The quote process by Shane was excellent. Very helpful, no pressure and a pleasure to deal with. He and the office team kept in touch with updates along the way. Not once did I have to chase them. Pricing was surprisingly very competitive with much smaller local companies too. Installation date was agreed to suit us and the team arrived early on the day. Dust sheets laid throughout and care taken as you would wish for. Gary is clearly a very experienced fitter and attention to detail was great. Very pleased with the finished job and all was left clean and tidy. Top quality windows and a top quality firm. I will definitely be having the rest of the house done and more in the coming months. My windows were fitted several years ago and recently I had a minor problem with one of the windows. I've received excellent customer service thanks to Sarah. She's professional and keeps in contact and cares about getting any issues sorted. I had a couple of visits from Shaun to sort the problem who was also professional in his work. He listened patiently to what I thought was causing the issue and on his second visit everything was resolved. So thank you both and thanks Boyland Windows as in my opinion I still have the best windows in the street.

Boyland Windows quote for a new front door was competitive with my local windows company, offering a next generation product at a slightly better price. The fitter arrived on time, was polite, tidied up as he went along and did a great job. He took the time to show both my wife and myself how to operate both the internal and external lock mechanisms. I have used Boyland Windows in the past and they have not disappointed on either occasion.

We had 5 large windows replaced with double glazed units and the front door replaced with a more secure and modern door. Sean and Chad were a pleasure to have around the place and handled the job very well. The result is outstanding, and achieved just what we wanted - modern, effective windows, but maintaining the style and appearance of our 1930s house. There were inevitably bits and pieces to correct at the end of the job but everything we asked was done efficiently and with good grace. We have never had double glazing installed before and we were very pleased with both the product and the service.

We have used Boyland Windows Ltd. twice before and had no hesitation in asking them to quote for the supply and installation of a new front door with side-lights for our new home. It was a pleasure to work them to ensure quotation and survey details were all checked and correct. The supplied 'Consort' door and side-lights are of high quality, and they made an excellent job of the installation with good attention to detail.

We used Boylands to refurbish our conservatory having previously used them to replace all of our UPVC doors and windows. The team are excellent. The fitting team arrived early each day, were extremely courteous and worked hard to get the job completed on schedule. We were kept fully informed as to what was going to happen and when and the quality of the work was excellent. Each night they took care to tidy up which was much appreciated. Simon visited regularly to check on progress and to make sure that we were happy with the work. There were a couple of small extra jobs that they undertook without question and the final build exceeded our expectations and looks fantastic. The fitting team and sub-contractors who undertook the electrics, plastering and roofing were all top class and we would have no hesitation in using Boylands again, or recommending them to friends or family.

Boyland Windows replaced 5 windows of my bungalow. They did an excellent job in the cold weather conditions. They took extra care not to damage the plaster when removing the windows, which I was particularly concerned about beforehand. On completion the site was cleared of all debris, and all the rooms involved hoovered. All staff involved in the process, from beginning to end were extremely helpful and courteous. I was completely satisfied with the finished work, which was as per quotation plus a lifetime guarantee. I cannot fault this trader in any way and highly recommend them for new windows.

I was recommended this company and I can honestly say I would forward that recommendation to anyone. From the initial quote through to completion the service we had was first class. Boyland Windows did an excellent job of replacing the upper part of my existing conservatory. Attention to detail was important to me and they did not disappoint in that area - any little niggle was quickly put right without quibble. On completion, the site was cleared of all debris and taken away. All staff involved in the process from beginning to end were extremely helpful and courteous. The job took longer than I had anticipated through no fault of the company but was well worth it as I now have a fantastic new conservatory. I was kept informed at the various stages of the work. The final payment was not taken until I was completely satisfied with the finished work which was as per quotation plus a lifetime guarantee.
