My name is Anthony and I have been running Bourne Plumbing & Heating a family run business, for over 27 years. I offer a wide range of services, from full bathroom installations to emergency call-outs. I am also on hand to help out with smaller jobs, such as fixing leaky taps or unblocking drains.

Our boiler needed replacement and Tony recommended a Viessmann boiler which was installed with system protection and a power flush. A 12 year warranty has been placed on the boiler. Through out Tony has been helpful and considerate. The work was completed on time and within budget and all waste removed. Would employ them again.

Tony Bourne has just serviced my 12 year old Valiant boiler. He was efficient, thorough and professional. He came prepared with all his tools and a box of brand new radiator valves to replace our old ones. The whole system was drained down, a couple of parts were changed in the boiler and all old and broken valves were replaced. Tony arrived at 9am and with a 40 minute lunch break finished at 5.30pm. He was very systematic, tidy and cleared up everything before he left. I have used Tony's company three times now and each job has been carried out to a high standard. His work is exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Had a fantastic experience with Anthony from Bourne Heating & Plumbing when he replaced a radiator in my home. He arrived on time, was considerate of my property, and carried out the work swiftly but to a high standard. He was extremely professional, clean, and tidy throughout. His pricing was competitive, and he even took the time to offer helpful advice on checking the boiler pressure and bleeding the radiators if needed. Overall, a great service—I would highly recommend him!

Tony installed a new Viessmann boiler in my house and also did some additional work to replace radiators and radiator valves. The boiler has a 12 month warranty. He did an excellent job, completing the work to the agreed schedule and estimate. He left the house clean and tidy each day and kept me informed as the work progressed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony's services.

This time Anthony fixed a problem and on being asked to do another job made an appointment a couple of days later. He returned and all was done satisfactorily.He has been our plumber of choice for maybe 15 years. He installed our current boiler in 2011 and services it regularly.
