James, our designer, took into account everything we wanted to ensure the fitted furniture was perfect, down to the minute details. Bluebell fitted bedroom wardrobes and shelves for us in 4 bedrooms over 3 days in an Edwardian house. The work was completed on time and efficiently which as there were 4 rooms to complete was important for us. The whole process from design through completion was well managed and cost effective. The designer, Steve, gave an excellent presentation as to the options open to us and the cost was within budget. Very pleased with the results and we highly recommend Bluebell.

this is an excellent service. We had the entire kitchen and Utility room ripped and full new kitchen made. The work was carried out very professionally. I am particularly impressed at their project management. The work was complex and needed much coordination between builder, electrician, fitter, plumber decorator. not once I had to call or chase anyone. The work was completed in 3 weeks as promised. Anything I wanted extra after the work started was also dealt with. I never heard a "no" or "we can't do that'. Anything that we wanted changing or adding even after the contract was signed was taken care of with absolutely no problem, never had to chase anything. Bluebell worked with me to come up with a design that looks really nice in a relatively small bedroom. There was also a good selection of finishes so that it tones in well with existing furniture. A fitting date was agreed when I confirmed the order, and this was adhered to. The fitter also re-fitted the bedroom carpet. The mirrors weren't fitted on the day but Bluebell got back in touch and fitted them the next week. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

All Bluebell staff who came to the house were very polite and friendly from the initial survey right through to installation. High workmanship, clean and tidy and wardrobes were fitted exactly as the CAD Drawings. Even finished works quicker than anticipated. Would definitely recommend Bluebell

Excellent service throughout from the point of booking the initial appointment to installation. Work done on schedule and on budget and I am very happy with the result. We thought long and hard about whether to have fitted wardrobes and had quotes from all the leading suppliers. None could match the attention to detail and 'can-do' attitude as Bluebell. Our consultant, James, was patient, courteous and always available to help pre, during and most importantly post-installation. Even when adjustments or changes were required the after-sales service (from the entire team) was amazing. We are thoroughly impressed and happy with the results and would recommend Bluebell as a complete solution provider. Our next project is our media centre for our living room! Fitted bedroom and cabinets. Bluebell kept us updated with what was happening. If we had any enquiries we sent via email, they would then answer them within one day. The bedroom furniture is well made. The person who fitted the bedroom furniture left the bedroom clean and tidy. We would recommend.

We used Bluebell Bedroom Fitters to look at utilising all the space in our son’s bedroom as his room is a dorma with sloping ceilings. A designer came out and discussed what it was we needed and what they could create then had a great visual experience and vast array of colours and finishes in the furniture. Then a bedroom survey was done and then the fitting all completed in 2 days. Fantastic finish and my son is very happy with all his shelves for his trainer display. Highly recommend.

I first used Bluebell in 2010, and again in 2015, so when I bought my new house and needed to get some fitted furniture made (2 shelving units and a fitted wardrobe), it was a no-brainer that I would be returning to Bluebell. Stephen was brilliant with the design process, combining aesthetically pleasing options with practical functionality; the beauty of bespoke furniture is that it takes both the user and the contours of the room into consideration. Graeme was also really friendly and helpful to work with, and Frank and Antony did a fantastic job in building the units and leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. I know from previous experience that the quality is excellent - the shelves are sturdy, well-supported and do not bow, no matter how hard I try with the volume of books I stack on them! Even other workmen visiting the house have commented on how well-made the units are. I'm absolutely thrilled with my units and would highly recommend the team!

Bluebell were first class from start to finish. Everything was well organised and the final finish of the fitted bedroom was perfect. We have had work done by Bluebell before and have never been disappointed. Excellent service from initial contact, planning and fitting. Designer gave us lots of alternative ideas too. Paul came to fit the room, by himself. Not sure how he lifted the heavy furniture upstairs, alone, but he did. Paul involved me from the time he commenced the fit. He gave me alternative about light fittings etc. Each day he tidied up and cleaned the space ready for the next working day. would recommend Bluebell to any friends or family without hesitation. The service was excellent and the quality of the furniture is absolutely second to none.

Since moving into our new home not many months ago, we have used Bluebell for several jobs. The company was recommended to us by friends who had used them previously. The whole process from design to installation with each job has been trouble-free. Stephen, the designer for each job, has come up with some interesting ideas which we have tweaked to meet our requirements. Going into the showroom in Sale and seeing the designs on screen was a big plus. It made visualisation that much easier. Having agreed the design in question, paperwork was drawn up and you are asked to pay an initial deposit to secure the design. Not many days before installation, you then pay the majority of the monies due with a small retention to be paid on completion. Our latest project with Stephen and Bluebell concerned creating a master bedroom suite. Stephen seamlessly worked with both the builders and electricians bring the design together. The week of installation (week of 28/11) went like a dream with little or no disruption. Anthony, the installer, worked tirelessly and finished on time. He was a pleasure to deal with. Half the time, you would not have known he was even there! My wife and I have no reservations recommending Bluebell.

Really impressed with this company. From the initial sales visit from Stephen to installation by Tom then completion by John everyone involved was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. The Bluebell team fitted our newly build in wardrobes and bed side drawers over three days at then end of June and beginning of July 2023. We love the design and quality of the finished product. We employed this company to install fitted bedroom furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The initial survey included a comprehensive visual image of how the completed work would look and no pressure was applied to place an order unlike other companies we had tried. The work was completed to a high standard and the fitter took great care to ensure everything was just right. We would definitely recommend this company.
