I found Tony through the Which? local and Gas safe web sites. He had a significant number of positive recommendations on the Which? website so I contacted him and arranged for him to call. He turned up on time and identified my heating and plumbing problems. A few days latter I received a detailed and type-written quote. After discussing the quote I arranged for him to carry out the work, which included replacing the boiler with a Viessman boiler with a 5 year guarantee, power flushing the system and installing a Magna Clean unit. He arrived as agreed and carried out the work in a professional manner leaving the house clean and tidy. I will definitely employ him again and recommend him to others.

Tony Bourne and his colleague installed a new Viessmann boiler with a 5 year guarantee, to replace an old and faulty boiler. A new kitchen is being installed and all Gas and Water pipework and Drainage needed to be Re-routed. Removal of all redundant pipe work and loft tanks. Tony and Co conducted themselves in a most professional and courteous manner at all times. A high degree of skill and competency was displayed throughout. They turned up on time as promised. We were most impressed with his service. We will be using Tony again when we have our Bathroom renovated in the new year.

We needed to refresh our central heating system by replacing some radiators and power flushing the rest. Tony provided good advice and submitted a detailed competitive quote. He completed the work efficiently and within the timescale. The central heating system now works better than ever. We would definitely use him again.

Anthony Sawczuk (Bourne plumbing & heating) replaced my old system boiler with a new combi Viessmann boiler. He did an excellent job, was very professional throughout and completed the whole job in 3 days. He also lent us some electric heaters whilst our old boiler was out of service. He recommended the Viessmann boiler, I hadn't heard of them but after talking to Anthony and doing my own research I agreed with his verdict; working very well so far and has better warranties than other brands I knew of. Overall, I highly recommend Anthony's work.æ

Tony Bournes from Bourne plumbing and heating services did a boiler service and a power flush to a really old and sludged up system for us this time around. Tony had a done a excellent job of a minor piece of work for us earlier - his punctuality, refined workmanship, adherence to details and honest attitude made us approach him again for this work. Once again all the above specific qualities shone through his work and he got the job accompolished in a very efficient and timely manner and the amont of sludge flushed out of the system was massive ! couldn't actually believe it. Will make use of his service again if need be (hope everything keeps chugging along meanwhile..)

Good news people if you are looking for a prompt professional plumber Tony Bourne is the man to call. I got his number from which local, I phoned him and he was there he repaired my leaking pipe and also attended to some other minor repairs that i had on hold . He was tidy and clean and the bill was good value, important in these current times.

Anthony from Bourne Plumbing replaced my geriatric boiler and separate water heater with a new combi. The minute he submitted a quote I knew I was in the hands of a true professional - his quote was thorough, clear, efficient and articulate. The job took a day and a half with minimum disruption to me, the flat was always left clean, he showed up when he said he was going to show up, he's even mastered the art of email which is more than I can say for some other tradesmen I've had to deal with! I'd thoroughly recommend him for any of your heating installations.

As a first job for me Tony Bourne carried out an overdue service of my CH system including partly dismantling the boiler, replacing a radiator, changing defective valves etc, and during a further visit using his 'Power Flush' equipment to flush out sludge in the system. He arrived on time and worked efficiently, cleanly and quietly, keeping me informed of what he was doing. I found it difficult to get an accurate alternative quote but I am happy with his charges for the good service he provided.

Answered the call promptly and let me know the work and charges involved clearly. Was on time on the day of work; got on with the work straight away in very neat, organised manner. Was very consicious of leaving the place as neat and clean as possible from the very beginning. Finished the work efficiently in time (though I must say that the work was quite minor) and cleared all tools. Provided some general advice as well. Very very impressed - seemed knowledgable and honest. We'll definitely reccomend his services if at all needed.

Tony fixed our toilet cistern. Whilst doing it, he fixed two other problems with the toilet and only charged an extra £10. He made sure that he left the bathroom as clean as it was when he arrived. Overall an excellent job and we're going to have him back to install a new kitchen sink tap.

I recently found this plumber through Which local and was very pleased with his curteous and professional approach. He solved several minor plumbing problems with no trouble and left the areas clean and tidy. In terms of value for money I do not know what the 'going rate' for these jobs is, but am sure it was worth the charge in terms of confidence inthe tasks having been done properly. He gave me good advice and has left me able to turn off independent areas of my plumbing for future convenience. I would thoroughly recommend his work.

I selected Tony from the Which Local list as our toilet was blocked. I was very pleased when he arrived in about 10 minutes, and cleared the blockage in less than half an hour. He may not be the cheapest plumber around (I'm not up to date on their rates) but he was pleasant and professional and I'd use him again - I've also recommended him to friends.

Tony Bourne recently replaced our 25 year old CH boiler. He and his colleague arrived punctually and worked almost non-stop until 7.0p.m. the first day and completed the job the following day, including force flushing the system, installing new thermostat, thermionic valve, new header tank etc. The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption aad everything left clean & tidy afterwards. A nice touch was the loan of a pair of electric radiators, delivered the day the boiler failed. We found him under "Plumbers" but I feel he should also be listed here. Highly Recommended.
