My name is Anthony and I have been running Bourne Plumbing & Heating a family run business, for over 27 years. I offer a wide range of services, from full bathroom installations to emergency call-outs. I am also on hand to help out with smaller jobs, such as fixing leaky taps or unblocking drains.

Quick, effective and friendly. Came when he said he would (sooner than we expected) to install a new tap, move our washing machine connections, etc. We have to report that he got the latter back the wrong way round, but I'm sure he'd have rushed to correct it if I hadn't done it myself. Not cheap, but took much less time than we'd expected, so good value, and we'll certainly ask him again.

Boiler would not light up. Called Tony after reading the Which Local recommendations. Found him discreet, professionnal and reliable. No doubt in my mind that he his well skilled but I agree with other members I thought he was expensive. As others said, I do not know how much other pumbers would have charged for the same job though.

Tony has carried out several small plumbing jobs for us and has been excellent. He is polite, well presented, punctual, and cleans up after he has finished the work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I had recurrant problems with my boiler and central heating system for many months. No one could resolve them until Anthony at Bourne Plumbing and Heating identified the separate causes and correcxted them. He is knowledgeable, reliable and professional, and I am very pleased with his work.

Following a gas leak from our cooker hob, and disconnection of the damaged gas pipe, Anthony came to assess the job and (following some some adjustments to the cooker cabinetry which had to be carried out by a carpenter that he recommended) came back to reconnect the gas supply which he did efficiently and without mess or upheaval. I would be very happy to call him again in the future if we have any plumbing or heating issues. I have yet to receive his bill so am not really able to comment reliably on his value for money.

We have been using Bourne Plumbing since June 2021. This time we have a new Viessmann boiler installed. The job was completed on time and high standard. Anthony left my property clean and tidy without any mess. I have no hesitation in recommending Anthony of Bourne Plumbing and Heating.
