I recently moved into a new home and my front door wouldn't shut properly. I phoned BM Security Limited at 12.15pm. They answered immediately and took a few details and Jonathan arrived within the hour. He was professional and helpful and was able to realign the door so it closed properly and was secure. He also very kindly took a quick look at my French windows which I thought were broken and was able to explain how I could get them to open properly which I really appreciated. Overall I was extremely happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Key sticking in patio door. My phone call was answered very promptly, information and prices clearly given. Matt arrived promptly after calling to give a ETA which was useful. Matt fitted a replacement front door lock. He was professional, helpful and completed the job competently. He told me his eta and arrived on time. The work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Booked an appointment at a convenient time and they called when on their way. Dismantled the various parts and explained the problem and what needed replacing. Ordered the relevant part and returned 3 days later to complete the job. Also solved a previous problem with the door lock! The engineer was efficient, polite and friendly and I couldn't have had a better service.

Easy to contact. Charges were all explained to me in advance, and a call arranged for that day. Matthew arrived on time, replaced two window locks, and suggested a cost saving solution for a third window. He also freed up the mechanism on a patio door, that had become difficult to open. The locking mechanism in our patio door seized and wouldn't lock. We were on our way out for the day when it happened so it looked like we wouldn't be able to leave the house. We found BM securities number on a leaflet. They arrived within an hour of us calling. They we very friendly and quickly found that the locking mechanism inside the locking strip had disintegrated. They couldn't get the key barrel out either so had to snap it to remove all the parts. They went and got the new parts and were back within a couple of hours. They fitted the new parts and adjusted the doors (They had become misaligned over time and probably contributed to the lock breaking) all in around 10 mins. The door now fits and locks perfectly. On the way out he kindly adjust my front door as well as this was also catching a bit.
