While we do manage and support the process on our customers’ behalf, the building regulations sign-off itself is ultimately carried out by the relevant authority, and the timing for inspections and certification is unfortunately outside of our direct control. As a local and family-run business, we genuinely value the trust you placed in us by visiting our showroom and subsequently booking a home visit, and so to see a member of staff described as “Truly Terrible” is certainly not reflective of the level of expertise and professionalism we expect from our team and is certainly not reflective of the feedback we have received in the past. We understand that you had specific expectations for the visit, including discussing your needs, exploring design options, and addressing the canopy installation. I want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously and have conducted an internal review of this incident to ensure that such shortcomings are not repeated in the future. We are committed to delivering a seamless and insightful consultation process, tailored to our customers' individual preferences and requirements. Regarding the design discrepancies and the availability of certain glass, we apologise for any confusion caused by the discrepancies between what you envisioned using our showroom design station and what was communicated by our sales representative during the visit. We are actively reviewing and updating our design software (which currently presents some options that are no longer available) to align them accurately with actual availability. Your feedback regarding the glass discrepancy will be instrumental in refining our design software and avoiding such confusion in the future. With the above being said, we must state that is deeply disappointing that you felt unable to communicate your concerns and feedback regarding the sales visit with us directly in the first instance, so that we may have had an opportunity to discuss them in person.
