. The craftsmanship was outstanding and each piece perfectly fits my space, blending seamlessly with the existing decor. While Bluebell may not be the most budget-friendly option, the long-term value and durability of the furniture make it a worthwhile choice. The end result exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. While there were a few bumps along the way, the team handled them professionally and ensured that I was satisfied with the final outcome. Discussed, designed custom-built and fitted wardrobes, shelves, bedside tables and drawer units. Some handles were out of stock so completion was delayed. Completed to budget. We have used this company previously and had good service. Generally very helpful, listened to our comments and made appropriate adjustments where required. Everything completed to our satisfaction. We would use them again.

I cannot recommend Bluebell highly enough. I’ll start by saying I’m not the easiest customer and this hasn’t been the most straightforward of jobs but James, Rhona and the whole Bluebell team have been patient, accommodating and just completely wonderful throughout the whole process. Any tweaks that I asked for they went out of their way to see to, when other jobs didn’t go plan that had a knock on effect they were understanding and the end result is utterly beautiful fitted furniture. We have had fitted units in 3 rooms and are over the moon with all of them. They went out of their way to make little adjustments so that the inside of the cupboard was just right for the purpose it was intended. The external appearance is stunning and has been a perfect addition to our home, fitted so seamlessly that you would have thought they were there all along. Visually and practically they are everything we were hoping for and more. And to top it all off, it was incredibly good value for money (and I did my research to make sure). Thank you to everyone at the Bluebell team, you have been amazing and we will definitely be coming back for our next house.

We used Bluebell for out bedroom five years ago, we were very pleased with the professionalism from start to finish, and our requests were carried out cheerfully. Mum had a kitchen done by them a couple of years after this, there were lots of issues during the fit, but again all sorted. The most recent work was a display cabinet in the lounge, and a cabinet to hide meters, all fantastic

I found all the Bluebell staff very professional and extremely helpful from choosing furniture choices, arranging fitting dates and pricing at short notice. Excellent service from Anthony who installed the bedroom furniture to a high standard and within the 2 days timescale set. This is the second time I have used Bluebell and they didn't disappoint. The Customer Service and professionalism which we received from Bluebell Fitted furniture was outstanding. We had a bespoke fitted kitchen and from design to completion we could not fault the attention to detail and customer service we received. Darren who designed our kitchen was very patient as we made a number of changes prior to the final sign off, we were very pleased with the final design. The fitter Mike was excellent, on time each day, very tidy and did a fantastic job. The team at Bluebell are a credit to Mike and Alison and I can not recommend them highly enough.

Having used Bluebell for kitchens and bedrooms previously we were more than happy to use them again for our daughters bedroom. As always it was an easy process from design to install. Our fitter (Paul) could not have been more professional. Early starts, exceptionally clean and tidy and always making sure we were happy with the work as it went along. Also offering any slight amendments if required. Excellent service all round.

We had several quotes for fitted wardrobes from well known high street chains to small local independent firms, but had held off making a decision due to high prices or lack of confidence in the salespeople or companies. Bluebell were recommended to us by another contractor who was fitting some curtains, and it was a great recommendation. Bluebell were the cheapest quote we had, and the product quality and service was excellent. The wardrobes were designed, bespoke manufactured at their factory and fitted within 3 weeks. The fitters are full time employees of Bluebell's which means they know what they are doing, and there are no quibbles about whose issue something is. The benefits of this were evident when a slight change was needed mid build, which resulted in extra work for the fitters, but which was completed with no fuss, complaint or additional cost, and with the priority being around customer satisfaction as opposed to profit or time. I would highly recommend Bluebell based on my experience, and will be using them again when the need arises.

I have used Bluebell a number of times over the past six years. They have always been great to deal with - very helpful with great suggestions. All the employees I have met have been really polite and helpful. I will use them again.

We are exceedingly pleased with the service we received from Bluebell. James, our designer, took into account everything we wanted to ensure the fitted furniture was perfect, down to the minute details. The process was warm, personalised and heartfelt at all times, leading to a stunning final product. We will definitely be using Bluebell again and would recommend to everyone!

I rarely leave reviews but Bluebell were excellent from first contact through to completion. We had a rather large media unit built and were quite fussy with the particular design. The designers were excellent and allowed us to tweak and change the renders until we were really happy. They are extremely flexible and also offer their own advice which was very helpful. The fitter did a great job and was also keen to offer his help to make our unit work properly. Small things such as taking a little time to identify the best place to hide HDMI and power cables etc was so helpful and means the furniture not only looks nice but is also fit for purpose. We have previously utilised some of the larger nationwide brands for furniture but would never again. Bluebell were personable and a pleasure to deal with. We would absolutely recommend to anyone and will certainly use them again the future.

Bluebell designed, manufactured and installed a fitted wardrobe for us. We were involved in all stages of the design process and where we required modifications to the design they were implemented quickly, re-costed and represented to us for confirmation they met our requirement. As part of this process we visited the Bluebell showroom in Sale where we were impressed by the hospitality offered and the compliance with COVID19 safety practices demonstrated by the staff. Once the design was complete and (after a little negotiation) a price was agreed we were advised of the timeframe for manufacture and subsequent installation of the wardrobe. A timeline that Bluebell kept and delivered to. The wardrobe was installed over 2 days (28th & 29th January 2021) by Bluebell's fitter Tom, who clearly had pride in his work. Throughout the installation period Tom demonstrated his expertise and professionalism ensuring he kept us informed of progress , suggesting slight inflight tweeks to the design and making sure we were happy with the outcome. At all times he complied with COVID19 safety practices. Tom did a superb job. Overall we are extremely happy to have done business with Bluebell. The personnel we interacted with throughout the procurement, manufacture and subsequent installation were very professional, friendly and focused on ensuring that the were meeting our requirements. We have used Bluebell on five occasions. We keep going back because we are so pleased with the design, service, quality, communication and problem solving of the whole team. From reception, to design, production, fitting and after care they have been consistently reliable. It doesn't mean nothing goes wrong, things rarely fit perfectly in the real world, but if there are problems Bluebell sorts it. We have had a lot of work done on the house and dealt with a lot of contractors, Bluebell I can recommend without hesitation.

Thank you to Thomas for a great new design for our bedroom. Martin, our fitter, turned up when he said he would and worked diligently from when he arrived to when he left, and that was after 7pm on the Friday! His workmanship was fantastic, he was neat and tidy too. The admin staff in the showroom where really good re updating us on dates etc In summary your fitter and admin staff are great ambassadors for your company. We love our new fitted bedroom. Thank you.
