Wanted to have a full central heating system changed all new rads, pipework changed and combi boiler relocated. Damien's quote was more than reasonable and he did all the work with a very professional approach. He took great care in placement of pipework and everything was neat and orderly. His attention to detail was spot on. Really nice guy explaining everything that was needed and his workmanship faultless. Considering the work needed there was hardly any mess and everything was covered and protected throughout the work. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable heating engineer.

Damian did a very good job of fitting a comfort height toilet and drop down support handrail for my elderly Mother. Took time over the job to explain options and test to make sure the handrail was in the perfect height for her. Very patient and knew what he was doing, so it appears he has experience fitting mobility products. Also, gave advice regarding handrails for bath at no extra charge. Will definitely recommend and will use again. Nice to find a plumber that is happy to do smaller jobs. Thank you Damian.

Damian recently serviced my boiler and replaced a faulty part. He was punctual, polite and professional and explained the work he was completing as well as why the part needed replacing. His bill was very reasonable too. Will use again and more than happy to recommend.

Damian from Boiler Buddies, and his colleague, Mick, did some awesome plumbing detective work in my Heritage 2 cottage yesterday, to replace lead water pipes. I am delighted with the results. Damian and Mick were a pleasure to have in the house - friendly, very well mannered- and explained things in an easily understandable way. They went over and above to work out the puzzle of legacy pipes under floors and above ceilings... and cleaned up better than I do! Damian has always been available to give excellent advice, to attend when my heating was failing before Christmas and resolve quickly - and help navigate the tricky path that is lead water pipe replacement. I couldn't recommend more highly! This is a highly professional and friendly business.

Toilet cistern was continuously leaking into bowl. Damian was helpful and efficient. I would not hesitate to call him again to carry out larger jobs ie boiler service.

Damian promptly answered my request for an appointment for him to fix my central heating and arrived at the agreed time. He decided that a full flush was not needed which saved me money. I would not have known that and would have paid for that work. Damian is honest. He spent the morning clearing the air out of the system and repairing leaks. Our central heating is 200% better than before. Damian clearly knows his job. He is also an expert in underfloor heating.

Damian gave us very clear advice on how to upgrade our heating system and make it more efficient. We ended up with having several radiators uprated to more modern units and some extra rads fitted in our kitchen/diner. The work was all completed in a day to a high standard. He was very concerned about a small amount of damage to one of the radiators and got the supplier to drive out immediately with a new one. Would definitely recommend his services and use again. The quote for quality job was fine.

I can't fault Damian's service or the solution he provided. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and also competitive in the price he offered. I would recommend him unreservedly.

We needed advice about whether our year old thermal panel was working properly and having received little help from the installers we found Damian on the Trusted Traders site and contacted him. He didn't visit but asked for photos and then we had quite a long call in which he was able to reassure us that our panel seemed to be working as it should. He refused any payment for his time. Throughout he was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. and we would certainly ask him to do any further work that we might require.

Damian has done a few jobs for us, particularly concerning problems with underfloor heating system. He has fixed problems quickly and efficiently, and taken the time to explain what we should look for and do ourselves should the problems recur. Whilst working on our underfloor heating, he noticed and flagged up to us that our boiler was making a noise that showed there was a problem! We would not have known this ourselves without him pointing it out. This wasn’t a job he would have had himself, so he suggested we get the company out to fix it. Subsequently we used this info, got the boiler fixed purely as he was so diligent. The fact that he highlighted this potentially saved us money and hassle. Thoroughly trustworthy and considerate! He always comes as soon as he can when a problem, works cleanly and efficiently. He has very current knowledge about new aspects of heating and boilers too! Thoroughly recommend him.
