An excellent job both in respect of customer service and the actual fitting of the windows. Everything done absolutely well and the hall was cleaned afterwards very thoroughly.

Boyland Windows Ltd have created and fitted a brand new window, which has transformed our once dark lounge into a very light and bright space. I can highly recommend Boyland Windows, from the initial visit and quote, right through to the final plastering yesterday, the experience has been first class. Through good communication from the office, to the professionalism, helpful, friendly team of Tradesman that created the new hole in the wall, fitted the new window and plastered the surround to create our new, bright lounge, cleaning and hoovering as they went, a big thank you to all.

Wanting to support a local business to replace our windows and external doors, we decided on an initial survey with Boyland Windows based in Christchurch. Their surveyor Shane was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what was available within our budget. The range of windows and doors was excellent and a visit to their showrooms allowed us to look at and test all options available. The fitting was completed over four days by two of Boyland Windows’ team, Griff and Mark. The whole process was stress free with the team adhering to Covid-19 procedures whilst in our property. They worked professionally and to the highest standards, clearing up after themselves as they went along and at the end of each day. The finished results were outstanding. We were shown how to use the doors and windows correctly and were even shown how to slide the window units to aid cleaning and washing. As a result of the exceptional service afforded to us, we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Boyland Windows to anyone considering having windows and doors replaced.

The work undertaken by Boyland was bespoke due to the existing structure. The response of the small team provided was excellent in every way; they were efficient, accommodating & hard working, finding solutions to all issues thrown at them. The team were punctual, courteous & the site was cleared & cleaned down each evening.

Boyland Windows replaced a large old wooden casement window on our landing with a white uPVC window. In spite of some unexpected complications, which were handled very expertly, they did an outstanding job. All the team were professional and courteous from beginning to end. We've had a fab experience with Boyland so far. We are in the process of having all of our doors and windows replaced and wanted to use a company based locally to us. Phase 1 - Shane fitted a composite front door and he was very friendly, kept me informed as to what the task entailed and left the area he worked in spotless! I really cannot praise Boyland Windows highly enough. At a time when mediocre service is more often the norm, Boyland Windows really break the mould. From quote to completion, the Boyland personnel we encountered were helpful and engaging and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The job was to remove the leaded glass windows from all the window frames in the house and replace it with new plain glass - not as easy as it might sound. The quoted price was the price we paid for the completed job. Shaun from Boyland who came to fit the windows was extremely skilled at his job and carried it out without the disruption we might have expected. In addition, he was extremely courteous and a pleasure to have around the house. And, to top it all, we are thrilled with our windows. We will certainly use Boyland again for a future project and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Mike and Shaun did a great job replacing our worn out living room and bedroom windows. They were punctual, polite and did a fantastic job fitting the windows and clearing away any mess. I would recommend them 100% and look forward to having them back to fit our new porch.

Excellent workmanship. Griff and Gary turned up at 5minutes to 8am, they worked very hard with a minimum of intrusion very tidy and finished the 3 sets of windows and a new front door in a day. Only the faint whiff of sealant and lovely windows to know they'd been here, excellent service from first phone call, survey and Mel our account manager. Even put up with my very exacting glass specs. I am a Chartered Builder and I would recommend Boyland to anyone. Their price was competitive and service excellent so far. Just two set of closers to change which Griff agreed to get done ASAP. Very happy.

Boylands came to fit a new front door on the vet practice. The quote and communication prior to the job was prompt, polite and helpful. The admin staff were friendly and very efficient at dealing with any queries. The fitters were very adaptable, working on a day when we were open for business, managing to work around our clients and their pets - directing them and helping when needed! They were polite and tidy and a pleasure to have on the property.

Boyland Windows came highly recommended by friends but they exceeded expectations. The workmen were tidy, considerate and did much more than we expected in minor plaster works, refitting tiles etc. They required no upfront deposit and when the work was delayed, through no fault of theirs, they did not want any payment at all until the entire job had been completed to our satisfaction. The quotation was less than expected. We are entirely satisfied with their work and would unhesitatingly recommend them

I had all the windows replaced in my one-bedroom flat. Boyland was great to work with - the office staff as well as the installers. Their quote was by far the best I was able to find. I am thrilled with the quality of the windows. Their work was very neat, the tradesmen were courteous and arrived early. They cleaned up everything afterwards and disposal of the old windows was included in the price.

Replaced old front door. Viewed doors and sample colours in their showroom, shown absolute courtesy. Waited the required 6 weeks, before Gary came along on the day on time to fit the new door. Very efficient and showing care to the fitting to make sure everything was correct. Gary had to make a small piece of skirting board to match because there was a small gap after the old door was removed. The door is really good quality and we are delighted with the result. Its so important to trust companies who supply and fit doors and windows and Boyland meet these requirements. Thoroughly recommend.

Replacement of window and door in porch carried out by Griff,who actually fitted our replacement double glazing for the house around 2 years ago. Great service then and great service now. All work carried out in a friendly, tidy manner and area thoroughly cleaned and left spotless. Would not hesitate to reccomend or use this company again, thank you.

Had a new bay window on one of the hottest days of the year - 30 degrees. Griff the fitter was excellent and we have used this company before. Agreed price and budget.
