From the quote to the finish of the work on the windows and doors was done to a high standard the salesman to the two lads that fitted the items where faultless they cleaned up left as good as new i would recommend blue manor windows to friends and family they are top rated in my eyes. After visiting BlueManor windows and speaking to Mark in sales who was most helpful in discussing which type of Bi-Fold doors we could have installed,we decided to order the Visofold 6000.The fitters arrived on the 22/8/2019 the work was completed the same day, with any mess cleared from the site. The doors looked great and we were very pleased with the installation. we discovered later there was a small problem with the lock on the traffic door which made it hard to lock. After speaking with Kate in the service dept. who once again was most helpful, and arranged for someone to come and correct the problem which was done within a couple of days. Great all round service.

Initial contact in the showroom was positive and very professional; the product on offer (windows and doors) is good but overall a disappointing experience due to; • Poor communication • Poor / Messy workmanship • Left with 2 external doors that do not meet DDA Regulations • Wrong items (ironmongery) fitted • Delay in rectifying defects

Whilst it was a pleasure to see that your experience in our showroom was positive and professional; as a local and family run company whom pride ourselves on providing exceptional levels of service; we are extremely disappointed that the communication and workmanship thereafter did not meet your expectations. Any issues raised regarding the quality of our workmanship is treated seriously and with the upmost priority and we endeavour to resolve them promptly. We are extremely fortunate in that our experienced installation teams (whom have been with us for many years) take the upmost pride in the quality and professionalism of their work and ensure any concerns brought to their attention or any making good is done to the highest possible standards. We appreciate that having the incorrect ironmongery / furniture fitted to front doors / windows can be an inconvenience, and although we have stringent checks and policy’s in place to avoid this from happening, unfortunately mistakes can happen. On such occurrence, we will always apologise and ensure the furniture is replaced promptly without question. Please Note: Furniture that is not stocked directly by Bluemanor Windows Ltd is ordered from the applicable manufacturer and therefore these instances can result in minor delays outside of our control. Our largest concern is that within the review it is stated that our doors do not comply with DDA regulations (Part M Compliance). We would like to confirm that when Disability Thresholds are specified during the quotation or on survey, our doors are fully compliant. Unless a Part M Threshold already exists, or a disability is mentioned or apparent during our visits (by both the sales team and surveyor); the inclusion of a Part M Disability Threshold will only be specified if requested by the customer. We also have all thresholds displayed in our showroom for reference for when customers visit. Should a door be manufactured and installed without a Part M Threshold and one be requested at a later date as a result of it not being originally specified; the only solution (excluding third-parts ramps) is to replace the entire door which will always be offered at a reduced cost

replaced my old street door by blue manor windows, brilliant job turned up early dust sheets down fitted the new door, they gave it a polish over took all the old fittings and door away with them couldn’t have asked for more.

They arrived on time, dust sheets everywhere. Two teams of two took out and refitted 9 windows some of which were quite large(2100 x 1700mm). Anthony and his team work ‘smartly’. No wasted energy or wasted time. End result is very good and impressive. Mitchel did an excellent job of making sure all the materials were to hand, everything was kept tidy and clean. Job handed over and checked and paid all within 5 hours start to finish. All that was left to do was to rehang the curtains and put the furniture back. Yes I thoroughly recommend Bluemanor Windows. From the original quote to job done has been very professional. The quote was keen and realistic. No ‘special discounts’ or ‘order today for an exclusive price’. Just a simple straightforward quote stating what has been priced and any optional extras if required. My wife and I visited their showroom. A very good experience. Technical details discussed truthfully. No pressure at all.

What can I say except what a fantastic job this company has done for me . My windows and French doors are absolutely second to none . The communication between us the customer and them was great . Over the moon with Bluemanor. From the first contact, to the design team, to the installation team, to the accounts department we can not thank all of them enough. They gave us loads of different options on design and colour, their expert advise was above and beyond, we took their advice and so glad we did, it has changed the whole look of our house for the better. The bifold doors are amazing, giving an open and airy space. The colours are just right. We are so pleased we have now put an order in for our house to be weatherboarded. I would recommend these guys 100%. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we was happy with all the work. Thank you for making this big project an enjoyable experience. Vicki

After several quotes for replacement front windows, a new front door and patio doors we chose Blue Manor to undertake the job. The job was to be completed over 2 days, with the bay window being the last job as I was concerned with what the lead work was going to look like and I arranged to take the time off work to be there whilst this was being done. To our surprise we came home on day 1 to find they had already done the bay window and the lead work was a complete eyesore. A complete rush job. After several heated discussions with an extremely rude head of installations this was rectified and a canopy installed which we are happy with. The door for which we paid a lot of money for was installed with the wrong colour frame. This was rectified but resulted in the door not fitting properly, after several visits this was rectified. The side panel of the door moves and we are still awaiting this to be rectified. The front window regularly bangs loudly not sure why this is happening. The front door has now also starting to make a similar noise. The upstairs window whistled loudly, this was rectified. 8 months on and we are still having issues. All in all a bad experience and would not recommend this Company.
