Fantastic new bathroom created in my loft by Bourne Plumbing and Heating consisting of bath, shower, handbasin and WC plus all the necessary new pipework. All the work was carried out in a timely and professional manner. I am absolutely delighted with it and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have asked Tony to carry out work at my house before and each time he has been prompt, informative and efficient; I always know the work done will be professionally and without cutting any corners. Fixes have always been permanent and new installations properly considered and fairly priced. Definitely would recommend this plumber for any work, from small issues to large projects.

I have used Tony for many years, he has always been professional, always does the right thing and meets his commitments. Tony installed a boiler and maintained it for many years, always servicing it as required. He has changed loads of taps in the property always supplying and fitting quality taps. Tony also removed an old water tank which required ceilings to be removed, plastered and a larger hatch to be fitting in the new ceiling. He managed all of this for us including the carpenter, plasterer and painter. If you are looking for someone who knows what to do, is professional, trustworthy and friendly, Tony is your man.

Bourne Plumbing came and repaired our toilet. Completed quickly and efficiently. Came quickly to repair. Trader was extremely helpful and very friendly.

We asked for replacing two leaky valves on taps. Anthony came on time, did the work in a very efficient manner. Charges were reasonable too. All in all, a very good experience, will call him again if we have issues on plumbing.

Anthony came within an hour and sorted out our emergency so we could have running water again. Fantastic service from a very nice plumber.

The hot water boiler at my cafe broke down.. (important as i cannot run it without hot water). Tony was on site within 24 hrs bringing with him a replacement boiler. It was fitted within 3 hours, alongside necessary remedial work not undertaken by previous installer! Tony was friendly, efficient, clean and tidy. Bourne Plumbing and Heating attended my house soon after an opportunistic meeting in my neighbours where they were working. He diagnosed and cleared a horribly blocked and smelly waste pipe quickly with no nonsense. I would happily recommend to others with similarly blocked washing machine waste pipes and will definitely call on their services again for all matters plumbing related.

My third time using Bourne Plumbing and once again the job was completed to the highest standard. The job was to fit a heavy column radiator requiring two people. Anthony and Colin were true professionals and all round great guys. I wasn't initially able to get Bourne Plumbing in soon enough, so I had used another Which? trusted trader. What a mistake. The other company made three hashed attempts at fitting the radiator, giving up in the end but not before leaving me with crooked pipework, a damaged wall, and a corroded pipe join left behind beneath the floorboards. I then got Anthony and Colin in to do the job properly, and of course it was done in straight forward fashion, right first time. These guys are very experienced and professional. All I can say is look at the number of reviews that make up Bourne Plumbing's star rating, and compare it to the number of reviews other traders have. Go for Bourne, and wait for availability if you have to - worth it in the long run.

I cannot speak more highly of the top-notch work Anthony has done for us. Embarrassingly, we hadn't had our heating system serviced in the 7 years in which we've lived the house and with a few leaky radiators thanks to some overzealous carpet fitters, Anthony's expertise and knowledge was a god send! What I also loved was his ability to make our system even more optimal than it was with a few tweaks, then explaining in simple terms what he'd done. It's really been a fantastic service and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My boiler completely stopped working and needed to be replaced during a cold snap of weather - nightmare! Anthony carried out the job efficiently and professionally and was able to get my hot water and heating running again very quickly. Bourne Plumbing & Heating installed a new Viessman boiler into my flat. I found Bourne Plumbing & Heating to be extremely reliable and professional. Tony did a great job of installing the Viessman, taking consideration of prior work and making appropriate adjustments where necessary, fitting new piping, a thermostat, and new valves on each radiator. He took the time to explain everything to me, went through the paperwork, and showed himself to be very trustworthy and genuine. Tony was on time, tidy in his workspace, respectful, and showed overall excellent knowledge and confidence in the project he undertook. I'm very happy with the work he has done, and would have no hesitation in recommending Bourne Plumbing & Heating to anyone else who required their services.

