Thank you very much for the review, I was delighted that you chose to give us such high marks for quality, service and value. Thank you also for taking my call to discuss the minor gripes that you mention in the review. I apologise for the confusion with regards to the light in your driveway, as discussed we would certainly be prepared to contribute to the costs of the repair work. I hope you also accept my explanation regards to the costs involved with the bathroom cabinet, we were absolutely happy to undertake the work for you, but I do understand and respect your decision not to proceed with this as part of your order. Our payment terms have always been a full balance payment before the first date of installation, but as you yourself attest, we do make sure we do a good job, and any amendments or alterations are dealt with in a timely manner.
