We came across Boyland Windows by searching Which? Trusted Traders, and we’re so pleased that we did. We were looking for replacement kitchen windows and French doors and got quotes from a few companies, where Boyland ended up being not the cheapest nor the most expensive of the quotes. Visits to the various showrooms confirmed for us that Boyland were the ones that we were most comfortable in selecting for our work. In all our dealings with Boyland, we found them to be very professional, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Boyland Windows/Builders are a wonderful company to work with - lovely, genuine people, highly skilled, reliable, and incredibly hardworking. I had a great first impression of Boyland five years ago when I had a new back door and new windows fitted throughout. This time around, Simon and his team have completed a major renovation, and my home is just beautiful! There is no pressure from Simon, just patient, thoughtful advice, excellent communication and an ability to coordinate all the trades so that everything flows. Works included a new kitchen and lounge/diner, with addition of French doors and removal of old beams and fireplace, updating electrics, plumbing, bedrooms, replacing faulty brickwork upstairs with new stud wall, and installing a loft ladder in newly located hatch. Everything was included in the initial quote, apart from extra work I requested during the process, and finished to a high standard. I had old aluminium framed front and back doors replaced. The whole experience from the first visit through to the fitting was excellent. Shane measured up and provided first hand advice on the choice of doors then swiftly followed up with a quote that was competitive. Fitting was completed in less than a day and Sean and his mate did a very neat install leaving everything clean and tidy. The house is warmer and in my opinion curb appeal is up massively. I'm delighted, the only regret is I didn't get it done by Boyland's sooner.

Boyland Windows submitted the must competitive quotation, so they were chosen. The Window Pane was also delivered and installed on the day promised. Two experienced Fitters arrived on time to fit the Large Pane. They were respectful and worked cleanly and efficiently and were complete is a little over 30 minutes. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with Boyland Windows level of service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

My windows were fitted several years ago and recently I had a minor problem with one of the windows. I've received excellent customer service thanks to Sarah. She's professional and keeps in contact and cares about getting any issues sorted. I had a couple of visits from Shaun to sort the problem who was also professional in his work. He listened patiently to what I thought was causing the issue and on his second visit everything was resolved. So thank you both and thanks Boyland Windows as in my opinion I still have the best windows in the street.

Boyland Windows quote for a new front door was competitive with my local windows company, offering a next generation product at a slightly better price. The fitter arrived on time, was polite, tidied up as he went along and did a great job. He took the time to show both my wife and myself how to operate both the internal and external lock mechanisms. We had 5 large windows replaced with double glazed units and the front door replaced with a more secure and modern door. Sean and Chad were a pleasure to have around the place and handled the job very well. The result is outstanding, and achieved just what we wanted - modern, effective windows, but maintaining the style and appearance of our 1930s house. There were inevitably bits and pieces to correct at the end of the job but everything we asked was done efficiently and with good grace. We have never had double glazing installed before and we were very pleased with both the product and the service.

We have used Boyland Windows Ltd. twice before and had no hesitation in asking them to quote for the supply and installation of a new front door with side-lights for our new home. It was a pleasure to work them to ensure quotation and survey details were all checked and correct. The supplied 'Consort' door and side-lights are of high quality, and they made an excellent job of the installation with good attention to detail.

We used Boylands to refurbish our conservatory having previously used them to replace all of our UPVC doors and windows. The team are excellent. The fitting team arrived early each day, were extremely courteous and worked hard to get the job completed on schedule. We were kept fully informed as to what was going to happen and when and the quality of the work was excellent. Each night they took care to tidy up which was much appreciated. Simon visited regularly to check on progress and to make sure that we were happy with the work. There were a couple of small extra jobs that they undertook without question and the final build exceeded our expectations and looks fantastic. The fitting team and sub-contractors who undertook the electrics, plastering and roofing were all top class and we would have no hesitation in using Boylands again, or recommending them to friends or family.

Boyland Windows replaced 5 windows of my bungalow. They did an excellent job in the cold weather conditions. They took extra care not to damage the plaster when removing the windows, which I was particularly concerned about beforehand. On completion the site was cleared of all debris, and all the rooms involved hoovered. All staff involved in the process, from beginning to end were extremely helpful and courteous. I was completely satisfied with the finished work, which was as per quotation plus a lifetime guarantee. I cannot fault this trader in any way and highly recommend them for new windows.

