Anthony did a boiler service a couple years back and I managed to book him in for another service and to look at a toilet cistern issue. Whilst his schedule is busy (book in advance!) he arrived promptly and after an initial assessment we came to the conclusion that the boiler needed replacing. My schedule is generally quite tight and we agreed to expedite the work with Anthony dropping off a written quote a day or so later and arrived the Monday morning promptly. His work is very neat, professional, precise and I can honestly say that he was quite productive too (solid working to get the job done in a day). I am quite chuffed at my new Veissman boiler (immense improvement on the noisy Baxi I had) and the cistern was replaced swiftly too. Anthony returned today to complete the commissioning of the boiler so all is now ready. Will defintely use again - very professional and punctual. In terms of price / value - the boiler replacement was in the ballpark of what this sort of stuff generally costs but the work is of high quality and Anthony also took care of some other minor issues whilst getting the boiler replaced.

This firm came out immediately to fix a non-functioning radiator; the plumber was courteous, efficient and helpful, and not too expensive. Which Local really came into its own.
