Tony goes above and beyond to solve problems that other plumbers do not want to tackle. He has solved numerous difficult problems in blocks of flats with a 1930's communal heating system. He does not let a difficult situation beat him. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone requiring a heating and plumbing service. I can't praise him enough regarding his quality of work.

Antony installed a new Viessmann boiler for us 3 weeks ago. He also changed the valves on our old radiators and power flushed the system. He carried out the work as per his estimate and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I would certainly use him again.

As a landlord with multiple properties I've experienced the pain of having to have jobs redone. I'm glad I found Tony and his outfit. Totally reliable and professional service from (in my experience) a simple annual check to replacement of a whole heating system. I know that there are no corners cut and the job is quality (I have had an independent check too!) If I were you I'd use this service.

Anthony came round the same afternoon after I called about a minor plumbing problem. He identified the problem and had all the necessary equipment to solve it without having to book a second visit. I don't know whether his charge was expensive, cheap or on the button but I would definitely use him again.

Anthony has been my choice of plumber over a number of years. In addition to regular boiler maintenance visits, when my old boiler finally heaved its last sigh, he recommended installing a Viessmann boiler (working well) and he has sorted out various plumbing issues. He has always been professional, with good communication, and little extras taken care of, like packaging all paperwork together. He is also someone to rely on in an emergency.

I engaged Bourne Plumbing & Heating to remove my old boiler and associated plumbing and to install a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W combi boiler and carry out a system upgrade and power flush. Anthony had recommended Viessmann and I have been very impressed with the quality of the equipment. Bourne Plumbing provide a very professional service at a competitive price. The work was carried out efficiently and on time. Anthony provides a courteous and tidy service. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Anthony turned up on time for the booking. Unfortunately (for him) it took ages to sort our boiler, but he did so efficiently and professionally and it's now working well. Very clean & tidy worker. I recommend him most highly and will definitely use again for any plumbing or boiler issues.

Came the same day. Job (replace worn washer connecting washing machine) was completed quickly and efficiently with minimal fuss - perfect!

Our old boiler finally died at New Year during the coldest week of the winter. Anthony came around within an hour of my phone call, recommended replacing the old boiler with a Viessmann and then rearranged his work so that he could install it as soon as possible, knowing how miserable it was for us with no heating or hot water. We were extremely grateful and are very happy with the new boiler. We would always call on Anthony for any plumbing/heating work and would happily recommend him to anyone.

Brilliant! Anthony was recommended by our electrician and he spent a couple of hours diagnosing the problem which goes back to the late 1990s when, it seems, British Gas installed a new boiler. Briefly, it seems they did not change the pipe work to a standard size and air was getting in to the system. We also had a leak. He managed to restore hot water and heating for us overnight and promised that if he could get the materials needed, he would come back today, which he did. He replaced the wrong-sized pipe and has just got us going again. Full marks!

We have used Mr Sawzuk's services for over 10 yrs and have found the quality of his work excellent. He carefully assesses the problem and informs us about the solution and possible options. He works efficiently and follows current plumbing & heating standards.

Our gas was cut off this month due to an unidentified leak under the floor. Anthony came round within 24 hours to quote and came up with a practical solution that created the minimum of disruption. He rearranged his schedule to fit in our work which was carried out a week later as agreed. He took care in tidying up afterwards. We would highly recommend him.

Following a gas leak from our cooker hob, and disconnection of the damaged gas pipe, Anthony came to assess the job and (following some some adjustments to the cooker cabinetry which had to be carried out by a carpenter that he recommended) came back to reconnect the gas supply which he did efficiently and without mess or upheaval. I would be very happy to call him again in the future if we have any plumbing or heating issues. I have yet to receive his bill so am not really able to comment reliably on his value for money.

I attempted some DIY on a leaking toilet, which went wrong. Anthony arrived in 15 minutes after calling and saved the day. Excellent service and highly recommended!

I have used Bourne a couple of times and do not plan to look anywhere else for boiler servicing in the future. After problems with my old boiler, which needed replacing, Antony recommended a Viessmann boiler, which he installed the next day. Antony is polite and trustworthy and although replacing a boiler is never going to be cheap, I was left feeling that I had got excellent value for money.

Needed a new hob installed quite urgently to do some catering, called Anthony from Bourne at a busy time just before the bank holiday; called a few other contractors from the same site also. However, choose Anthony because he was very knowledgably and courteous on the phone. I did call at an extremelly busy time, however he promised to come first thing, which he did because I needed it urgently. His work was so clean, the way in which he carried out the job, the neatest copper work I have ever seen, he cleaned up at every stage. Very impressed with his professionalism, he definately knows his stuff, shows in his work and worth every penny; compared to other contacted contractors very cost competitive. Had no cleaning up to do for a change after works carried out, also should mention that he did make a 2nd visit on the same day because the hole for my hob had not been prepared by my husband and he came back later to fit my hob, which hd did not have to, and he did not charge me for 2 call out fees. So happy with the job.
