Anthony was very thorough in checking the cause of the problem replacing and checking the parts systematically. He was able to identify and resolve the problem in a few hours. He explained everything he did and also left the house clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Anthony installed a new set of basin taps and replaced the existing pipework with 15mm flexi connections. He cleaned out the existing blockage and fitted a new click-clack basin waste and sealed it. He also supplied and fitted a new 35mm basin trap which he connected to the existing waste pipe. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently. Anthony is friendly and he gets on with things. He makes sure not to leave any mess and also explains what he is doing and he showed me how the new taps and plug worked. He is easy to contact and keep in touch with and he also came to my property at the agreed time. He has carried work out before at my home and it was also done to a high standard. I am very satisfied with his work and attention to detail and would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to others.

My central heating boiler broke down and left me without heating and hot water. Because of its age and the general state of the system Anthony recommended fitting a new boiler. He installed the new boiler in a couple of days and restored the heating and hot water, much to my relief, working on his own, all day. Then he came back to powerflush the system and make sure everything was working. He also repaired three of the radiator thermostats which hadn't been working properly. I was pleased that the quote that he had originally given me was not exceeded.

To install a new combination boiler and update central heating system. Tony proved to be an extremely reliable and professional tradesman. His work was of the highest standard and I was completely satisfied with the job he did. He also took time to liaise with Transco over a problem with the incoming gas main which was a great help. The job proved to be a particular complicated task since the rust under the old tap made it impossible to extract without risk of damage to the black kitchen sink. The plumber (Anthony Sawczuk) was able to complete the task with little obvious damage. He was utterly professional, explaining the options quite clearly once he had inspected the work to be done. He is punctual, polite and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, highly competent plumber.
