Used Bourne Plumbing to replace all my radiator thermostatic valves. They did a thoroughly professional job quickly and efficiently. Several unforeseen issues with the old system were encountered all of which were fixed as a matter of course without any fuss

We have found Anthony in Which Local website and contacted him as we had a problem of our old boiler kept stopping working. He had come at our earliest convenience and pointed out the problem immediately and fixed it. He is very professional. We would like to contact him again when we purchase the new boiler and install it.

Anthony did a boiler service a couple years back and I managed to book him in for another service and to look at a toilet cistern issue. Whilst his schedule is busy (book in advance!) he arrived promptly and after an initial assessment we came to the conclusion that the boiler needed replacing. My schedule is generally quite tight and we agreed to expedite the work with Anthony dropping off a written quote a day or so later and arrived the Monday morning promptly. His work is very neat, professional, precise and I can honestly say that he was quite productive too (solid working to get the job done in a day). I am quite chuffed at my new Veissman boiler (immense improvement on the noisy Baxi I had) and the cistern was replaced swiftly too. Anthony returned today to complete the commissioning of the boiler so all is now ready. Will defintely use again - very professional and punctual. In terms of price / value - the boiler replacement was in the ballpark of what this sort of stuff generally costs but the work is of high quality and Anthony also took care of some other minor issues whilst getting the boiler replaced.

Anthony has just installed a new boiler for us. We found him to be very professional, friendly, excellent service, neat & tidy, very informative and did a great job. He explained everything very well. We are very happy with the work he did.

We needed aour bathroom sink tap fixed, phoned Anthony in the morning and he came that afternoon to rectify the fault. Very prompt service and friendly. We will use his service again.
