Anthony and his team were marvellous, put to rights an elderly ladies heating etc which 2 sets of so called plumbers had wreaked ! 10 out of 10 ! I own a care agency and will now be only using him for repairs in my Clients houses ! His team are great as well , needed a new ceiling due to water leaks and Anthony arranged repairs , if you want a Truly Trusted Plumber look no further than Bourne Plumbing

Installation of new Weismann which was carried out efficiently and explained throughout the whole operation by Anthony. The work was completed according to schedule and within the budget. We had been recommended Anthony and contacted him to fit a new heating system and install a Viessmann boiler as part of our house renovation. I have used Anthony before and he has always done excellent work and been helpful and prompt in his response. On Sunday I found that my boiler was leaking and so I called Anthony and he came promptly the next morning. He identified the problem which was a leak in the plastic diverter valve, ordered the replacement part and then fitted it the next morning. He also provided good advice on using the boiler in the short interim between his ordering the valve and fitting it and on ensuring that the water pressure level was not too high. He is always helpful and polite and takes pride in his work. I always feel confident that he will provide me with a highly professional service and he also responds quickly to calls and understands the importance of clear and regular communication.

I have used Anthony on many occasions in the past (he re-fitted my bathroom last year) and, when my old central heating system ceased to function in February, I contacted him again for his assistance. His service is always prompt, reliable and highly efficient. He explained to me what he was going to do before commencing the work and provided an acceptable estimate. Eminently trustworthy, he completed the work whilst I was away from my flat and met me when I had returned to explain the Viessmann central heating system to me in detail. He always leaves my flat clean and tidy after the work has been completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Anthony to anybody who is seeking a thoroughly professional, personable and efficient plumber.

I enlisted the help of Tony Bourne to deal with a leaking pipe in my bathroom. Despite huge demand on his time from other assignments, Tony came within an hour to deal with the problem. As usual, he carried out the work to my complete satisfaction. Mercifully, I have not had to call upon his services frequently but he has always responded quickly and effectively. His excellent reputation goes before him and I have nothing but praise for his professionalism.

We used Anthony after our neighbour recommended him. He was great. We had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling and couldn’t figure out the source. Anthony visited twice, and after we figured out it was our bathroom tap leaking, he found the problem and fixed it straightaway which included going out to choose a suitable replacement tap. Tidied up after too. Tap is great and leak has stopped. He was very conscious of covid precautions too, was happy to wear shoe covers in the house and charged a fair price too. Would definitely use for all our future plumber needs.

Our boiler was flooded inside and Mr. Sawczuk quickly attended to it, installing a new boiler and filters. Later a power flush was done to the central heating system. The quotation paperwork was detailed and full. He left a folder for us with all the information about our new equipment and its aftercare, and went through the controls with us. He is also a very tidy worker. Highly recommended.
