Bluebell Fitted Furniture Ltd

Since moving into our new home not many months ago, we have used Bluebell for several jobs. The company was recommended to us by friends who had used them previously. The whole process from design to installation with each job has been trouble-free. Stephen, the designer for each job, has come up with some interesting ideas which we have tweaked to meet our requirements. Going into the showroom in Sale and seeing the designs on screen was a big plus. It made visualisation that much easier. Having agreed the design in question, paperwork was drawn up and you are asked to pay an initial deposit to secure the design. Not many days before installation, you then pay the majority of the monies due with a small retention to be paid on completion. Our latest project with Stephen and Bluebell concerned creating a master bedroom suite. Stephen seamlessly worked with both the builders and electricians bring the design together. The week of installation (week of 28/11) went like a dream with little or no disruption. Anthony, the installer, worked tirelessly and finished on time. He was a pleasure to deal with. Half the time, you would not have known he was even there! My wife and I have no reservations recommending Bluebell.

Really impressed with this company. From the initial sales visit from Stephen to installation by Tom then completion by John everyone involved was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I now have beautiful fitted wardrobes and drawers fitted in a very small section of our loft conversion which would have been wasted space otherwise! It looks amazing!

I first used Bluebell 3 years ago for my bedroom, I was so pleased with the finished product that I have used them in January 2022 to design units for my dining room. As far as I am concerned there is only one word to use when referring to the company EXCELLENT. From my initial meeting with James to the finished product, the team have all been polite, professional and exceptional tradesmen. The quality of their work is first class. This is the third time we have used Bluebell over the years. And as past experiences the workmanship is top notch. The shop team were really helpful when producing the design with some great ideas, the whole process was very smooth and professional. The fitter who came (David) was very polite, tidy and most importantly did a superb job. The Bluebell team fitted our newly build in wardrobes and bed side drawers over three days at then end of June and beginning of July 2023. We love the design and quality of the finished product. What a great local team to work with. Their Customer service was exceptional, from team in the shop, the designer, Stephen who checked out the room to ensure the design would work, to the guy who measured up and the guys who fitted it couldn’t have been better. We employed this company to install fitted bedroom furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The initial survey included a comprehensive visual image of how the completed work would look and no pressure was applied to place an order unlike other companies we had tried. The work was completed to a high standard and the fitter took great care to ensure everything was just right. We would definitely recommend this company.

Bluebell were fantastic from design to implementation. There communication was consistent and thorough. The work was completed as per specification, efficiently and tidied up afterwards.

Despite the fitter calling in ill on the installation day for our daughter's new bedroom the fitting was quickly re-arranged for the following day and was completed as promised. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and the company's design facilities which showed the design in 360 degrees, 3D and colour made working out the detail of what was needed easy for both ourselves and our daughter. There was an initial misunderstanding about what was actually included in the final order but this was quickly resolved and apologised for. The quality of the work and furniture is first class (an unconnected carpet fitter has since commented that he had never seen such a lovely quality bedroom furniture).

We initially met with James at Bluebell and he was excellent, explaining well the different options that we could choose, definitely not trying to "sell" us something but working with us on what we required. The actual fit-out was done very well and professional, the team did a great job and ensured they cleaned up afterwards. We are really pleased with the end product of fitted wardrobes and a new, fitted home-office, and would recommend Bluebell to anyone else.

Paul of Bluebell, arrived promptly, was completely accommodating and also willing to amend on the spot when we wanted something different to the plans. Highly professional and very tidy!

From his very first visit Josh really 'got' what we wanted. When you are having a whole room turned into cupboards you really need to think everything through. This can take a while but we never felt rushed. We liked his ideas and he helped us go through that process of working out exactly what we want. Now completed we are very happy with the result.

The work completed was the fitting out of our utility room and a study/ bedroom. We are very pleased with the result. The work was completed on time and budget. We have been involved with the process from initial drawings to final plans. There were some last-minute issues but these were dealt with very efficiently. The fitters working on the job had a very practical knowledge of the product and made some very helpful suggestions for improvement.

In the past, I have fitted out bedrooms in our houses, but this time we decided to follow the advice of Which? Trusted Traders. Stephen came to measure up and we went to the showroom to see his plans. As we have an attic bedroom, it was more complicated than normal and after a discussion, we agreed a plan and a date. Anthony came to do the job over 4 days and we cannot believe the difference his high level of craftsmanship has made to the room. Not only do we have two large wardrobes but lots of storage space in the eaves of the sloping roof - making full use of our odd shaped room. Bluebell aren't the cheapest, but their level of service and professional finish to the furniture is exceptional. We are rarely amazed, but we cannot stop looking at the units - and thinking, 'Wow'!
