We were very glad we had been to a couple of so called "Bespoke" high street suppliers of bedroom furniture before trying Bluebell because we were able to fully appreciate how superior the whole package at Bluebell was. James helped us to design a truly bespoke room that surpassed our expectations at a remarkable price. A couple of minor delays on the fitting did not detract from the quality of the job and the attention to detail and professionalism of Antony & Paul (The fitters) We will definitely use Bluebell again & would recommend to everyone.

We have recently had a Home Study built and installed by Bluebell. The overall opinion of the completed project was 'top class'. We were impressed by the quality of both the fitted furniture and the installation process. There was a minor hitch regarding the supply of the material of construction, which was not Bluebell's fault, but they were very willing to make amends anyway! We were very aware that customer satisfaction is at the top of their list of priorities.

This is the third time we have used Bluebell over the years. And as past experiences the workmanship is top notch. The shop team were really helpful when producing the design with some great ideas, the whole process was very smooth and professional. The fitter who came (David) was very polite, tidy and most importantly did a superb job. Wardrobes are something you live with for many years, so getting it right from the outset is probably the most important factor and choosing a company like Bluebell ticks all the boxes from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebell.

Based on good reviews for Bluebell, we approached the company to re-design an existing bedroom fitting. Post initial design we had couple of more meetings and finalised what was to be fitted. During the whole process, the staff we so friendly, honest and professional. The work started on time and finished to our satisfaction. Any queries and requests that we made were dealt with to our utmost satisfaction and my daughter is now very happy with the finished product. I cannot recommend them highly enough! We used Bluebell Bedroom Fitters to look at utilising all the space in our son’s bedroom as his room is a dorma with sloping ceilings. A designer came out and discussed what it was we needed and what they could create then had a great visual experience and vast array of colours and finishes in the furniture. Then a bedroom survey was done and then the fitting all completed in 2 days. Fantastic finish and my son is very happy with all his shelves for his trainer display. Highly recommend.

The Bluebell team fitted our newly build in wardrobes and bed side drawers over three days at then end of June and beginning of July 2023. We love the design and quality of the finished product. What a great local team to work with. Their Customer service was exceptional, from team in the shop, the designer, Stephen who checked out the room to ensure the design would work, to the guy who measured up and the guys who fitted it couldn’t have been better. The installation team turned up when they said, worked hard throughout the days they were here and did a fab job. I can highly recommend them. Thank you team Bluebell. One happy customer.

We employed this company to install fitted bedroom furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The initial survey included a comprehensive visual image of how the completed work would look and no pressure was applied to place an order unlike other companies we had tried. We were recommended Bluebell by another tradesperson and they did not disappoint! We needed some bespoke wardrobes fitted in an attic bedroom with sloped ceilings and wobbly old walls. From start to finish, we experienced exceptional customer service and the whole process was very easy, we were delighted with how quickly the wardrobes were made and installed. Bluebell have exceptionally high standards, there was a minor post installation issue for us and they went above and beyond to resolve it promptly. The service provided by Bluebell has been excellent from start to finish. They recently designed and fitted two bedrooms with furniture for me. Having lived in the same house where the bedroom furniture was all fitted (the master bedroom there was fitted by Bluebell around 12 years earlier) I was moving to a house where there was no fitted bedroom furniture. Stephen visited the property I was buying to take measurements and prepared designs before a moving date had been agreed so that a fitting date could scheduled as early as possible after moving. He also allocated two members of staff to work on the installation so that it could be completed without delay so that we had minimal time without somewhere to keep our clothes. Installation went smoothly and I am delighted with the quality of the furniture that has been supplied. The fitters make sure they leave everything clean and tidy at the end of each day; they arrive punctually and get on with the job and are courteous and considerate. In fact everyone I have dealt with at Bluebell has been helpful throughout and so I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a superb experience with Bluebell when we replaced our kitchen. I feel we got a bespoke, high quality and beautifully finished kitchen at a price more reflective of what we'd expect to pay for bog standard units off the shelf. Professionalism and quality were part of every aspect of our experience with Bluebell as was their attention to detail and their "can do" attitude. We were supported- but never hustled- throughout the entire process and now we're enjoying a great kitchen that is easy to work in, wonderful to look at and finished on deadline and on budget. Fantastic. I wish every home improvement experience could be this happy.

Everything was cleared away on day 1, placed in the wardrobe, but everything was on dust sheets. Everything was complete to a very high standard. Paul arrived on the day I was given with all the equipment and tools required, put down sheets to protect my carpet (wet clay) and proceeded to build the wardrobes. Although the ceiling slopes into the wall Paul managed to fit the units so they finished job looked exactly like the plans which were drawn up. Took two days as planned and looks great. One very pleased customer and very professional job.

I am delighted with the service provided by Bluebell. They are not the cheapest company in the field but the design and quality of the finished product justifies the price. I did not think that a bookcase could be fitted into one of the alcoves in my dining room because of the location of a window and radiator. However Josh's design proved me wrong. The fitting service was efficient with attention to detail and above all tidy.

Bespoke furniture fitted for my Daughter's bedroom. We have previously used national companies and I have to say the build quality on Bluebell's furniture is far superior. Designed to our needs without being pushy or pressurised. We didn't even know the fitter was working, he was polite, friendly and tidied up after himself. I have now used Bluebell fitted furniture three times. I was so pleased with the the master bedroom and kitchen re-fit that I did not hesitate to use them again for my spare room improvements.Everything was handled very efficiently, even with the added complications that Covid19 brought.