Attention to detail was important to me and they did not disappoint in that area - any little niggle was quickly put right without quibble. On completion, the site was cleared of all debris and taken away. All staff involved in the process from beginning to end were extremely helpful and courteous. The job took longer than I had anticipated through no fault of the company but was well worth it as I now have a fantastic new conservatory. I was kept informed at the various stages of the work. Wanting to support a local business to replace our windows and external doors, we decided on an initial survey with Boyland Windows based in Christchurch. Their surveyor Shane was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what was available within our budget. The range of windows and doors was excellent and a visit to their showrooms allowed us to look at and test all options available. The fitting was completed over four days by two of Boyland Windows’ team, Griff and Mark. The whole process was stress free with the team adhering to Covid-19 procedures whilst in our property. They worked professionally and to the highest standards, clearing up after themselves as they went along and at the end of each day. The finished results were outstanding. We were shown how to use the doors and windows correctly and were even shown how to slide the window units to aid cleaning and washing. As a result of the exceptional service afforded to us, we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Boyland Windows to anyone considering having windows and doors replaced.

I really cannot praise Boyland Windows highly enough. At a time when mediocre service is more often the norm, Boyland Windows really break the mould. From quote to completion, the Boyland personnel we encountered were helpful and engaging and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The job was to remove the leaded glass windows from all the window frames in the house and replace it with new plain glass - not as easy as it might sound. The quoted price was the price we paid for the completed job. Shaun from Boyland who came to fit the windows was extremely skilled at his job and carried it out without the disruption we might have expected. In addition, he was extremely courteous and a pleasure to have around the house. And, to top it all, we are thrilled with our windows. We will certainly use Boyland again for a future project and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Excellent workmanship. Griff and Gary turned up at 5minutes to 8am, they worked very hard with a minimum of intrusion very tidy and finished the 3 sets of windows and a new front door in a day. Only the faint whiff of sealant and lovely windows to know they'd been here, excellent service from first phone call, survey and Mel our account manager. Even put up with my very exacting glass specs. I am a Chartered Builder and I would recommend Boyland to anyone. Their price was competitive and service excellent so far. Just two set of closers to change which Griff agreed to get done ASAP. Very happy.

Boylands came to fit a new front door on the vet practice. The quote and communication prior to the job was prompt, polite and helpful. The admin staff were friendly and very efficient at dealing with any queries. The fitters were very adaptable, working on a day when we were open for business, managing to work around our clients and their pets - directing them and helping when needed! They were polite and tidy and a pleasure to have on the property.

Boyland Windows came highly recommended by friends but they exceeded expectations. The workmen were tidy, considerate and did much more than we expected in minor plaster works, refitting tiles etc. They required no upfront deposit and when the work was delayed, through no fault of theirs, they did not want any payment at all until the entire job had been completed to our satisfaction. I had all the windows replaced in my one-bedroom flat. Boyland was great to work with - the office staff as well as the installers. Their quote was by far the best I was able to find. I am thrilled with the quality of the windows. Their work was very neat, the tradesmen were courteous and arrived early. Replaced old front door. Viewed doors and sample colours in their showroom, shown absolute courtesy. Waited the required 6 weeks, before Gary came along on the day on time to fit the new door. Very efficient and showing care to the fitting to make sure everything was correct. Gary had to make a small piece of skirting board to match because there was a small gap after the old door was removed. The door is really good quality and we are delighted with the result. Its so important to trust companies who supply and fit doors and windows and Boyland meet these requirements. Thoroughly recommend.

Replacement of window and door in porch carried out by Griff,who actually fitted our replacement double glazing for the house around 2 years ago. Great service then and great service now. Very pleased. Replacing old upvc windows with smart new aluminium windows but also including some bespoke structural work and also some modification of openings to sort issues with the old windows. The whole process was made easy by Boyland who unlike other local suppliers could show us the aluminium windows in their excellent showroom and could handle all the building work themselves. We had the recommendation for the work from one of our colleagues who had some work done on his house. The 2 men that came to do the work Griff and Sean were really lovely and very conscientious about our busy clinic and worked round us perfectly. They kept noise to a minimum and kept the areas clean and tidied up after themselves.

Two windows had to be removed and replaced, one with the bathroom and one in the ensuite. The work was completed with care, courtesy and to a high standard. Care was taken to minimise dust, with floor coverings from the front door. When the work was completed both rooms were hoovered as well as the carpets in adjacent rooms. The finished work looks great and if we had to do this ever again we would use Boylands and will be recommending them to friends.
