Really pleased with the finished work from Bluebell - always difficult to fully imagine how the design will look in situ but we are over the moon with the end product ! The whole process from design to fitting has been handled very professionally despite delays to the process caused by other third parties? James the designer took plenty of time to ensure we were happy with the design, the receptionist was always very helpful and the fitters were very tidy, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us on fine details ! Extremely happy with the end result !

We had an amazing consultation with the gentlemen in store. They were patient and flexible in their approach and the designs were second to none. We were able to personalise every aspect of our wardrobes- even down to the length of the drop for my dresses! We initially met with James at Bluebell and he was excellent, explaining well the different options that we could choose, definitely not trying to "sell" us something but working with us on what we required. The actual fit-out was done very well and professional, the team did a great job and ensured they cleaned up afterwards. We are really pleased with the end product of fitted wardrobes and a new, fitted home-office, and would recommend Bluebell to anyone else.

After previously having a bedroom refurbished by Bluebell we were happy to ask them to design our new kitchen. Bluebell provided an excellent service from start to finish and we are glad we chose them to refit our kitchen. Mike made a home visit to discuss our requirements and offered innovative ideas and suggestions on how the kitchen could be transformed. We were then invited to the Bluebell showroom to view our proposed kitchen layout on a large computer screen. Adjustments were suggested and made and our new kitchen came to life in colour. Once the furniture was made at the Bluebell factory a start date was arranged with a timetable of work to be undertaken. The fitters were friendly, professional, hard working and above all very tidy. The finished kitchen is high quality with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. It looks bright and modern, exactly what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind once or twice. I was most impressed with the service from Bluebell and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We had a kitchen designed and fitted by Bluebell nearly 3 years ago and thanks to the excellent quality and workmanship it still looks as perfect as it did the day it was completed. So when the time came for a home study to be installed we didn't look any further! We are equally thrilled with our new study and the whole process form design to the final product. Excellent service from initial contact, planning and fitting. Designer gave us lots of alternative ideas too. Paul came to fit the room, by himself. Not sure how he lifted the heavy furniture upstairs, alone, but he did. Paul involved me from the time he commenced the fit. He gave me alternative about light fittings etc. Each day he tidied up and cleaned the space ready for the next working day. would recommend Bluebell to any friends or family without hesitation. The service was excellent and the quality of the furniture is absolutely second to none.

That aside, I can't recommend Bluebell enough. In fact I can't even muster up a mediocre thing to say about Bluebell. Everything Bluebell did (and they did pretty much the lot) was never anything less than absolutely outstanding. They helped design the furniture down to the colour scheme (which was actually quite muted, and matched to a wall, which with our busy new furniture was a resounding success). There were many useful additions and suggestions, such as a roll-out printer shelf inside a cupboard, and from an incredibly woolly description of the wardrobe doors managed to instantly pull a sample out from the far rear of the store (where it had been gathering dust since the '70s). All of this was mocked up on the computer big screen in the showroom in advance, and Bluebell were never less than enthusiastic about the project, but never even nudged pushy. And the price was very reasonable, and believe me I talked to a lot of people who frankly could barely be bothered discussing it at all. The fit itself was mercifully brief. Any mess was tidied up. All furniture was prepared in the warehouse, and assembled in the house. The next day it would arrive, be put in place, no mess and no fuss. And a year on, everything; every door, shelf and level surface is completely horizontal and indestructible. Highly recommended!

The work involved stripping out an old (Bluebell) cupboard and fitting 2 bespoke bookcases, the larger one including storage for record deck and gear and vinyl collection. The units were near black finishef wood and finished with glass doors. The work was undertaken to schedule and budget. The difference with Bluebell is their experienced considered design stage, purpose made units, excellent fitting and good value for money. There was regular company contact which all added up to good customer care. Highly recommended.

We have used Bluebell in the past and always found them an excellent company to deal with . Their staff are always friendly, helpful and professional and their workmanship and after care service are always to a high standard On this occasion we had to bespoke hall storage units created by Bluebell which we are delighted with. Despite the challenges of Corona Virus they were installed within two weeks of placing the order. Excellent job.

