Anthony from Bourne helped me out of a tight spot. Definitely I would recommend Anthony and Bourne for value and service. I had a leaking sink and was about to go on a week long business trip. Anthony rushed over that evening, sorted out the leak and assisted us in getting a new tap (not through him but from a website he recommended). Then he came back within a day or two of my return to install the tap and also offer some sound advice for my radiators (not connected to the leaking sink;). Satisfied customer for sure.

I had urgent repair jobs on two boilers for tenanted flats - I eventually chose Andrew out of several local plumbers and it was an excellent choice, he was very knowledgeable and professional and did the job very well. Other local plumbers did quote slightly lower rates but I think it is a case of you get what you pay for - the others let me down for various reasons and I am happy to have finally found a reliable and professional local firm.

I am a woman who is over seventy years old with a husband who has Alzheimer's. After a lifetime of leaving all the technical details of maintaining a house to him I now find myself having to take control. I find plenty of assistance on the internet but I do know when to leave a job to a professional. Plumbing work fits this category. Recently water would not stop running down the back of the toilet. I needed a plumber. None of my friends could recommend a plumber. I was terrified of coming up against a 'rougue trader'. Then I found the Which? Local website and chose Bourne Plumbing and Heating because they were near where I live and the reviews sounded good. Anthony came at once, was very courteous and professional and dealt efficiently with my problem, even coming out on a Sunday for his second visit after he had obtained a necessary part.. He was kind enough to offer advice on several other plumbing related issues. For any scared ladies out there needing plumbing work done I can certainly recommend Bourne Plumbing and Heating.

We used Bourne Plumbing just before Christmas to install some new radiators and sort out our heating system/boiler. We have had problems with it for a long time and had used Pimlico, but the latter have only made piecemeal repairs yet charged us a fortune. So we took a chance on Bourne Plumbing, and we're so glad we did. Anthony sorted out the system at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. He gave us sound advice and was very professional throughout, and our heating system now works much more efficiently. He just really knows his stuff and we would definitely call him again.

After successfully plumbing in a new washing machine for me back in 2013, I decided to call Bourne Plumbing again with very low mains water pressure caused by a stuck valve. The email response from Anthony was quick and the problem was rapidly resolved. Highly recommended.

We have found Anthony in Which Local website and contacted him as we had a problem of our old boiler kept stopping working. He had come at our earliest convenience and pointed out the problem immediately and fixed it. He is very professional. We would like to contact him again when we purchase the new boiler and install it.
