Boiler Rescue Limited were great from start to finish. They responded promptly to a request for a quote, and a date was booked in the diary shortly after. Their pricing was fair, they were very professional and gave us full records of the work done straight after which was good to have. Would highly recommend!

Mark replied to my enquiry very promptly and gave me a date for the service of my boiler. He rang me on the morning of the visit to inform me that he would be arriving shortly, as planned. His work was very thorough and he talked through with me what he was doing and also gave me some areas that my boiler might need to be addressed in the near future. Due to the age of my boiler he also gave me some tips on how to keep the boiler in good condition and what might be done should there be any future issues. I had confidence in the job that he undertook.

Call made mid afternoon, boiler not working. Engineer was with us by 6pm. Excellent service with a friendly cheerful attitude. New his stuff and solved the issue. Definitely will use the company again.

The most recent issue I had, Boiler Rescue were totally honest with the options I had, whether to use them or opt for a fixed price from one of the large boiler suppliers. Can't ask more than that, that they give you open and honest advice and are completely happy with what option you decide to go with. Recently Boiler Rescue also sourced, supplied and installed a new hot water cylinder. All through the process Boiler Rescue were happy to discuss options and go with whatever we want to find, but despite doing our research we independently came to the conclusion they had suggested the best option in the first place. This is a company you can trust to do great quality work at honest prices and not rip you off. Also they give you all the options available to you and let you make the choice you are comfortable with.

I chose Boiler Rescue Limited based on the Which Trusted Trader reviews. Having booked a boiler service, Mark gave me 30 minutes notice that I was his next call. He arrived on time and carried out a thorough annual service. He was polite, courteous and professional in his approach and a tidy tradesman. He protected my kitchen work surface before working and wore shoe protectors where needed. I am very pleased with his service and would highly recommend his company.

Easy to contact on the phone and got an appointment is a short time. He explained everything on the phone about what would need doing and the price etc. The engineer turned up on time and spoke me through all the work that was going to be carried out. Kept mess to an absolute minimum and tidied up behind themselves. The engineer had his apprentice son with him and he was really thorough with making sure he’d completed everything to the correct standard and seemed like a really good teacher/mentor with lots of patience. They were both very friendly and I’m very happy with the job

Came on time to service my boiler rectified a couple of issues. Very nice people clean workers and efficient.

Mark Pflaumer and his apprentice were punctual, efficient and friendly. They conducted the boiler service in a competent and professional manner. The work was completed on schedule and to the agreed price. Mark is an effective communicator and happy to answer any questions relating to our water and heating system. Nothing did go wrong but we have every confidence that Mark would have resolved any possible problems satisfactorily.

Mark was very friendly and explained what he was doing and why. He carried out the boiler service and this sorted out the intermittent problem we were having with the ignition of the boiler upon hot water demand. He explained and went through some aftercare and identified another issue with a cracked part, so went through the details of this and what it would need/cost. I have no complaints about Mark, his service or work and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Mark has serviced our boiler for several years now. A few weeks ago he completed extensive works. However, a small leak began shortly afterwards, he very quickly came out, repaired this fault and charged no extra. Overall we’re really pleased with Mark.

I don’t write reviews but I have to say I have used Mark - Boiler Rescue on more then one occasion nothing is ever to much trouble for this guy. The service he provides is second to none, he is genuine, honest and above all else trustworthy. I rang Friday morning as we were experiencing a leak from the boiler, they were able to attend the same day. I was advised of attendance cost on the phone call before attending. Polite and courteous when arrived, got straight to it and identified the problem promptly, advised me of parts required and relevant costs, and what would happen if parts were not on the van. Lucky for me they had relevant parts on the van and were able to fit there and then. Leaving me with a working boiler. I was recommended them by a family member and will now be booking a yearly service with them. Would definitely recommend

Thank you for such a prompt response to the problem with my boiler. The issue was fully resolved and I have heating and hot water once again🙂 An excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending Boiler Rescue.

Despite being delayed through traffic problems and arriving early evening, Mark carried out the work in an efficient and unhurried way. The work was an annual boiler service and to diagnose and fix, if possible, a circulation problem. The boiler service was carried out as expected with necessary paperwork being completed. Examination of the circulation problem revealed a leaky gate valve on the cylinder which Mark intends to replace in about 10 days, following a temporary repair. He has explained the likely causes of the circulation problem and we will see whether what he has done so far has sorted this out over the next few days. The work was carried out according to his estimate and we have been given a follow up estimate for replacement of the cylinder valve. He was friendly and helpful throughout and we feel that his advice was good.

As always, Boiler Rescue have done an excellent job. After checking everything was ok and in full working order, Mark and Ethan put everything back in place and left everything neat and tidy.

Boiler rescue attended , found the route cause of the problem ( after many others had tried and failed, They submitted a quotation agreed a date for the works and called in advance of arrival They arrived out the work in hand and completed within 2 hours Very polite very knowledgeable and something I loved to see is an apprentice was part of the workforce being very closely supervised by a highly skilled tradesman Will 100% use again

On the Trusted Traders website there were the words...( we offer a no call out charge..). However, I called out this trader and after 10 minutes of looking at the job he said he could not do it but then charged £90 for the call out. When confronted about it he claimed the call-out was coming to the door and looking at the job was analysis and therefore it is a charge even though he said he could not repair the boiler. I feel I was knowingly misled as he could have made this clear before attendance but when I pointed this out he did not offer a refund. I would not recommend him.

After being told that my rental property needed a new boiler as it was 13 years old and had various faults, I contacted Boiler Rescue on the recommendation of a family member. The help and competence was excellent and very reassuring. They arranged to visit the property through my agent and carried out a thorough check concluding that the boiler was working well, was less than 10 years old.I did not need to get a new one. Boiler Rescue completed an annual service that included a boiler check, safety checks and central heating and plumbing inspection. Bathroom radiator was bled and adjusted and made more effective. The work was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. The trader stood out in terms of efficiency, professionalism and consideration. The Boiler Rescue team were friendly and helpful and professional.
