I am delighted with the service provided by Bluebell. They are not the cheapest company in the field but the design and quality of the finished product justifies the price. I did not think that a bookcase could be fitted into one of the alcoves in my dining room because of the location of a window and radiator. However Josh's design proved me wrong. The fitting service was efficient with attention to detail and above all tidy.

Bespoke furniture fitted for my Daughter's bedroom. We have previously used national companies and I have to say the build quality on Bluebell's furniture is far superior. Designed to our needs without being pushy or pressurised. We didn't even know the fitter was working, he was polite, friendly and tidied up after himself. Will be going back later this month to sort out wardrobes for my other daughter. Thank you to everyone in involved.

I have now used Bluebell fitted furniture three times. I was so pleased with the the master bedroom and kitchen re-fit that I did not hesitate to use them again for my spare room improvements.Everything was handled very efficiently, even with the added complications that Covid19 brought. The fitter completed the work on time and did an excellent job. I will certainly use the Company again for my next project. Highly recommend.

From start to finish bluebell were a joy to work with. Came up with a fantastic design for our wine room. Stuck to time and delivered high quality workmanship.

This is the 4th time I have used Bluebell. This time it was for a bedroom. There is no doubt in my mind that this is one of the best companies in the North West. From the minute you contact the company and speak to Karen you know you are in safe hands. Karen is a wonderful asset to the team, always friendly and helpful. All my jobs have been designed by James. James never fails to deliver 1st class plans. He listens offers suggestions and makes alterations if necessary. James is a gem! Graeme, the surveyor was extremely polite and helpful. The fitters were John and David. Again, they were professional, polite, and punctual, clearing up at the end of each day. Their workmanship was top class. It’s not often that you can say it was a pleasure to have workmen in your home - but it actually was! Every member of the Bluebell team I have met had been a credit to the company. I can’t leave a review without mentioning Rhona who, again is efficient and professional. I must add that Charlie, the dog is adorable. Bluebell may not be the cheapest company but, in my opinion ‘you get what you pay for’. I can recommend Bluebell 100%, they will look after you well.

As a returning customer to Bluebell, I can confidently say that my experience with them has been consistently positive. This is the second time that I have entrusted them with designing and crafting custom fitted furniture for my home, and once again, they have delivered a commendable result. The craftsmanship was outstanding and each piece perfectly fits my space, blending seamlessly with the existing decor. While Bluebell may not be the most budget-friendly option, the long-term value and durability of the furniture make it a worthwhile choice. The end result exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. While there were a few bumps along the way, the team handled them professionally and ensured that I was satisfied with the final outcome. We're really delighted with the home office that we have just had fitted by Bluebell. From our first visit to the shop in Sale we were well looked after and guided through the process which ensured that we have ended up with exactly what we wanted. Stephen visited us and came up with ideas for the design that we hadn't even thought of but which worked really well. He then created a 3D version that we could look at and together we made a few changes - which, since everything is bespoke, was easy to do. There is a huge range of colours and designs to choose from for the finish and Bluebell were great because we changed our minds several times before agreeing on exactly what we wanted! Having signed off the final design, the team arrived to install it very quickly. They were polite and efficient and the whole installation was complete within a couple of days. It looks great and has created a lot more space. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience of Bluebell.

The service and advice provided to us from the minute we stepped into bluebell showroom, to the minute our fitter left our house was 100% satisfactory Our fitter was very clean and professional he (Anthony) was punctual and hard working. I cannot recommend Bluebell highly enough. I’ll start by saying I’m not the easiest customer and this hasn’t been the most straightforward of jobs but James, Rhona and the whole Bluebell team have been patient, accommodating and just completely wonderful throughout the whole process. Any tweaks that I asked for they went out of their way to see to, when other jobs didn’t go plan that had a knock on effect they were understanding and the end result is utterly beautiful fitted furniture. We have had fitted units in 3 rooms and are over the moon with all of them. They went out of their way to make little adjustments so that the inside of the cupboard was just right for the purpose it was intended. The external appearance is stunning and has been a perfect addition to our home, fitted so seamlessly that you would have thought they were there all along. Visually and practically they are everything we were hoping for and more. And to top it all off, it was incredibly good value for money (and I did my research to make sure). Thank you to everyone at the Bluebell team, you have been amazing and we will definitely be coming back for our next house.

Discussed, designed custom-built and fitted wardrobes, shelves, bedside tables and drawer units. Some handles were out of stock so completion was delayed. Completed to budget. We have used this company previously and had good service. Generally very helpful, listened to our comments and made appropriate adjustments where required. Everything completed to our satisfaction. We would use them again.

