My windows were fitted several years ago and recently I had a minor problem with one of the windows. I've received excellent customer service thanks to Sarah. She's professional and keeps in contact and cares about getting any issues sorted. I had a couple of visits from Shaun to sort the problem who was also professional in his work. He listened patiently to what I thought was causing the issue and on his second visit everything was resolved. So thank you both and thanks Boyland Windows as in my opinion I still have the best windows in the street.

Shane took time to find a workable solution for an oversized window and was very patient in answering our queries and providing advice and information. Excellent communication with Shane and with the office. We are very pleased with the finished result. The fitters worked really hard and very efficiently. When a problem arose, the possible solutions were discussed and considered, and then the problem was dealt with - extra hard work, but very professional to achieve the high standard required. The work was completed within the time frame. The fitters were always polite, cheerful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this company. Four windows were replaced and one patio sliding doors, with associated fascia and guttering. The work was done to time and to budget.

We are very pleased with the job carried out by the fitters from Boyland Windows. Removing the old front door was done carefully and with little mess. Installing the new door, to ensure it fitted correctly, took a bit of time to get right and we are very happy with our lovely new door. The guttering job went smoothly and everywhere was left clean and tidy. All work was carried out professionally and with attention paid to the detail. Would highly recommend Boyland Windows.
