I cannot recommend Vasil highly enough. From our initial consultation to final installation, his professionalism has been exemplary. We originally contacted Vasil to repair our Viessman combi boiler, but after his thorough assessment, we agreed that replacement would be the better option. He carefully checked our gas supply and identified that our existing pipe wasn't 22 mm, advising us to select a boiler appropriate for our current setup. He explained we might need a larger gas pipe if adequate pressure couldn't be achieved during commissioning. During the process, Vasil suggested we remove and cap off our old gas cooker in favour of an electric induction hob. This thoughtful recommendation saved us the expense and disruption of running a new gas pipe across the room. He cut the gas supply to the cooker at no charge and even installed CO2 alarm without as usking - going above and beyond what was required. Vasil's dedication was remarkable. He returned on a Sunday to install our new boiler and worked though without breaks until the job was completed to perfection. Throughout, he was easy to communicate with, friendly and demonstrated exceptional knowledge of his trade. Five-star service in every aspect!

Amazing service! So fast, knowledgeable, professional and very good value. We had a problem with our under floor heating and not only was Vasil able to come right away and diagnose the problem, but he also found a temporary solution for our heat while we waited for the new pump he ordered to arrive. He came back the next week and installed the new pump and now everything is working perfectly again. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! Such a trustworthy, reliable and lovely man. Having worked with Vasil over a period of a few weeks on two projects and getting to know him and his background it became clear to me that he really stands out from the crowd. He is much more of an engineer than a boiler man which can be hit and miss. He is also a very friendly man. I must admit that initially I did not fully appreciate that as I have had many not so good experiences with tradespeople but he is the real deal. I can only recommend him. And given the quality of his work he represents very good value for money.

I highly recommend Vasil of Boiler Engineer 4U. I had 5 quotes for an urgently needed new boiler and am very glad I chose him. Nothing was a problem and he installed it in a few hours. He also fixed a stuck radiator valve and as a great bonus for me he found the indoor stopcock which no other plumber had bothered to find in all my years in my house- they just turned the water off at the outside mains which was not ideal. He also will be doing the annual service. He was incredibly tidy and cleaned up after he finished. I will definitely be using him for all plumbing needs in the future.

I was very concerned about water leaking from my gas boiler which was over 20 years old. From the moment I contacted Vasil, I felt reassured that he would sort out the problem. He has a calm, thoughtful manner and is a really good communicator. He carefully walked me through the options. I decided to have a new gas boiler installed, because I didn’t want the inevitable ongoing costs with fixing my old one. Vasil sourced the boiler and parts and arranged an early date for he and Nasko to do the work. They did a fantastic job - really neat and professional. Vasil and Nasko worked in very cramped conditions without complaint. They tracked all the pipework around the walls perfectly, without impinging on any cupboard space. They were very helpful, answering all my most basic questions. I am thrilled with the outcome. They left the place immaculate, taking every piece of rubbish away. My boiler had flooded and Vasil came out very quickly. He was polite, tidy and managed to fix it very quickly. I could not fault him and very reasonably priced.

I have been calling Vasil now since 2021 years for both plumbing emergencies and boiler repairs. He has been courteous, super helpful and always resolved the problem - even remotely when my lodgers experience issues and I could not attend. He replaced my radiator valves and thermostat in one property and installed a Google Nest system in another. He can perform both advanced work and maintenance. He shows up when promised - it's nice to have someone to rely on.