They designed and built my master bedroom furniture including wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, window seat and a chest of drawers. They also designed and fitted a a feature with led lighting on the wall behind the bed. They delivered the work to the agreed budget and worked closely with my builder to suit the builders programme. This was greatly appreciated as they had to alter their own programme to align with the builder's programme. What made Bluebell standout was their focus on giving a first class customer experience. From the very beginning, Stephen (one the partners) was friendly and professional. He spent a lot of time listening to us to produce a design that we were happy with. He gave us valuable advice throughout the service. Rhona the office manager was very friendly made us feel welcome every time. The fitter Bluebell used was also very professional. During installation, bluebell resolved all minor things that went wrong quickly and satisfactorily. I found Bluebell very helpful. They kept us informed throughout and delivered an excellent service and product. I would not hesitate using them again and recommending them to my friends and family.

A thoroughly professional job, completed on schedule to an excellent standard. All trades, electricians, plasterer, kitchen fitter, floor fitter, efficient and a pleasure to have in the house. Any minor problems were dealt with immediately without affecting the overall progress of the work. We would recommend Bluebell without hesitation.

I have used Mike and his team over the last 12 years for a fitted kitchen, bedroom and cupboards in a hallway and every time the work and quality of goods are outstanding A1. Mike, both John's and Michael were all amazing. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Since moving into our new home not many months ago, we have used Bluebell for several jobs. The company was recommended to us by friends who had used them previously. The whole process from design to installation with each job has been trouble-free. Stephen, the designer for each job, has come up with some interesting ideas which we have tweaked to meet our requirements. Going into the showroom in Sale and seeing the designs on screen was a big plus. It made visualisation that much easier. Having agreed the design in question, paperwork was drawn up and you are asked to pay an initial deposit to secure the design. Not many days before installation, you then pay the majority of the monies due with a small retention to be paid on completion. Our latest project with Stephen and Bluebell concerned creating a master bedroom suite. Stephen seamlessly worked with both the builders and electricians bring the design together. The week of installation (week of 28/11) went like a dream with little or no disruption. Anthony, the installer, worked tirelessly and finished on time. He was a pleasure to deal with. Half the time, you would not have known he was even there! My wife and I have no reservations recommending Bluebell.

After speaking to a number of different bedroom furniture companies we chose Bluebell to design and fit our new wardrobes. Stephen (the designer) and the reception staff at the showroom were all friendly, professional and efficient. Stephen listened to our preferences and helped us to make decisions about layout and colour. Our furniture was then installed by John who did a beautiful job of building our wardrobes with the minimum of disruption to us. He arrived promptly, protected carpets etc with dust sheets, closed the front door when not using it (!) and tidied up at the end of each day. When necessary he discussed options with us to resolve a minor design issue and suggested a good solution. He give great attention to the fine detail even edging an obscured opening in the wardrobe wall. A minor hiccup was swiftly resolved in consultation with the factory and it didn't delay the job. We were delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending this local company to others.

It’s been a pleasure to deal with Bluebell. The young men who fitted our bedroom furniture worked extremely hard and efficiently ... and left everything neat and tidy when they’d finished the job. We are delighted with our new bedroom furniture. A very professional service all round.

We had a complete renovation of the master bedroom. The design process was clear as we got given all of the options, and Bluebell then project managed other traders such as electrician and decorator. The quality of the work was high and they even redid part of the fitted cupboards as they felt it wasn't up to their standards. Connor was particularly professional and came up with a good plan for an area of the room that we weren't sure what to do with. We are really happy with the finished product.

I am delighted with the Customer Service I have received, they have been more than understanding , helpful and accommodating. They have been very professional throughout. They kept me informed about delivery and fitting. The fitter was brilliant, the doors were installed with the minimum of disruption and look wonderful, completely transformed my bedroom.

We are so happy with the result of our fitted wardrobes. Throughout the whole process John the designer was brilliant in developing and including our ideas into the final design. The finished result is finished wardrobes which are unique and bespoke throughout.

Really impressed with this company. From the initial sales visit from Stephen to installation by Tom then completion by John everyone involved was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I now have beautiful fitted wardrobes and drawers fitted in a very small section of our loft conversion which would have been wasted space otherwise! It looks amazing!

We have used Bluebell for three rooms in our apartment and our thrilled to bits with the finish in each room. Our wine/drinks cabinet is admired by all and makes our lounge complete. The TV room is just stunning and we are really pleased with the finished result. How the designers managed to match up our original kitchen cupboards with a contrast has been an amazing achievement it really finishes off the room. Any snagging problems were dealt with quickly and nothing was too much trouble. I can only speak highly of all the staff from the designers to the joiners, they are all friendly and easy to deal with. Mike runs an extremely and efficient business.