I needed a replacement mixer tap in my kitchen and Anthony gave some very helpful advice about which type would be best. He installed it on a later visit, fitting the work in at a convenient time for me even though he was particularly busy with a major project that week. He is easy to contact and very straightforward in his dealings, and I recommend him highly.

I want to say a huge thank you to Anthony for coming to my aid at a very difficult time. My husband was rushed to hospital a few weeks ago and will be there for some time before recovery. Shortly after this, we noticed the hot water had become tepid and no amount of overriding or adding an extra hour on the main control panel made a difference. Normally my husband would know how to fix the issue. Anthony came recommended by my neighbours. He took my call, was very understanding and patient with my inexpert plumbing knowledge and made a diagnosis straight away. He arranged an appointment at short notice, came round, inspected all the controls, the tank and the boiler and very quickly isolated and sorted the problem - a faulty valve that controlled the temperature of the water tank. He was tidy, professional, efficient and most important of all, very kind. He took the time to go over the control panels, how they worked and what to do if there was a need to troubleshoot or if I were to experience difficulties in the future. Came straight away in the middle of December on hearing about my lack of heating. Diagnosed the problem and set about sorting it out. The communication system to my boiler needed changing and this was done efficiently and quickly. Electric heaters were left with me to make sure that I was not cold. These were left with me after he had finished in case the boiler played up again. It did not thankfully.

First class work, efficiently done, and reasonable priced. Gave excellent advice too - very experienced and knowledgeable.

Anthony of Bourne Plumbing and Heating responded very quickly to a call- out on a Sunday to look at my boiler which was malfunctioning with no hot water or central heating. He was able to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. I have used Anthony on a number of occasions over the years and he has always provided a conscientious, thorough and efficient service/repairs. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others.

My noisy plumbing problem was diagnosed and a new tap was fitted. The work was completed speedily and I am very happy with the result.

I was switched off for gas by Cadent as I had a leak in my system. I rang around several plumbers as was without heating, hot water and cooking facilities at the beginning of December. Bourne came out the same afternoon that I called to take a look and said that my pipe needed to be rerun above ground as the leak was under the cement floor. They provided a quote within a day and then once approved booked the job in within three days. They came on-time with a team and completed the job within the day. It was a neat, professional finish with added touches of cutting cupboard doors to fit around the new pipe and changing my switch off lever. I cannot recommend Bourne highly enough. Not the cheapest quote I got, but an excellent job and worth every penny to be able to have. shower and be warm again!

Anthony is obviously busy and popular - which is in itself a recommendation. Initially this meant we struggled to find a time he could spare. However, he then went out of his way to fit in a visit. This was simply replacing very old kitchen taps - but he also helpfully upgraded the fitting to add values to the undersink fitting to enable better control in the future. While he was here I asked if he could assist with another small job (broken toilet handle) which he was willing to do. Anthony was friendly and respectful throughout the visit.

Our hot water failed on Wednesday evening. A call to Anthony at 8am and he was with us by 930 (on time as he quoted) and the issue was fixed within the hour. Fast and efficient. And a lovely guy as well.

We asked Bourne plumbing to fix a broken exterior waste pipe. The job was completed quickly and efficiently.

Anthony did a great job! (I initially had a "Plumber" come around and misidentify an issue, fail to identify and fix the actually issue and then giving me enough "lingo" to convince me I needed a new boiler. They then came around installed the boiler very poorly and tried to steal parts I had paid for, leaving the boiler not installed correctly and in a way that was going to cause damage and be potentially dangerous if not fixed). Luckily, I found Anthony who was able to come around and check the install and identify issues that had to be addressed, he was very professional and handed me his business card initially which was reassuring and showed a great standard for business practices. He then come around and fixed the issues making the boiler safe. The install work he did was great, he added safety and control features not previously present and the pipework looked great. Anthony was very straight forward and clearly knows his craft. I would recommend Anthony to anyone that needs plumbing work. Having someone you can trust to do identify and carry out the needed work in your home and to do a great job is a huge relief. Thank you again.
