Anthony responded very promptly to communication re appointment and, as with previous work, fitted in the work at short notice. He was on time and did a very thorough and tidy job. Anthony is friendly, polite and reliable. I would use his services again and have no hesitation in recommending.

Anthony had previously overhauled an existing sink tap during which he commented that the tap wasn’t very good quality. When the seal to the sink failed we phoned to ask for advice about getting a new one fitted. I told him what we wanted in a new tap and could he advise us. He made an appointment to come to look at it before which I emailed him to ask if he’d bring any suitable brochures. He arrived early and waited until we arrived back from a hospital appointment. He didn’t bring brochures but thoughtfully put 2 taps in his van which he thought would fit the bill. One was perfect and he said he would do it immediately if we wanted which he did and all was completed in just under an hour. The price was much as we expected and he sent an email with the cost the next day. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the attached invoice with the bank payment details and I phoned his landline 3 times to leave a message to ask for them before ringing his mobile and speaking to him. He said his voicemail was useless and always use the Mobile and he told me where to find the bank details. But for that, the Customer service would have been 5 stars.

We know Anthony from the time we were living in a rented flat in Ealing. We had a few drain blockages there and he had come to unblock them. Later when we moved to our home we had a similar drain block with our bathroom sink. Like previous instances, he unblocked it successfully. Recently we had a leak issue with the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. He replaced the pipes and the leak stopped. He also replaced a faulty washing machine inlet valve and replaced it with a new one. He is very professional, polite and helpful in examining and recommending different solutions to a problem. What impressed me the most about Anthony is his honesty. We had called him some months ago for some leak issues and he recommended us to try different ways to resolve the problems, for example, to get in touch with the company who did the job and ask them to replace the faulty part if it is within the warranty period and to pursue the contractor who did the faulty job and to be assertive with him to fix the issue. That was very nice of him to guide us in the right direction and not to take advantage of us. We really appreciate it.

Tony carried the annual boiler maintenance in this instance. He was efficient, polite and friendly. As always his work was to an excellent standard and he cleaned up afterwards. In the past he has solved minor plumbing problems and also carried out the boiler installation. No complaints, only praise.

Anthony has recently installed a new Viessmann boiler for us which included providing extra pipework. At the same time he carried out an extensive power flush of our central heating system and has now replaced the thermostatic valves on our radiators. A great advantage of having a new Viessmann boiler is that it comes with a 12-year warranty. Installing and insulating the extra pipework was quite complicated as it involved working in a very tight space in our loft. Throughout this work Anthony arrived punctually at the agreed time and on the agreed date. He carried out the work meticulously and professionally, and covered any area susceptible to dirt with dustsheets that he brought with him. He took great care to ensure that no water dripped or leaked when he was working on the piping and carrying out the power flush. At each stage of the work he carefully explained what he would be doing next. At the end of the installation he cleared everything up and left the house neat and tidy and without any mess. We can highly recommend Anthony if you need a professional plumber who knows what he is doing, gets on with the job without any fuss, tidies everything up, and - more generally - will live up to your expectations.

I had a very problematic toilet leak and Tony was able to sort it with ease and very quickly. We had an issue with space which we didn't think we could sort but Tony was able to give us the best solution. Very reliable and value for money. Highly recommended and loves a cup of tea.

Initial phone call to arrange the service was promptly answered, once we arranged date & time that was it, the plumber arrived on time. All the maintenance kit & tools were carried in at the beginning none of this in & out of the building, dust sheets everywhere to protect the kitchen floor, no asking have you a bucket handy to drain water, which I've experienced before, as for the service all done swiftly, plumber certainly knew his way around the boiler, followed by cleaning, readings, tidy up, cup of tea thrown in along the way, the service book filled in, all done. I also regard value as not only the cost of a service but peace of mind especially for winter months as nobody wants to be without heating.

Bourne plumbing just wow. Arrived when stated to replace an old boiler with a Viessmann boiler. The attention to detail is incredible and where the work was carried out all the mess removed and a full clean undertaken. A full demonstration of the new controls was given and what to do in any common situation with the boiler. After the install had been done a professional welcome pack was issued which contained all the new details and user manuals. A very nice touch. Also means when the boiler is serviced next all details are at hand. Great professional workmanship all round and would recommend to anyone.

I called Anthony re a small job which was required with little urgency. I was pleased that he could fit the job into his schedule the next day. He turned up as advised and soon completed the job with little fuss and no mess. A number of other tidying up other jobs were also completed. Anthony actually picks up the phone when you ring which is a nice change from some other traders. This was a relatively small job and he was able to fit me in quickly. Recommended.

They were recommended by our former plumber, who has retired. Had to replace the valve in the attic water tank. Came out on the same day as I called, which was fantastic. Anthony turned up on time, and called to say he was on his way from the previous job. He did the job quickly, showed me the part he had replaced, and was in and out in under an hour. We experineced a blocked kitchen drain and problems with the pvc pipework around the sink. I was recommended Anthony (Bourne Plumbing) by my next door neighbour. He was responsive to our phone call, asked me all the right questions and got me to send him photos of the problem so he could get the parts. He turned up on time with all the right parts and equipment and did the job with minimal fuss - and no mess. Spotless. And reasonable with pricing. He is our plumber for the future!!

Anthony has done several jobs for me over the past 2 years, eg correcting another plumber's shoddy workmanship and fixing a leaking radiator. Last year he re-sited and installed a new Viessmann boiler, together with new pipework and soakaway, which I was very pleased with. The quote was accurately itemised and the work carried out to a very high standard. This was later followed by a power flush of the central heating system, all performed with great proficiency. He always arrives on time and leaves everything clean and tidy. Most recently I called him for a boiler service, which was carried out thoroughly and efficiently. Anthony is an extremely competent plumbing and heating engineer. A true professional. I would highly recommend him. And he also just happens to be a thoroughly nice guy.

Anthony came and advised me on the best way to address the problem and completed the work very efficiently and professionally. He was also very helpful in discussing other plumbing issues. He has completed work for me before and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Anthony and his team did a complete refurbishment of my bathroom, removing bath, toilet and basin+pedestal and old tiles and replacing with shower cubicle, toilet and basin+pedestal and re-tiling. Anthony gave useful advice about sourcing good quality materials. The work was completed on time and in accordance with the quotation, and I was kept informed at all stages. Additional work required was explained fully to me and extra costings agreed. The team were polite, friendly and kept disruption to a minimum. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I would definitely use them again without any hesitation.

I have used Tony on many occasions and have found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. I contacted him as there was a hissing sound coming from the shower. This turned out as expected to be a leak in a concealed pipe which had been occurring for several months and this explained why there was never any hot water in the system! Tony located the problem but this meant taking up the shower, pipework and tiling as the walls and foundation were soaked through. The whole shower suite and all the tiling had to be replaced but this was a blessing in disguise as he also found other pipework that needed replacement which would have certainly caused problems in the near future. Tony was very innovative in redirecting the pipework instead of digging up the concrete floor which could have added thousands extra to the cost. He also put in access panels in case there were any problems in the future. I cannot fault him for his expertise and work ethos and he is a lovely guy even though he supports West Ham. He is an outstanding plumber and engineer and I personally consider him to be one of the best if not the best tradesman in the business.
