Kevin McNulty came in and serviced and repaired boiler and radiators, installed new fencing around the garden, and built a new patio area. They were a professional team who are perfectionists in all they do. The workmen were courteous and explained what the work would involve and where any changes were needed as the work progressed. The quality of workmanship was second to none.

Customer service on first contact was very good. A subsequent call to have additional work done on the same day was successful. On the day in question the engineer excelled himself. He was very knowledgeable and totally obliging. He phoned the gas supplier for me because the gas pressure to the property was insufficient and they attended immediately. A request for a return visit by the engineer on the same day to attend to a gas leak was carried out very efficiently. All documentation from Boiler Healthcare was clear and accurate as was their invoice. Boiler Healthcare did what they said they would do on the agreed date and time with no fuss and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.The work carried out by Boiler Healthcare was done after moving into my new home. A stressful time for anyone with things often not going to plan, so it was a joy to deal with Boiler Healthcare who did everything right!

Called in Boiler Heathcare Ltd for a full restaurant commercial Plumbing and Gas installation and thought Mark, Charlie and Sarah were very professional, neat and pro-active.

I called them to sort the replacement of hot air central heating system with complete Combi Boiler based conventional radiator household central heating system r system. Also as Property Steward at old local Church, replacement of old boilers with high efficiency gas fired boilers involving complex manifold to enable boiler connection to old 4 inch Church heating system pipework. Their engineering, installation and servicing staff are professional, highly competent, efficient, clean, tidy and courteous . I am a qualified, retired engineer myself and I consider their work to have been of a high standard. I was particularly impressed with the Manifold, which had to be designed and built specifically to cope with the problem of connecting normal boiler outputs to an antiquated large bore 100 year old heating system.
