Anthony serviced my Weissman boiler. I find him reliable, courteous and able to communicate effectively about issues, solutions and pricing. He has done various plumbing and heating jobs for me over a long period. I highly recommend him.

We initially had an appliance technician out to install our washing machine, but they were unable to complete it due to how the developers had left the plumbing. There was no space for the pipes and cables to route to the water supply, and the pipework needed adjusting because there was no drainage outlet for the machine. We hired this plumber to rectify the developer's mistakes, and he did an absolutely excellent job. From the very beginning, he was highly professional and punctual. He came out for an initial survey site visit to look at the washing machine installation and a few other jobs, provided clear quotes, and let us choose exactly what we wanted to proceed with. On the day of the job, he arrived perfectly on time. I wasn't at the property, but my wife, was there and said he was courteous, conscientious, or efficient. To top it all off, the final bill actually came in under budget—he reduced the initial quote of nearly £300, which is always fantastic to see as a customer. We are very happy with the standard of work and will definitely be calling him back to service our underfloor heating and tackle a few other developer snags in the future. Highly recommended!

The work was completed to the agreed schedule and within budget. He was very thorough and talked us through every stage. Anthony specialises in Viessmann boilers , he is local and will be the first port of call if any problems. We have no need of a cover plan as an annual service is all we need to pay for as the boiler is covered by a 12-year guarantee. He is a very careful worker and used his own covers and cleaned up we’ll afterwards.

Anthony quoted and fitted a new Viessmann boiler at our address - replacing our "ancient" boiler. His work was first class. Highest quality with excellent communications from start to finish. First rate understanding and craftmanship in the fittings and pipe work to install into our period property.

Anthony came to our rescue when the radiator in our front room stopped working just before Christmas. It had never been a very warm room and Anthony advised a larger radiator and was able to adapt the pipework so that the carpet didn't need replacing. His advice was so helpful & informative and he did the work with the minimum of fuss and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. The front room is now super cosy. He also replaced 2 thermostats that had been broken by a ham fisted visitor. He has since been back to deal with a leak from my bathroom downstairs toilet which he diagnosed and dealt with very quickly. I'm so happy with Anthony's work I am planning to get him back to update my bathroom.

Anthony Sawczuk installed two new shower units and a new Viessmann boiler at our property. The work was undertaken to the highest standard, and our property was left clean and tidy afterwards. Anthony is extremely professional and we would recommend him to anyone. His after-sales service is first rate as well; we had a slight issue with the boiler after it had been installed - a loss of pressure and no heating - and despite Anthony being abroad at the time he responded to our text message immediately and put us on to someone who straight away resolved what was actually a very minor issue.

The toilet was leaking due to a broken cistern. Anthony responded quickly to my call and a new toilet was installed a couple of days later. Anthony's work was thorough and completely satisfactory. He also cleaned up afterwards and left the bathroom in a neat and tidy condition. His work was of excellent quality in every sense and his attention to my needs was helpful, efficient and prompt.

I was very impressed with the efficient.and professional manner in which the boiler was installed. Minimum mess and disruption. I have had no problems with boiler and its faultless operation has given me confidence in the manufacturer’s ability to meet my requirements. I shall have no problem recommending this particular product to friends and colleagues.

We were pleased by the excellent service provided by Anthony and his colleague Colin (dealing with long term leak that had penetrated our kitchen ceiling, complete replacement of old, leaking shower on first floor, replacing tiles that had to be removed and associated joinery) - prompt, efficient, careful, polite and decently priced, leaving the site in good condition etc - meeting all Which standards. Would certainly use again.

I have used Anthony of Bourne Plumbing and heating for many years. He will handle anything from installing a full CH system to fixing a dripping tap! Most recently he carried out a routine annual service on the Viessmann boiler he installed a couple of years ago, and replaced a faulty pop-up waste in the bath. All done efficiently and quickly as I have come to expect from him.
