My name is Anthony and I have been running Bourne Plumbing & Heating a family run business, for over 27 years. I offer a wide range of services, from full bathroom installations to emergency call-outs. I am also on hand to help out with smaller jobs, such as fixing leaky taps or unblocking drains.

We have used Tony over a number of years. He is very professional, efficient and tidy. We would highly recommend his services. You may be able to obtain cheaper estimates but there is a risk of using someone not as experienced and qualified which may cost you more in the long run.

Delighted! I have a new bathroom and central heating system. Tony was pleasure to deal with and was a very clean and tidy worker, very rare nowadays. Annoyingly some of his suggestions were better than my own! The Viessmann boiler he recommended is fab. Would not hesitate to use him again.

We had to have a radiator replaced and gas pipes moved whilst having some carpentry work done in our lounge. Anthony came recommended by another Which trader (Good with Wood) and was able to fit in with timescales of the carpenter and complete the work very satisfactorily and on time at the right price, not expensive not cheap. Highly recommended and knowledgeable plumber.

We've used Anthony on three occasions now, the first time to try and rescue an ageing boiler, which made it through another year; the second to deal with a radiator leak and the third to have a new Viessman combi boiler installed, which he put in with ruthless efficiency within the space of a day and no mess at the end. He thinks ahead, has a big inventory of parts and inspires confidence. He's certainly not cheap but, to reiterate previous reviews, you get what you pay.

Anthony installed a new boiler and radiators as well as removing the old boiler and radiators. The quote he provided was extremely detailed and professional and there were no hidden extras when we got the final bill. His workmanship was excellent, he turned up when he said he would and was extremely tidy, at the ned of each day you would not have known he had been there. His advice was very helpfull, he completed the job on time and we could not be happier with the work done. We were so impressed that we have asked him to provide a quote for a new bathroom.

I have been using Tony for the past 4 years. He has completely rebuilt my boiler and heating system, which had been installed very badly, to work efficently and economically. This has required multiple visits and much patience from Tony which he has always managed with a professional level of service either in person or over the phone. I had been having problems with my shower and boiler for years, and several other plumbers had got nowhere. Anthony advised on a new Viessmann boiler, fitted it quickly and neatly, and even charged less than his quote as one of the planned tasks turned out to not be needed. He also moved the boiler pipes to a better location, fixed a leak under the sink and advised on how to get the shower fixed. The boiler and shower have been running without a single niggle all winter. Anthony is the best plumber I've used and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

After my boiler broke last year I got Tony in to find me a good solution and install it for me. I wanted a solid, reliable, top of the range boiler that would go the distance and provide excellent heating, and i'm pleased to say my new Viessman is doing a great job. Installed a new Viessmann boiler which runs silently and a huge improvement over a failing Ideal unit. We've had Anthony back since for other smaller jobs which we've not done over the years as we'd never found anyone reliable enough. The new boiler and Anthony's yearly service means we've dispensed with our monthly plumbing cover insurance which is no longer required.
