Having picked out Bourne Plumbing, to replace my gas fired boiler, from Which Local recommendations, I was not disappointed. Anthony came on the agreed date and alloted time and set to removing my old boiler. With hardly a break, but numerous cups of tea, he worked from 8am until 7pm each day until the job was completed.Once finished everything was tidied up and the rubbish removed. The finished installation was more than satisfactory and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Utilised this trader for the first time based on Which Local rating. Had a leaking/broken valve at the back of our washing/dishwasher machine. He arrived within a few hours to resolve the problem and did an excellant job. Very pleased with his responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work.

As a first job for me Tony Bourne carried out an overdue service of my CH system including partly dismantling the boiler, replacing a radiator, changing defective valves etc, and during a further visit using his 'Power Flush' equipment to flush out sludge in the system. He arrived on time and worked efficiently, cleanly and quietly, keeping me informed of what he was doing. I found it difficult to get an accurate alternative quote but I am happy with his charges for the good service he provided.

Tony Bournes from Bourne plumbing and heating services did a boiler service and a power flush to a really old and sludged up system for us this time around. Tony had a done a excellent job of a minor piece of work for us earlier - his punctuality, refined workmanship, adherence to details and honest attitude made us approach him again for this work. Once again all the above specific qualities shone through his work and he got the job accompolished in a very efficient and timely manner and the amont of sludge flushed out of the system was massive ! couldn't actually believe it. Will make use of his service again if need be (hope everything keeps chugging along meanwhile..)

I have used Tony for over 8 years now. It was by luck that I found out about him after British Gas had installed a Central heating system for my mother. The system caused problems within months of installation and none of the BG homecare engineers seemed willing or could solve the problem. Tony was due to refurbish my mother's bathroom and was thus able to get a closer look at their work. Pipes around the boiler had not been connected correctly by British Gas and were leaking. This caused damage to the kitchen ceiling. Tony also pointed out that British Gas had charged for work/materials not carried out which amounted to around £1500. This was a very stressful time for me so Tony prepared a report which I was able to submit to BG and claim for compensation and damages. Just last month their were new problems with the same system which BG homecare engineers didnt put right. Tony replaced pipework, replaced an insufficient immersion heater in the cylinder tank and power flushed the system. I cannot praise Tony enough. He is a honest, polite and hard working professional and I believe that his expertise in heating/boiler systems makes him one of the best in the field. Tony has also carried out other plumbing work for my family to a high standard. I only wish I had known about him earlier.

I called Anthony about a problem with the upstairs shower, and he came early the next morning. He was on time, found and fixed the problem in a couple of minutes and charged a fair fee for the call out. Will be using him again for any future stuff.

Tony Bourne and his colleague installed a new Viessmann boiler with a 5 year guarantee, to replace an old and faulty boiler. A new kitchen is being installed and all Gas and Water pipework and Drainage needed to be Re-routed. Removal of all redundant pipe work and loft tanks. Tony and Co conducted themselves in a most professional and courteous manner at all times. A high degree of skill and competency was displayed throughout. They turned up on time as promised. We were most impressed with his service. We will be using Tony again when we have our Bathroom renovated in the new year.

Called Tony late afternoon and he was fixing my leak 4 hours later, in less than 30 minutes it was all fixed. Highly recommend. Good value, fast and clean.
