My name is Anthony and I have been running Bourne Plumbing & Heating a family run business, for over 27 years. I offer a wide range of services, from full bathroom installations to emergency call-outs. I am also on hand to help out with smaller jobs, such as fixing leaky taps or unblocking drains.

He installed a new boiler last year, doing an excellent job. The kitchen was clean after it's work, and no more issues since then. He reminded me when the annual service needed to be done and came to do it at my convenience. Very reliable.

Anthony came out in answer to a phone call about a boiler problem. He took time to find out what was wrong & came back very quickly to fix the fault. Very tidy and courteous.

Called Tony late afternoon - he was able to come round that evening which suited my availability. He was punctual and got the job done quickly and efficiently (a leaking tap). He explained what he was doing and alerted us to the fact that because of the design of the tap the same problem was likely to happen again. Would use him again and have recommended him to friends.

Selected Tony from the Which Local list when we needed several jobs done. He was very efficient from quote to delivery. Pleasant, punctual, tidy and a nice chap to boot. Would certainly use him again and can definitely recommend him.

Arrived promptly, even had the spare part with him (set of taps). However, personally I do not like being asked to write a review - I will write, but usually for outstanding work or vice versa, but it should be my decision and not being told to do so!

Replacement of faulty parts on an unvented hot water cylinder, replacing expansion vessel incorrectly installed on pipe work, combination inlet valve and TPRV. Removed existing incorrect 22mm gate valve on mains water supply to unit as it did not shut off fully. Cut out sections of pipe work and recorrect as necessary. Supplied and fitted a 22mm Adey Pro2 magnaClean unit, SpiroVent RV2 and SpiroTop unit to central heating system pipe work as recommended. Repairs to towel rail and kitchen sink tap

Our old boiler was leaking and needed replacing and Tony of Bourne Plumbing and Heating came to our rescue. He installed a Viessmann 26 kw combination boiler, fitted a new flue and made good the outside wall. He turned up when he said he would and was polite, professional and efficient. Tony even took off the roof of our cat enclosure to fit the flue and replaced it afterwards. He used dust sheets, cleaned up after himself and took away all the rubbish. All this took place with the minimum fuss or disturbance. Not the cheapest, but would definitely use again.
