I had a double glazed unit that had filled with condensation, due to a failed seal. Boyland Windows removed and replaced the unit quickly and efficiently. Griff and his team were professional and clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending Boyland Windows for this type of installation. 10/10

The team at Boyland have done a huge amount of work on our bungalow over the passed 6 months. Replacing all the window and doors and building a new extension to the rear of the property and a new entrance on the front. The whole process with the Boyland team has been exceptional. Simon and his team have made sure we understood what was happening and when. Mike and Adam who managed the day to day work were brilliant, very professional and polite, they made everything work for us and kept the site tidy. Having this much work done in such a short space of time could have been a nightmare but the Boyland's team have been fantastic, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

From coming out to provide an initial quote to completing installation today Boyland have provided a friendly, no-pressure and stress-free service which we have been extremely happy with.

We needed new windows for our kitchen and bathroom, and a new kitchen door. Shane came to visit us very promptly after our original telephone enquiry and measured up. He had a catalogue showing various glass patterns for us to choose from and provided some useful advice on the level of obscurity of the glass required to provide adequate privacy on the bathroom window. Once ordered, the fitters, Shaun and Joe arrived a couple of days later, and they were very professional. They took away all the old fittings, cleaned everything up after they finished and couldn’t have been more helpful. We supplied a cat flap for the door, and they installed that for us, too. Great service. Sarah in the office coordinated everything most efficiently, and we felt very well looked after. We’d definitely recommend Boyland Windows, a great company, and will use them again.

We have used Boyland Windows on several occasions, from replacement glass only to replacing old windows with new aluminium, and have always found them to be totally professional from quote to completion. Every interaction we have had with Boyland from office staff to fitters has been a pleasure and they are all committed to providing the best service possible. Several windows replaced including some shallow bays. Excellent job from initial survey to quotation and fitting. All done to suit our timescale. Really high quality job and everything looks great. All waste taken away and everything cleaned and tidied. Very impressive, and all the people we met were friendly, courteous, efficient and very professional.

The fitters Griff, Jordan & Mark did an excellent job in a cheerful and friendly manner. They arrived promptly on Thursday morning and after dust sheeting the area, got to work straight away. Installation of a very large & heavy double glazed window was swiftly completed and the solar sensor for the integral blind reinstalled. They carefully cleaned up the work area, ensuring all bits of glass from the old broken window were removed. We would definitely recommend Boyland without hesitation. 10/10

They arrived promptly and did an excellent job. I had no touching up to do, so made everything neat and clean. They were very friendly and respectful of my property whilst working. Fully explained everything even when I asked questions. Would highly recommend.

Shane visited us early Spring, we were planning to replace all windows, doors and rendering. The job was planned for the beginning of June, this got put back because of the weather and our plasterer was running late on other jobs. Shane was very laid back about it and said not to worry. We then had other problems with the gable wall lintels, Shane then helped us get Boyland Builders involved to help us with this problem which again caused another delay. All through Shane was calm helpful and was always at the end of an email or phone. The guys then came and did the build and fitted the windows and doors and did an excellent job. They came in on budget (not the cheapest quote we got but not the most expensive either) all workmen were on time and helpful. Would definitely recommend this Company and would use them again.

Boyland Windows had replaced one window for us three or four years before. We were extremely satisfied with their work then, to the extent that we did not obtain estimates from other suppliers on this occasion. After a short delay the work commenced 3 months from quotation. It was completed in 4 days, one day ahead of schedule. The project was a model of efficiency. The work ethic of our three fitters, Griff, Gary and Mike was exemplary. They went out of their way to be helpful. The site was clear at the end of every day's work, and at the end of the project all the old windows had been taken away. It was immaculate. The new windows offer an exceptional degree of thermal and sound insulation, and the 'Timberlook' finish enhances the aesthetics of the façade of the house, front and back, while the French doors offer a much higher standard of security. I cannot commend this company too highly.

In every step of the process, administration, survey and fitting, Boyland Windows were fantastic. The skills and knowledge of the fitters was incredible, I couldn't have asked for more, helpful to the very last. The results of the work done, superb. An excellent company , I would recommend to anybody.

All windows and doors of the bungalow were refitted in 4 days. The team of 2 fitters worked very conscientiously during the hot sunny weather. Each day they tidied the site and took away the old frames, etc. They were on site at their suggested time; they kept me informed of progress and the following day’s proposed work; they showed me the operation of the new locks and hinges. They were considerate and polite and pleasant to have around my home. I think their attitudes and the work done are good advertisements for the firm. I will happily recommend Boyland Windows Ltd to anyone who talks with me about replacement windows and doors. All contact, from the initial phone call to surveyor to fitters, that I have had with the company has been pleasant and given me confidence in the workmanship and materials. We came across Boyland Windows by searching Which? Trusted Traders, and we’re so pleased that we did. We were looking for replacement kitchen windows and French doors and got quotes from a few companies, where Boyland ended up being not the cheapest nor the most expensive of the quotes. Visits to the various showrooms confirmed for us that Boyland were the ones that we were most comfortable in selecting for our work. In all our dealings with Boyland, we found them to be very professional, efficient, friendly, and helpful. From Shane’s advice and guidance in the showroom and when measuring up, to Janet and Sarah seeing us through the entire process. It was also very reassuring to see the fitting team, Gary and Tom, taking their time over the job and taking pride in their work, producing a terrific result. Boyland Windows/Builders are a wonderful company to work with - lovely, genuine people, highly skilled, reliable, and incredibly hardworking. I had a great first impression of Boyland five years ago when I had a new back door and new windows fitted throughout. This time around, Simon and his team have completed a major renovation, and my home is just beautiful! There is no pressure from Simon, just patient, thoughtful advice, excellent communication and an ability to coordinate all the trades so that everything flows. Works included a new kitchen and lounge/diner, with addition of French doors and removal of old beams and fireplace, updating electrics, plumbing, bedrooms, replacing faulty brickwork upstairs with new stud wall, and installing a loft ladder in newly located hatch. Everything was included in the initial quote, apart from extra work I requested during the process, and finished to a high standard. Thank you all so much for your fantastic work, care, for being so approachable and good humoured throughout: Simon, Mike, Gary, Mark, Griff, Paul, Tom, and super subs Shaun, Stacey and the two Colins! Not forgetting lovely office updates and phone calls with Sarah and occasionally Janet. I highly recommend Boyland for any building project; you will realise very quickly that you have made a good choice.

I had old aluminium framed front and back doors replaced. The whole experience from the first visit through to the fitting was excellent. Shane measured up and provided first hand advice on the choice of doors then swiftly followed up with a quote that was competitive. Fitting was completed in less than a day and Sean and his mate did a very neat install leaving everything clean and tidy. The house is warmer and in my opinion curb appeal is up massively. I'm delighted, the only regret is I didn't get it done by Boyland's sooner.

Boyland Windows submitted the must competitive quotation, so they were chosen. The Window Pane was also delivered and installed on the day promised. Two experienced Fitters arrived on time to fit the Large Pane. They were respectful and worked cleanly and efficiently and were complete is a little over 30 minutes. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with Boyland Windows level of service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.
