Absolutely amazing service from Bolt, can't fault. From the customer service on booking, with their willingness to try to be as accomodating as possible to meet my needs, through to what could have been a chaotic move day with 2 Removal Companies doing their job at the same time. Dima, Fabian, Alex and Nick were brilliant and liaised with me throughout to ensure everything was moved correctly and also placed correctly at the other end. Very kind and friendly gentleman that made a stressful experience a lot nicer and easier! I can't fault for value for money either. The dismantling / putting together service was faultless, and all fragile items were taken care of. Thank you again, would highly recommend!

I would thoroughly recommend Bolt Removals. They 'pulled out all the stops' to move us at very short notice, at the busiest time of the month, and on schedule. This meant spreading the removal over several days to meet the required date and all went fine and was on time. Very satisfied with their performance. And the guys were extremely helpful.

I can’t praise Bolt Removals highly enough. The office staff were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire lead-up to my move, even though the move itself was rescheduled and delayed multiple times over the course of a year. They remained patient, organised, and reassuring throughout. On moving day, the porters arrived promptly, introduced themselves individually, and were warm, welcoming, and remarkably gentle with everything. Their professionalism and calm, friendly demeanour made a stressful process feel far more manageable. Every single team member was a credit to the company. From starting very early morning in Penarth to finishing late afternoon in Buckinghamshire, the 3 men from Bolt Removals were absolutely wonderful!! We could not have wished for better service. They made the whole process of moving stress free for us. They had to negotiate several flights of stairs in our Penarth flat to load up the vans and then unload to a bungalow. There's an attic room here and when asked, they were happy to carry endless boxes up! Nothing was too much trouble. They accommodated our every need and were meticulous in their transferring and caring for our furniture and belongings. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Hard working, good humoured throughout. 5 star, professional company. Many many thanks to those 3 fantastic Bolt Removals employees! We are very grateful.

Fantastic service from start to finish. To book a survey and visit was simple and straightforward. The quote was easy to understand and amend as required. Booking a date was made without fuss and Bolt were really accommodating to our needs. The full pack and move was made easy by the great staff. They were friendly and easy to work with. Bolt gave me a very reasonable quote after coming and looking at exactly what was being moved and what I required. They were easy to contact and happy and quick to answer any queries or concerns I had beforehand. They were then prompt and very hard working, were polite and respectful, of my possessions, myself and others helping me. They did a wonderful job and made it as stress free as it is possible to make a house move!! I am very glad I chose them to move me.

Bolt Removals were efficient, friendly and reliable from first contacting them to moving day itself, great service.

We are so grateful to Bolt Removals for the excellent service we received. Our move was very difficult and was postponed at short notice, they worked with us to find a way of fitting us in so we could move as soon as possible, even though this meant working on a Sunday. They were responsive, calm and helpful. We purchased packaging materials and boxes which were exactly what we needed. On moving day we were at the end of a long chain, so unloading couldn’t start until very late in the day. We have lots of stuff, much of which we wanted in the loft room up a narrow staircase, it wasn’t easy. Unloading went on in into the night and the team were so professional, calm and reassuring. I recommend this company and their friendly, helpful and accommodating staff to everyone, they really do take some of the stress away.

Excellent experience with Bolt removals. Good idea to have a video walk through to assess the size of the move. Christian and the team were great. Arrived on time and ready to go. Very helpful and courteous. Brought everything to the place where I wanted it, if I didn't like it then they happily moved it to a new location for me. All done and finished in good time. I used this removal company because of the all the good reviews on WhichTrader. My experience was Excellent; they keep in good contact, polite, checking items to be packed, and receiving information about the pickup and drop off locations. They also paid attention in not damaging anything while manuvering the van on location. Good reasonable pricing for the work carried out. I will definitely recommend to others.

Bolt Removals were excellent from start to finish. The initial visit to assess our house contents inspired confidence and the quote for the removal, including a large piano, was very competitive. The packing of our breakable items the day before the move was completed efficiently and Nicolas was very helpful and friendly. The team arrived five minutes early on moving day and were thoroughly professional emptying the house and loading the vans – we couldn’t believe how hard and how fast they worked, and how much care they took of all our things! They followed all our requests when unloading and setting up in our new home and checked carefully room by room that we were happy with everything before departing. They were hardworking, good humoured and their teamwork was excellent. When we unpacked we didn’t find a single thing that had been broken or damaged. Don’t hesitate to book them for your next move!
