Our old french doors at the back of my garage were becoming difficult to lock. My daughter had a door replacement from Blue Manor which she then recommended that I dealt with them. Blue Manor gave me a quote after inspection of the existing doors. The quote was considerably lower than that of other firms and included better insurance and safety features. On acceptance of the quotation everything moved quickly resulting in the installation just over a month later. The paperwork was dealt with efficiently by email. Two men arrived as anticipated at 7:30 and the door was installed and working in about 3 hours. They showed me how best to use the locking system and was given 6 key. It has a 10 year guarantee and looks so much better than the old doors.

I recently decided to have my double glazed windows replaced and having dealt with Bluemanor previously for some patio doors I asked them back to quote for the job. The sales process was refreshingly low-pressure with no 'if you place an order today ....' offers and a fully documented quotation explaining what was included. Once I have placed the order, the service team kept me updated on progress and next steps and we picked an installation date which suited both of us including a call the afternoon before to confirm everything was set up and the times of arrival. The installation itself was first class. The fitters were on time, worked quickly and as cleanly as possible whilst providing a first class finish to the windows. They took time to show me how the windows operate before leaving. I also received a follow-up call from the service team to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction, which it certainly was. Overall, this was a first-class experience and anyone looking to have windows or doors installed or replaced should certainly consider working with Bluemanor; I have already recommended them to one of my friends who is looking for similar home improvements.
