About
Boilers Direct are boiler replacement experts covering the North Yorkshire Coast area.
From 2018 we are now proud to have been chosen and and duly accredited by our manufacturer of choice to install boilers with up to 12 years parts and labour warranties.
Over the years we have become very experienced and proficient at our job: from simple boiler replacements, to completely new full central heating installations.
We have experience of installing a number of boiler controls, from radio frequency to internet controlled thermostats and magnetic filters to protect the boiler and the system.
We always flush the system and add inhibitor to ensure optimum conditions and longevity.

New boiler installation
new boiler required John gave me a time when he could come to have a look at the job. Upon this visit he advised me what was required. He gave me a quote and we agreed a date when the work could begin the work was completed in two days the first class service and I’m very happy with the job they did for me I would recommend boilers Direct . I needed a new boiler and got several quotes in. Boilers Direct were very competitive compared to the rest, so I booked them in. They turned up on the day, bang on time, and got straight on with the job. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, courteous, and hard-working. Great customer service from the beginning to the end. Our old boiler needed replacing. We wanted to move it from the bedroom to the loft and this wasn’t a problem for Jon, Matt and Matthew :) They have carried the work over 1.5 days and we couldn’t fault it at all. Very professional, polite and efficient. Left the house tidy which is a big thumbs up! We are very pleased with the service and we would recommend Boilers Direct to anyone. Thanks so much!

As we were out of the country at the time of the installation, there was a lot of trust needed on each side. We had a full central heating system installed in a large Victorian house. The company also found themselves acting as de facto project manager, liaising with several other trades and coordinating the work schedule. They kept in touch throughout the installation and sought confirmation about what was required or requested and on the final day they took part in a video call to show us what had been done. A third party, not connected with the installation, commented on how clean and tidy as workmen they were considering the job they had to do.

Cannot emphasise how good Boilers direct were, when our boiler packed in. They came within days even though they were so busy, to inspect, and clarified that the boiler was dead. Options for a new boiler were discussed and within a few days, was fitted.

From Jon's clear and detailed quotation through the whole process of installing my new boiler, the team from Boilers Direct have given a flawlesss service. They arrived prompt to the minute, worked tirelessly with courtesy and consideration for my property and did absolutely everything and more as promised on the quotation. Boilers Direct carried out a complete system change. Our old boiler and immersion heater tank were removed, our storage tank in the loft disconnected. the redundant water pump for our shower and bath were removed, a new flue was fitted, and a new boiler was installed. The work was carried out to the agreed price, and to the agreed timescale. The engineers were very tidy and left no mess. They were very punctual and very polite. We have used their services before, and would use them again. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any central heating work.

From start to finish the Boilers Direct team were very professional. Good communication about visits and the work to be undertaken. Being an old house there were challenges to overcome. However we were kept informed at every stage and we are very pleased with the results. Even at the end of two long working days they carefully explained the new system and the controls. Paperwork and follow up emails were provided including links if we needed further help. We are so glad we found this company.

Boilers Direct fitted our boiler two years ago and have serviced it since. Matt came yesterday to do the annual service and again was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job.