Bluebell fitted bedroom wardrobes and shelves for us in 4 bedrooms over 3 days in an Edwardian house. The work was completed on time and efficiently which as there were 4 rooms to complete was important for us. The whole process from design through completion was well managed and cost effective. The designer, Steve, gave an excellent presentation as to the options open to us and the cost was within budget. Very pleased with the results and we highly recommend Bluebell.

this is an excellent service. We had the entire kitchen and Utility room ripped and full new kitchen made. The work was carried out very professionally. I am particularly impressed at their project management. The work was complex and needed much coordination between builder, electrician, fitter, plumber decorator. not once I had to call or chase anyone. The work was completed in 3 weeks as promised. Anything I wanted extra after the work started was also dealt with. I never heard a "no" or "we can't do that'. Anything that we wanted changing or adding even after the contract was signed was taken care of with absolutely no problem, never had to chase anything. A work very well done and I must complement Bluebell for an excellent work, they do keep on to their promises and compliments. Special thanks to Darren for excellent project management. Bluebell recently designed and fitted wardrobes to our two son's bedrooms and we are delighted with the results. The workmanship and materials are top quality and the fitters were quick, professional and flexible. Not the cheapest quote we received but good value given the quality and service. We couldn't be happier.

Recommended to us by an interior designer we have been very pleased with the work completed by Bluebell. The design work was first class and flexible taking into account. The fit-out was on time (over two phases) and the completed job has exceeded our expectations. The designer was very personable and brought original thought to the process - we didn’t meet the fitter but all appears to be good. The whole project was on budget and we feel it has been good value. We visited the showroom on a couple of occasions and it demonstrated a good chromed focussed culture with very friendly staff.

Bluebell worked with me to come up with a design that looks really nice in a relatively small bedroom. There was also a good selection of finishes so that it tones in well with existing furniture. A fitting date was agreed when I confirmed the order, and this was adhered to. The fitter also re-fitted the bedroom carpet. The mirrors weren't fitted on the day but Bluebell got back in touch and fitted them the next week. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

When I decided to build my new extension, including a new kitchen, my first inclination was to contact Bluebell because they did a great job with my old kitchen about 6 years ago. Through my builder, I also looked at other options. I contacted Bluebell, and after seeing my Archirect's plan, an estimate was made and was invited to their showrooms to view a virtual video of the build. The cost was quite high compared with other providers but Bluebell were very helpful in advising me how to reduce the cost. The main reason why I chose Bluebell was the high quality of their work. A lot of work is bespoke and tailored to the customer's requirements. The other reason; the extremely friendly and helpful staff. My main contact and designer Sarah Beech was very approachable and understanding and never complained about my calls and emails! The plans were adjusted from time to time as my general building work progressed and Sarah made sure that the kitchen plans were also adjusted accordingly. We agreed on a date for installation in January 2023 in consultation with my builder and it went very well. The craftsman Anthony was meticulous and took pride in his job. The surveyor Gaeme was equally helpful and willing. The final product is excellent and the only slight hiccup was a misunderstanding between my builder and bluebell about the timing of fitting the splashback but was resolved with only a slight delay. Quality (a bit pricey), excellent comms and a great product.

Having previously used Bluebell I was already aware of the professionalism and care they take when undertaking projects so had no issues using them again, on this occasion they exceeded my expectations, from walking into the store in sale for a consultation to having the work completed was only 3 weeks, sometimes the cgi’s don’t really transfer into reality but in this case the vanity was outstanding , quality access the board and I couldn’t be happier with what was achieved by the team at bluebell . Highly recommend .👌

Despite the fitter calling in ill on the installation day for our daughter's new bedroom the fitting was quickly re-arranged for the following day and was completed as promised. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and the company's design facilities which showed the design in 360 degrees, 3D and colour made working out the detail of what was needed easy for both ourselves and our daughter. There was an initial misunderstanding about what was actually included in the final order but this was quickly resolved and apologised for. The quality of the work and furniture is first class (an unconnected carpet fitter has since commented that he had never seen such a lovely quality bedroom furniture).

Bluebell were first class from start to finish. Everything was well organised and the final finish of the fitted bedroom was perfect. We have had work done by Bluebell before and have never been disappointed. Communication with us was good all the way along and the fitters worked well and cleared up perfectly when the job was finished.
